Our stay was completely successful. Fausto and his wife welcomed us with their warm manner. A special highlight was the fantastic terrace with a view of the sea, surrounded by fragrant fruit trees. Having breakfast in the morning under the olive trees was just as unforgettable as the evening walks through the charming little village with its winding streets. A visit to the lovingly run shoe workshop of Fausto and his wife is also highly recommended - a real insider tip!

We felt comfortable from the first moment. Everything was very clean and smelling. The garden offers a great view to the sea. Bartolomeo's mother also gave us tips on where to walk our dog without having to be on a leash. Cipressa was great tip and beautiful. We would book this place again right away!! Nadia is a very welcoming host, very responsive, her instructions are very clear. The accommodation is very well located in a very quiet residence, with a magnificent view from its two terraces. It is also very clean and very bright, its equipment corresponds perfectly to the description, nothing is missing. The bike path at the bottom of the residence, the provision of bicycles and the garage for the car in the basement are great assets, (not to mention the pool). In short, thanks to Nadia, we had a great two-week stay in Sanremo and its surroundings. We highly recommend Nadia's accommodation. A big thank you to Nadia.

We loved our stay here! The beautiful surrounding, the vegetation, the fresh smell of flowers and the soothing sounds of the ocean - absolutely divine. Fabio was responsive and friendly, and we enjoyed our short stay.

Top accommodation + great hostess Must Dos: - Everything was very clean, so you feel very comfortable. - The apartment is located directly (50m walk) by the sea (private beach + nice café). - Communication with Isabella was simple, clear and friendly. Another thing: - The apartment looks a bit small at first glance, but due to the organization you have everything (we were there with our baby and the apartment was sufficient for a few days of vacation). We would book the apartment again for a new Sanremo trip.

We spent a week in Yvonne's beautiful apartment and enjoyed the time very much. The apartment is superbly equipped and tastefully and cozily furnished. But the best thing is the view from the balcony! Here we spent many evenings. The apartment is a good starting point for a variety of activities. You can walk to the beach in about 15 minutes, some hiking trails start right in front of the house and by train you only need a good hour from Alassio to Genoa. Ruben welcomed us very nicely and explained everything. He was also always available for questions. We highly recommend it!

The view is just stunning, we enjoyed breakfast and evening meals on the balcony; with views like that we preferred to cook ourselves in the evening, after long days exploring the area we wanted to make the most of the peace and the sound of the sea! The apartment has everything you need for a fantastic stay, kitchen very well equipped, including basic condiments. Bed was super comfortable. Lift to the small “wilderness” beach directly below the property is an experience, it does cost 45€ extra (payable on arrival), but you can ride it as many times as you want! Beach very quiet during the week off season, but we arrived on a Sunday and it was packed. You definitely need a car if staying here, car parking is very secure. There are a couple of restaurants less than 10 mins walk, and then a few more in the port, but Ventimiglia Alta does feel quite “tired”, probably a different vibe in high season though! It was one of the most beautiful air bnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The views were incredible and it had such a cute kitchen. It was the perfect location to many restaurants and many beaches.

This is a high-end, luxury apartment located just a minutes-drive away from Monte Carlo. The moment you walk in and the automated blinds open to a beautiful panoramic view of Monte Carlo, you’ll instantly feel like you made the right choice. We loved the apartment and will definitely return in the future. No complaints from us and a whole lot of words of appreciation! Thank you for hosting us!

Gianna and her husband are great and friendly people. They can always be reached. The apartment lacks nothing. It has everything you need. We were very pleased with the homemade olive oil and lemons. Absolute recommendation for those who like to have it quiet and want to explore the surroundings. Also suitable for trips to Monaco or Nice.

For those looking for relaxation and tranquility, it is the ultimate! Wherever you look, there is nature and beauty. Unique in its kind, thanks to the electric bicycles that allow quick and effortless movements. A real treat. Highly recommended.

Spectacular panorama, excellent bus stop for those who want to visit Menton or go to Monaco station. To reach Larvotto Beach on foot, you have to climb a lot of stairs. Excellent parking in the basement of the house. Amèlie is very professional and responsive.

Beautiful house, comfortable, bright and spacious, very well located for those who want to visit Sanremo. We had all the advantages of being a few km from the city without the inconveniences of noise and crowds of tourists. Lorenzo welcomed us in person and gave us the tour of the property, explaining everything about the apartment and the neighborhood. A big thank you to Valeria for her hospitality, the accommodation was faithful to the description and even better. When we are there, The environment is peaceful, nature is predominant, my three-year-old daughter was amazed to see so many fireflies on the ground. Raymond and Anne share with guests their beautiful home, but they are exceptionally warm, interesting, and charming people to meet. It was an excellent combination for a magical and memorable vacation to Monaco. I would not go back unless we can stay with them again! Besides the amazing views, refreshing pool and clean jacuzzi, there were even fireworks several of the nights over the bay! Our hosts generously left wine, snacks, and coffee in the unit, as well as a fully stocked bathroom. More than anything, we really loved spending time with them. Highly recommend this AirBnB!
