Bellevue Farm Cottages - Garden Cottage

CelinaRating, 5 stars84 months ago
Ailsa & her husband gave a very warm welcome to their cozy and well-equipped cottage. The quiet surroundings and very comfortable bed made for some great sleeping, and I was thrilled to open the curtains one morning to see a red squirrel scamper across the garden. The cottage is a very short walk from Blackwaterfoot, and we thought that the food at the Blackwater Lodge was especially good. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the cottage (and on Arran)!

Cottage With Amazing Scottish Glen Views

KevinRating, 5 stars5 months ago
The cottage was spectacular, fantastic location, in a beautiful setting. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We stayed at The Barn over Christmas with family and we all had a fantastic stay. The kitchen was extremely well equipped which was ideal for a full Christmas spread. It was also great to have plenty games for us all to play over the festive period too. We would definitely come back to stay.

The Byre: Peaceful & Rural Idyll Near Glasgow

NicoleRating, 5 stars1 day ago
Tim was an absolute delight! We really felt so at peace here. It was like a breath of fresh air staying at the byre. The place was absolutely immaculate and you can tell they take the utmost pride in their home and land. It was the perfect place for us to stay between our wedding and reception. Wish we could’ve had more time. It went above our expectation and more. We will definitely be back! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The surrounding area too was breath taking. You don’t realise what beauty you have just in your door step. We went a few wanders and seeing the wildlife and views was just so refreshing from your everyday mundane towns. Wish i could rate it even higher!

Lovely accommodation with everything you need. Spacious living area with large tv great for watching the tennis and the football in particular! Food at the Kingarth and Glenburn hotels was delicious. Also the fish and chips in the West End Cafe (near the big Co op) was excellent. Trip on the Waverley to Tarbert and visit to Mount Stuart also lovely days out.

Dallachulish Lodge

ClareRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Had the most wonderful stay at Dallachulish Lodge. The house was perfect and had everything we could have needed. The views as you walk through the rooms were incredible..like walking through a painting. Stunning. Ross was a most welcoming and helpful host. Just sorry we missed saying thank you and goodbye in person before we left as we'd had a truly wonderful stay. Would thoroughly recommend the Lodge to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful location which offers numerous opportunities for cycling, walking or just relaxing.

Stewart and Una are wonderful hosts and their cabin at Druim is truly extraordinary. Stewart went above and beyond in hosting us and we laughed so much together. We are deeply grateful to have crossed paths, and for our stay on the island of Rathlin.

The Coach House at Otterburn

VickiRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Modern conversion of a coach house. Lovely fixtures and fittings. Great view over the loch. It might be tight for four people in the two bedrooms if you have a lot of luggage. However, as a couple, we had more than enough space as we used the front bedroom for luggage. The heating sometimes comes on at night, so more information on setting the radiators in the booklet would be helpful. However, the place was very well heated with underfloor heating, radiators, and a free-standing radiator, so it was warm and cosy.
