WOW, WOW! Acquaint and comfortable getaway from the city, with modern amenities. Everything we could’ve asked was right there! It was great, cuz we forgot a toothbrush and they had a basket full of free toiletries. The property is very well kept and super clean. Super dog friendly which was a plus with treats, dog bowls and a dog bed. We’ll be coming back for sure! 🥹

This Airbnb was a lovely home away from home. It looked like its pictures and the descriptions were spot on. A cute home, a nicely stocked kitchen for those who like to cook, and outdoor areas with the amenities for everyone to enjoy the relaxing outdoors. The reviews are true! This is absolutely one of the best airbnbs I’ve ever been to. It’s the perfect amount of privacy. There are other homes on the road, but you all have your own space (and views) and the main town is less than 5 minutes away (in case being truly secluded makes you or anyone in your party nervous). The house is gorgeous and has everything you need. The regular tap water is really good, and they have an in-home filtration system with its own faucet so you don’t need to worry about bringing a bunch of plastic bottles or gallons. The bunk bed room is awesome; they’re very strong built-ins so they support people of all ages. Incredible views, and the pool table, hot tub and dart board are all great. We played a lot of Clue, and they have a bunch of other games. The wifi is strong if needed. There were 8 of us using it and I don’t think any of us had trouble with it. We would definitely stay again. Thank you to our lovely hosts!

The Red Hemlock House And Barn

This was our second year staying at the Red Hemlock home and it could not have been better! The house idea was the same, if not better. The organization and cleanliness is impeccable. Whoever they use to clean the house needs to be responsible for all air bnbs. Everything is labeled and actually in the spot it says. The linens felt like new and all of the beds were super comfortable. The kids have so much entertainment and said it’s their favorite ski house. I always say we should bring a griddle because it’s easier to cook breakfast for a group. Sure enough there was one in the kitchen (of course in a labeled cabinet). The welcome package with cider, snacks and a personalized card was the nicest touch. We will be back for sure :)

I truly appreciated the combination of rustic charm and modern amenities, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a tranquil retreat in the Catskills!
