There are 150 sqm terraces, roof terrace and jacuzzi . The sun can be enjoyed from the first moment in the morning, until 10 o'clock in the evening. It is only 1 minute to the city center and all restaurants, cafes and shops. There is parking for three cars and the possibility to rent a boat space two minutes from the house (Kunnskapshavna).
