The house is little bit old, but authentic, with unique furniture! The location is pretty good - quiet but nearby from the main beautiful places in the city. The owner is friendly and responsible

The stay was great, from arrival to departure. Sebastian always predisposed to everything, flexible and very friendly. The place is beautiful both the decoration, and the location for unbeaten. If Sebastian is available not to miss the extra options provided by Sebastian, the experience was great. If in doubt we will return, the city is beautiful, it has options of things to do and nearby there are villages to also know. And without letting go of the mere fact of relaxing in that beautiful environment where it is located.

Gustavo was a very nice person, accommodating check-in and checkout, and the messaging was very smooth. If you’re thinking about coming to Buenos Aires, don’t think. Buy the ticket. Come. Stay here. I’m so serious. You’re two blocks away from uptown bar which is sick, las cabras which has phenomenal asado, and super safe neighborhood. Can uber anywhere for less than $10. Book the trip, the only thing you’ll regret is leaving

My stay at the place was great. The place is as shown in the pictures: clean, comfortable, and very well-located. The communication with the host was quick and clear at all times, which made check-in and check-out very easy. The apartment was equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

A great place to disconnect and rest: calm, cleanliness and excellent communication with Daniel, the host. Everything comes together for a great stay. A perfect house for 2 people, with incredible brightness (thanks to the huge windows and floor-to-ceiling windows), a fireplace that works very well and a great stove that heats the house perfectly. The bedroom is on the mezzanine, overlooking the living room: very comfortable bed. Amazing charm in this beautiful rural loft. Can't wait to go back!

First time in Buenos Aires. We did practically everything on foot, subway and bus and the location helped a lot for this to happen. Close to everything. Great place for a getaway I want to emphasize the kindness of Leonel, the manager who was always available for what we need I even help us with the provisions, the use of the elements of the house And as there was a power outage in the neighborhood made the corresponding claims and kept us informed. Fantastic location, great house, very comfortable. Lots of great restaurants within a short walk. Our party of 6 really enjoyed the space. The pool table was a hit! Would definitely stay again the next time we are in Buenos Aires!

We stayed in Federico's apartment for 6 weeks and enjoyed the time very much. Everything was very clean, the chairs and sofas very comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped. The apartment is very nicely furnished with attention to the details. The terrace is a dream. Our kids loved the area and were able to play nicely inside and outside. The entire property is lovingly maintained and very nicely landscaped. Federico and his team were always easy to reach, very friendly and very helpful. We felt very comfortable. The surroundings are quiet and you can easily walk to supermarkets, restaurants and downtown. We 100% recommend the apartment and will definitely be happy to come back. Thank you for a lovely time!

After seeing dozens of Airbnbs in the area (I'm very meticulous when selecting) I decided on this one because of the beautiful photos. Once inside, it exceeds expectations instantly. The apartment is breathtaking and the views are amazing. Very clean, tastefully decorated and tidy. The layout in the house is impeccable, with the giant, endless window overlooking the lake. A constant feeling of being in a little paradise. Communication with the hosts was instant and super friendly and helpful. My parents and I had a fantastic time, would recommend it to anyone and would always come back.
