Huset er nylig renovert og har nytt bad med regndusj, håndkletørker og varmekabler. Kjøkkenet er utstyrt med alt man kan ønske seg av hvitevarer og annet kjøkkenutstyr. Gjestene kan fritt bruke husets to havkajakker og motorbåten for å utforske området eller handle mat.

Room for 1 car in garage basement. Other parking facilities outside. Need a wafer in the window to park in the caravan parking lots.

The apartment has a private bathroom with shower and simple kitchen facilities (fridge and two hot plates.) Double bed and two single beds on wheels, which can be pushed under the double bed.
