Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Arezzo

We had a perfect break in Lorenza’s lovely house. It was extremely spacious and exceptionally clean. The garden is beautiful and well maintained with lots of areas to sit in and enjoy the peaceful environment. Our dogs loved their walks in the woods nearby and they enjoyed meeting all the feline residents! Lorenza and her husband are a lovely friendly couple who have put a lot of thought into ensuring their guests have a great holiday.

Norma was an absolute treasure, and her home and family were lovely. The property sits overlooking a lovely castle and a beautiful church with great views on the other side. The property has a great pool with plenty of privacy or interaction with the family, I only wish I spoke more Italian to be able to sit and chat with her lovely in-laws! Norma offered great recommendations for day trips, and overall the local area was great to explore. My only advice would be the usual: rent a smaller car to make life easier! Sitting on the patio overlooking the castle, with a glass of wine, is a memory we will never forget, and is highly recommended. Whether during the day or after the sun has gone down and the fireflies comes out (weather permitting) it's a Tuscan treat you won't want to miss. We truly felt like a part of the family and would love to return to her home the next time we come back. Truly a wonderful experience!

The house is beautiful and unlike anything else. What made the experience amazing was one of the hosts, Daniela. Daniela greeted us upon check in, walked us around the house and went above and beyond and booked us a wine tour where he graciously translated everything in English during the entire experience. Daniela made the place feel like home and I couldn’t recommend him and the experience he provides more.

Our family stayed for 4 nights and we absolutely loved it! Great location close to fantastic restaurants and entertainment in the square. Ester’s home is cozy and quaint.

The accommodation was exactly like the pictures. Everything clean and organized. It had everything we needed, wine glasses, plates, cutlery. The bathroom was spacious and the bed was soft and comfortable. The terrace was a space that we liked a lot, we enjoyed it a lot. Emília was very attentive, she responded quickly to our messages. And during our stay, she asked if she needed to clean the room. As we stayed only a few days, there was no need, but it is important when the stay is longer. And not all hosts have this concern. We had wonderful days in Arezzo and on Emili's terrace.

A highly recommended stay! This appartmenrs are located a short drive from the town and are quiet, peaceful, and have stunning views. The apartment was spacious, modern, clean and very comfortable. We would loved to have stayed longer and would definitely book again. The value for the quality of this stay is incredible!

A very elegant and spacious apartment in a fabulous position with great views . Cristina is very engaged and a helpful host, fabulous communication. Bathroom was particularly spacious with great shower. Would thoroughly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. Friendly welcome and great communication. The place is very spacious for two people- great working air con in bedroom, coffee provided and full kitchen available (we did not cook), excellent washing machine with patio for easy drying on clothes rack. Wonderful restaurant just a couple doors down (even had gluten free for dietary restrictions), easy to walk to train and all over town. Close to beautiful park, fortress and Piazza Grande.

My stay began with a cheerful greeting from Sara at the front door of the building. I took the elevator while Sara raced ahead to meet me again at the door to the spacious apartment. All of the usual amenities were available, but what I commented on were the numerous windows allowing a crossbreeze and the existence of s reels in those windows. That meant no mosquitos at night if I left the windows open. Despite the busy street out front, the apartment was quite, accessible, and centrally located if you were looking for things to do in Arezzo or further afield. Thaks for hosting me, Enrico and Sara!

Sweet, easy amd nice place

We stayed for 5 night and enjoyed this large, well appointed two story apartment. The place was warm and inviting and was an authentic home to be a unique setting. My family enjoyed the surroundings and there was plenty of restaurants to close from. Be prepared to tackle the 52 steps to the apartment door which my 90 year old mother managed twice a day. Keeps you healthy.

Excellent accommodation, house as per photos and description, located in a very nice little village. Clean and tidy structure, Host always available for any information and kind.

We were staying in the area for a wedding close by, and found this lovely little Airbnb in the heart of Cortona, for a really reasonable price. The host was extremely helpful with clear instructions and directions communicated via messenger, including a location for free parking close by. The check in and out process was very easy even with our awkward flight times. We initially faced issues with the hot water, but this was fixed within the hour. There is no air con or fan at the property, which was a slight concern in 29° heat, however the windows made a lovely through breeze. The property has all the amenities you need to live home from home; cooking utensils, fridge, iron, hair dryer, television etc. You wake to the beautiful sound of birds and incredible views, in an area that is very peaceful. Thank-you for a wonderful and comfortable 4 night stay.

We loved the location, the quiet neighborhood and the nearby restaurants. What a beautiful place!

A special rooftop patio to enjoy the Tuscan sunset was hands down our favourite part. The unit was clean and quiet. The host was responsive and pleasant. The amenities were just ok but nothing special and certainly not at a level that we have experienced at other AirBnB for this price point. Mentioned to host for next guest and feedback was received nicely. Unit/Building access and directions to drop luggage and get to unit were complicated but once you get settled, everything is walkable. Parking was a big plus. We liked being amongst the old buildings and history only 80m from the Piazza Grande.

This was by far the most beautiful view we have ever had at an Airbnb or hotel room. The house was beautiful, but the sunrise from the balcony is something I will remember forever. Vittorio also offered recommendations, and Fulvia was flexible with our check in. The apartment is in the perfect spot to become familiar with town. We want to come back to stay here again. Thank you!
