The apartment was very clean and tidy. The residential weaver was very friendly, reachable and always there if I needed anything.. the area is full of luxury houses, restaurants and cafes. Thank you

The accommodation is charming, very nice, it has everything, nothing is missing, the bed is great, next to a supermarket, a somewhat old area but quiet and safe and close to the tram that takes you to the city. Donia is excellent at communication as well. We would return and recommend it 100%, do not hesitate, take this apartment if you can.

A good stay and a great host. The house was clean, well placed with a parking lot and a security camera/person in charge. Mr Lamine tried to help as much as he could. I recommend.

Good location near to airport. Download Bolt or indrive for Uber like taxi service (Though meters were cheaper) Med was very helpful. A 'million' tv channels if that's your thing. Supermarket across the road. restaurants nearby.

The apartment was even better than we imagined: fully equipped, super clean, with all the necessities in a quiet and secure residence for a pleasant stay. Hana our host is super nice and accommodating. She even left us the last day free so we could leave late, which we really enjoyed. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to come back. I recently had the opportunity to stay at Haythem’s property in Tunis and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a well-situated and welcoming place to stay in the capital. The accommodation is clean, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped to meet the needs of both short and longer stays. The location offers convenient access a grocery store, a pharmacy, cafe's and restaurants also not too far from central Tunis, a car is needed or taxis are easy to access. The host is communicative, respectful of privacy, and readily available for any assistance required. The beds could have been more comfortable but for the price and how large the apartment is it is a steal and very lovely.

Very very nice design apartment with everything you need, ideal for couples. Quiet area, not very close to main city center attractions (but taxi will get you there easily), but closer to Sidi Bou Said, Carthage, Marsa. Supermarkets and money exchange are close, you can get there by foot. Definitely recommended, especially for travellers that intend to rent cars.

We had a great stay, really nothing to say except that the hot tub didn't work but that's okay, we can still take a bath lol The place where the apartment is located and close to the corniche, Sidi Bou Said, 10 minutes from Tunis center by taxi The host was extremely responsive. Really nothing to say at the slightest problem, he responded and fixed the problem, the apartment is super great good. Well decorated equipped also thank you again for your welcome for sure we will come back, we will go through your company

we had a great stay the mall is just in front of the resistance no need for a car to eat or shop. Every time I go down to Tunis, I drop off my suitcases there. I highly recommend this beautiful apartment.
