The house was called "Southern idyll" in Who lives here at NRK (season 2, 10th episode). It is located right above the city promenade with panoramic views of the city fjord. There are 150 sqm terraces, roof terrace and jacuzzi . The sun can be enjoyed from the first moment in the morning, until 10 o'clock in the evening. It is only 1 minute to the city center and all restaurants, cafes and shops. There is parking for three cars and the possibility to rent a boat space two minutes from the house (Kunnskapshavna).

A gem near the sea and beach on idyllic Flekkerøy! We are renting our apartment with possibility of 4 beds. There is a new house ( 2018 ) only 250 meters from a nearest swimming area. Fully equipped with kitchen equipment, Wi-Fi, TV, charcoal grill and heated hot tub on the veranda outside. Private front door. Perfectly suited to a couple or small family. Tenants have a garden in front of the house, by the dorm. We use laundry bureau. Bed linen and towels are not included.

the apartment has a fantastic sea view! Big bedroom, sleepersofa in the living room with extra soft mattresses. 55" smart TV in the livingroom. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop Holmen (8 busses in 1 hour). the apartment is equipped with everything you need! the walls are extra sound isolated so you don't hear the traffic from the road. very soon there will be a big whole year jacuzzi available! The cabin has an inviting living room with spectacular views, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spa where you can relax after a long day. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a loft with four good mattresses. In addition, a toddler bed. Outside, a large terrace awaits where you can enjoy the stunning views. The cabin is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and by the lake just below the cabin you can sail, fish and swim.
