Very nice apartment. I had everything we needed with my partner to cook. The area is very nice too, with a lot to do, quiet. The host is very friendly, always active, attentive to what we needed. The table was a great plus detail, where you can work comfortably and watch movies. The space is ideal for a couple. The very quiet and central neighborhood, close to cafes and you have options to go to the Day or the Carrefour as well as fiambrerias. Everything is clean, equipped, and very organized. I would definitely come back here!

Fantastic location, safe zone near a police station, incredibly isolated from street noises. Daniel is extremely helpful and attentive. He even helped me with my car problems after the check out.

Apartment in a fairly posh & very safe area, in a charming old building on the 10th (top) floor (elevator fitting 3 people, small but intricate antique design - elevator ride like a beautiful museum visit! :)). Nearest metro station is a few blocks away (6-7 min walk), but walking distance to various attractions, bus stops (SUBE card needed - unlike for metro, where foreign credit card can be scanned directly to pay), several green spaces incl. amazing playgrounds, and a few shops/cafes for immediate grocery/food needs. Wifi works great, comfortable beds for 3 people, hot water around the clock, all amenities incl. basic condiments for cooking (salt, sweetener, oil, even honey & tea!) available. Space is well-equipped, early check-in (5:30, ugh!) was possible against a fee, host helped organize transfer from the airport - so helpful! Insulation not great, so noise & cold cannot be kept out entirely (but not too bad!). Note: space inside is a bit tight for big suitcases. We loved it! 5*

The apartment was in pristine condition. It's a very comfortable apartment and it had all the utensils and household items that I needed. The apartment's location is great. Pablo was very kind to me, answered all my questions (and I had lots of them!!) and took care of those things that needed attention as soon as I contacted him, such as restarting the router because the internet went down. I will definitely stay in this apartment again when I go back to Santa Rosa in the near future.

Excellent option for a trip with friends We stayed three people for four nights and had a very positive experience. The value for money seemed excellent. The place was comfortable, clean and had everything you need. The location was perfect for us - away from the noise of downtown and with beautiful views of the mountains. Just a block and a half away there is a small grocery store and grocery store, while the largest supermarket is about a 20-minute walk away. The house was well appointed, especially in the kitchen, and we really enjoyed the grill in the garden. The bathrooms were in good condition, with clean towels, shampoo, conditioner and liquid hand soap. The hot water worked well, although sometimes the pressure was a little low. Finally, the smart TV in the living room was a plus as we were able to watch YouTube and Netflix comfortably. I would definitely recommend this place for a relaxed and enjoyable stay.

Leo was an excellent host, very attentive and proactive in communications and directions, as well as answering all messages very quickly. The house met expectations, as it is spacious and very comfortable, it is also in a very quiet neighborhood and close to several of the city's centers of interest, walking only a few minutes. In short, highly recommended to go and enjoy a few days of the tranquility, gastronomy and attractions of the city. Recommended for breakfast: Cafés, Bianco & Nero (a couple of blocks away), Angolo Dolce (only one block away) and Café Fran (Belgrano with Gutierrez).

Good place to rest and close to the river and the thermal waters. Close enough from the city to buy food and stuff. Nice Parrilla. Great host!

Everything is very warm, comfortable and simple. All photos match the real thing and are in good condition. The yard and the internal garage were very important for those of us who ride bikes. Neighborhood businesses close to the home with good quality essential products. The consultations we made with Cecilia were tailored to our needs. Very satisfied and 100% recommended.

Enzo was always attentive to our inquiries, the accommodation complied with the description, it was only a little cold when we arrived because there were some heaters off that Enzo quickly resolved when we called him. The stay was without problems

although we did not touch the best time we had a great time, we enjoyed the house that is beautiful, it has many special details, and on the last day we enjoyed it at full, Nicolas was very flexible with the schedules. the place has green ho and a lot of tranquility. would come back for sure!

A comfortable and practical place, it has a very nice garden with a pool, chairs, armchairs and tables. A grill with a bar. The place's location is good, porq is far from the transit areas but close to everything.
