Definitely reserve Claudia’s fantastic spot. Spotless and in the middle of a beautiful quaint village. Claudia has everything you would need plus Lots of special goodies. We enjoyed coffee at the outdoor area off the living room where we have views of the church and people coming and going. Such a peaceful, relaxing spot. There are stairs, but not difficult to climb up them. Claudia met us and helped with our luggage as well as parking suggestions. She is delightful and always available if needed. The downtown restaurants are very good. We sure did enjoy our time spent here. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely, super clean place to all our friends and family.

We stayed here in 2016 and it was even better than we remembered. A beautiful apartment, quiet and private, with amazing original features. The area is residential and round the corner is San Ambrogio food market. Lovely local restaurants all use fresh ingredients from the market. Wonderful evening in a street filled with locals enjoying food and drink. We could have spent the whole time exploring the locality.

The place is even better than the pictures show. I like the terrace and the quiet neighborhood atmosphere. Kupmart was 3 minutes away, so it was a convenient and successful family trip.

"A Charming Stay in a Great Location!" We absolutely loved our time at this charming Airbnb! The location couldn’t have been better—situated in a quiet neighborhood but just steps away from an amazing variety of restaurants. Whether we wanted a cozy café or fine dining, everything was within walking distance. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and attentive to every detail, making sure our stay was comfortable. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway!

Perfect place for a 2 night stay in Florence on our Italian honeymoon! Very clean and comfortable and within walking distance to a lot of activities!

Francesco's apartment is a 14' walk from the station, in a strategic point where you can easily reach the city's main points of interest. The spaces were new, cared for, and impeccably clean. The bed was super comfortable, as was the large shower. I really enjoyed the water and the snacks available. Overall I had a really good time, it was a very comfortable stay.

Rominas place was perfect. Beautiful apartment in a great part of the city. Would recommend it to anyone. We had a medical emergency in the middle of the night with our baby and Romina helped us out a lot with it all. Very grateful for her help when needed it most and truly appreciate all she did for us! You are in good hands staying at her place :)

You will not regret your stay! From the moment we were greeted by Elisa’s father on arrival we felt welcomed. The accomodation exceeded our expectations with absolutely everything that you would need with the bonus of being able to access to the amazing pool. It is only a short walk down to the city centre. To top this all off, the hosts are extremely generous and friendly. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us. We will look at returning one day!

The country cottage is beautiful and well maintained. Easy to reach by car and located in a very quiet area. Tommaso was very kind, the house was clean and tidy and there was everything you needed. Recommended!

We feel so lucky to of found Guido and his beautiful house. Firstly Guido could not be more helpful, so responsive, friendly and has the best recommendations! He made sure the house was spotless for our arrival, even the pool is so clean it was perfect. The house itself is stunning, stays lovely and cool in the heat but the garden is just drenched in sunshine. Guido has made sure you can bask in the sunshine by the pool or chill out in shade in the height of the afternoon. There are so many comfortable spots to sit in! The pool was lovely and refreshing when it was hot mid afternoon and looked beautiful in the evening. Tuscany is stunning, there's so much to explore - would heavily recommend a car for that. In walking distance there are a couple of very delicious restaurants and if you're feeling adventurous you can walk to the monostary nearby which is definitely worth visiting. Thank you Guido!

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Everything was very clean. What a great environment. We traveled with a 1-year-old child and were very warmly welcomed. For my daughter, there were many toys, a play mat, a cot and a high chair. The small playground was also impressive. Our highlight was the great sunset and of course the most beautiful pool we have experienced so far. We can only recommend it!

What a beautiful place! Great view of the lake. Sergio was incredibly friendly and responsive. He gave us local recommendations and even made us a fruit salad. I will definitely be booking with Sergio again the next time we are in Umbria.

All in all, a wonderful Tuscan experience! Beautiful home that helped us feel local and part of the place and surroundings. Sabrina was so nice and welcoming and attentive to anything we needed!

Caterina’s place was everything we hoped for- clean, pretty and a super location . We walked everywhere. Caterina gave us great recommendations and welcomed us like an old friend. It was a great place for a family of 6 with four older kids. I’ve been wary of airbnbs lately as I haven’t always had the best experience , but Caterina is the real deal.

Lucia was an excellent host! prompt in her responses and consistently helpful throughout our stay. She kindly recommended a superb restaurant, where I enjoyed the best pasta I have ever tasted. The apartment was immaculate and well-maintained, making us feel immediately at home. It also featured thoughtful little touches that made a real difference. Lucia had kindly provided us with some drinks and sweet treats upon arrival, which was a lovely surprise. Both the bedroom and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying at this cosy little apartment!

We spent wonderful days in this modern and cozy apartment, a few steps from the center of Florence but outside the ZTL, so very convenient for those arriving by car. In 15-20 minutes on foot you can reach the heart of the city, but there is also a tram stop just 5 minutes on foot that takes you directly to the historic center. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, very clean, bright and tastefully furnished. We immediately felt at home. The WiFi is also fast, perfect for those who work remotely. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, with supermarkets and everything nearby. Jessica is an excellent host, helpful and always ready to answer any questions. Highly recommended

EXCEPTIONAL CLEANNESS If you are a sensitive for the cleanness this is the place. I really felt like my home for the cleanness and was very satisfied. I will definitely come back if I come to Florence. Cosimo is the kindest host and his recommendations were amazing! It is located on 4th floor without elevator but our 5 years old boy could handle it well. We didn’t complain. And Cosimo helped to carry the luggage when we checked in. Location is so good as well! Close to everywhere. Thanks for your hosting! This was the best Airbnb of our 4 Airbnb in Italy.
