The apartment is located in the middle of Kaldvell nature reserve which is an eldorado of hiking trails, swimming beaches and nature experiences We have designed the apartment so that it should be perfect for a small family or 4 people. It has a large sunny terrace with its own gas grill so you can enjoy outdoor food on late Southern evenings The apartment is located 100 meters from the sea and has child-friendly beaches only 5-10 min walk away:) The apartment is also only 20 - 25 minutes from the zoo.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Own bathing jetty and swimming pool on the property. Great hiking trails in the area. 4 km to shop. 15 minutes to Dyreparken and Sørlandssenteret. 25 minutes to Kristiansand and 20 minutes to idyllic Lillesand. The apartment is soundproof, but not 100% soundproof.
