Our stay was very pleasant as we were very well received by the host, the whole time they communicated with us and gave us exact instructions. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, clean, impeccable and complete. It is very well located, close to the most important streets such as Güemes, Olavarría and Paseo Aldrey. We're definitely going back and recommend it.

Excellent stay, I spent a day in the caulk and arrived very early, they took part in doing an early check-in without asking them, very friendly and the apartment comfortable and warm for the cold it was, quite close to the center and the bus terminal.

The property is even better than the listing! Fully equipped with everything you'll need (kitchen utensils, bathroom, TV, etc.). The internet is also great and Marcela was one of the best hosts I've ever met, very kind and helpful.

Nestled on the edge of town off of the main strip, this place is perfect for those who want walkability into the Main Street but also want to avoid the busy and loud main streets. The views were stunning. Florencia was so helpful and always willing to offer the best advice.

The location is very good, two blocks from the beach. The area is quiet, it has a very good little three block center. Everything is there, there are restaurants too. I recommend the one from a nearby hotel. You don't have to go to the center of Mar de Ajó (which is still close -10 blocks) to eat and provide. The beaches are very peaceful the beaches. The pool and green of the property are excellent. Very likely we'll be back next year!

We had a great time at Sebastian's place. Very friendly communication and a very nice apartment, very well located and very comfortable. We had a great time!

Fantastic!! Maria is a super host, the place is warm and very nice! It more than compensates for not being in the center. Tranquility, a beautiful garden and great hospitality. I recommend it!!

Spectacular for 4 people! Judith welcomed us in person and was attentive to us every day. Very clean. Every day a person comes by to clean the bathroom, make the beds and sweep. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip.

We have been in a long stay, working from home office. The stay was perfect, fast internet, great location with garage to store the car and easy communication with Miguel, who was always very helpful.

The days in Palermo, on Guatemala Street are always wonderful! Buenos Aires is a beautiful city! The apartment is like I was at home, only in Palermo!!! Perfect! I'm back and I'm already nostalgic!!!!! Without counting Host Ivan, wonderful!!!

In terms of price quality this has to the best air bnb I’ve ever experience. It’s a spacious house with two bedrooms and everything you need. It’s very comprobable and the host helped with absolutely everything whether it was taxi driver numbers or bike rentals as it is very difficult to move around without a car in this area. Highly recommend!

Excellent location and category tower. The apartment is very comfortable and neat with two full bathrooms. The view is incredible and it has safety nets in all rooms for children. Highly recommended. We would definitely come back.

This house was truly amazing. The sunrise is even more beautiful then the sunset. Close to town close to the lake. Comfortable bed. Reliable Internet. Quick responsing host. The glacier is incredible it's about a 45 minute drive from the house. Thank you for everything. Hope to be back soon.

All I can say is that the stay was exceptional, I have nothing to criticize. I just want to thank Cari for her warmth and good attitude. Starting with the fact that on Friday we arrived at 10:00 pm and the flight was delayed, so he received us at 1:00 am with warm empanadas without having the obligation. The beautiful, comfortable, clean and relaxing inn. A plus is her 3 beautiful dogs that are super affectionate and seek cuddles❤️. We'll be back for sure!!!!!

Very good place to stay, in addition the location is close to main transports and lines that can take you to the other end of the city, I really liked it, also as it is on an eighth floor it has a good view, the neighbors quiet as I did not hear noise, the neighborhood has main avenues that have close to food shops, clothes, sweets, stationary shops. So I recommend it 😊👍

Gabriela is an excellent host, always willing and attentive to needs. The apartment was impeccable, it had even the smallest detail, which is not the apartment, but the attention of the hostess, such as umbrella, SUBE card, hair straightener. I would definitely come back a thousand times.
