Beachfront holiday rentals in Arenals del Sol

Sonia’s appartement was perfect for our resting holidays. The view is very relaxing, we slept very well, the tunnel to the beach is magic. Restaurants are delicious and a very good bakery is just down the flat with also small supermarkets. There’s everything you need in the flat to make your stay very confortable like if you were at home. Sonia is very welcoming and flexible, we would love to stay again in the flat for a future holiday in Alicante.

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Thank you Alvaro, Jose and your team.

It's a lovely area, it's in a residential neighborhood, so you'll meet a lot of locals. It's definitely not an area for people with walking difficulties, but very charming. Marlena and Gøran are very sweet and helpful.

The apartment was so immaculate and modern with lots of little quirks, the views are spectacular I didn't want to leave.

it was simply amazing! Views are absolutely stunning but this is just a cherry on the cake, believe me! We fell in love with the quiet neighbourhood with plenty of fantastic restaurants (and one outstanding french bakery), wide promenade going along the beach and the swimming pool downstairs. Moreover, the flat itself is really well equipped, we spent there some great evenings and enjoyed it very much. Whole region of Costa Blanca offers so much that everybody will find something for themselves. Last but not least, we travelled with our 4-month baby and we found all the places comfortable and accessible. Fully recommended!!

The stay was great! Communication with Rocío is very easy and agile. The location is excellent, right at the most lively point of Casco Antigo de Alicante. It is close to the beach and has all the necessary amenities.

Absolutely loved this apartment. Chose to stay here after a wedding in Altea and travelling with 2 under 2 we didn’t want to venture much further, just wanted somewhere nice and by the beach. Chose the stay basically based on this apartment that looked lovely. Josep was very accommodating with a high chair and cot (we brought a cot ourselves for our 2nd). This apartment block looked the nicest we saw along the beach front and the apartment itself one of the best with a huge terrace and a second balcony. The terrace really fantastic. Right by the beach. New and modern. Clean and provided basic amenities - body wash, hand soap, cleaning products, a welcome basket which is always nice. David - Josep’s friend had to let us in as he explained key boxes are not actually legal anymore. He was very thorough showing us the apartment for a few mins and also allowed us early checkin which we appreciated so much with our 2 babies. We loved it - thank you!

It was perfect location and very cozy apartment. We had everything we needed and also the terrace was just amazing. So friendly owner, such comfortable area. Literally 8 minutes from the beach. We would definitely come back

We are very satisfied with our stay. The accommodation is modern of high standard. All amenities are at our disposal. We were really like at home. The owner is very kind and responsive. We're already thinking about coming back.

Everything was just what we wanted. Daniel was a fabulous host and everything was really easy. The place was exactly as described and perfect for the type of holiday we were looking for!

Probably the best location. Sitting on the terrace you are part of the beach, which, compared to the town beach was huge and empty. A short car/bus journey into town. Eva was very attentive and her response time is very good. I cannot recommend this more highly. I will be back.

Great location - super quiet, but only a 5 minute downhill walk to the beach and a row of restaurants and little shops. We ate out every evening. Spacious & modern apartment with a lovely outdoor area. Pool was a good size and really quiet. Great welcome by Jonas’ parents. Great communication by Jonas leading up to our stay. I’d recommend hiring a car if you want to get about as we found booking taxi’s quite hard work! Overall, would highly recommend! We travelled with two children and we had everything we needed.

The stay was very good and we really enjoyed the views from the accommodation, the sun on the terrace and also that the accommodation had everything you need to stay there for several days in comfort. The accommodation is very complete. We would have loved to continue, but some construction work began in the building and they were very understanding of the situation. Highly recommended!!! Our stay at David's apartment in Gran Alacant was pleasant all around. The property is very well maintained, thoughtfully furnished and offers a wonderful sea view. There was really nothing missing. Particularly nice was the outdoor area with a grill, for which even firewood was provided – perfect for cozy evenings. David is an excellent host. He personally welcomed us and was always available for questions and tips without being intrusive. You immediately felt comfortable and in good hands. The location is ideal – quiet, yet well connected. Santa Pola can be reached in about 15 minutes by bus and Alicante in about 35 minutes, so that excursions can also be easily undertaken. We enjoyed the time very much and can fully recommend the place. Thank you, David!

This is our second year staying here. We absolutely love staying here and again made beautiful memories. Can’t wait to return in the future.

Paco and Carmen are wonderful hosts, extremely helpful, I felt right at home. Gave me lots of good recommendations for things to do and food to eat and they were very responsive when I had questions. Their flat is cozy and I had some really nice breakfasts on the terrace in the sun with the awesome view of the sea. If you're in Arenales, I warmly recommend their place :)

Lovely apartment, with sea views, a short distance from the fabulous beach. The shared facilities were fabulous, with a very well-kept pool area with bar, and a gym. One or two eateries in walking distance, and small shops for essentials. Supermarkets were a short drive away. A pin for the location to access the parking would be really helpful, but other than that, check in was a really good service, good comms, and arrived in 5 mins.
