200 year old coastguard cottage - amazing coastal views including an outdoor seaview hot tub. The beach is less than two minutes walk. Idyllic, remote setting - 10 mins drive to Ardmore, 15 to Youghal. Recent high end renovation and extension. We have young kids so the house is set up to be totally family friendly with everything for families and child safety. Compact newly decorated double ensuite room with continental breakfast provisions provided. The accommodation comes with facilities for the secure and dry storage of bikes. With a host of added extras this accommodation has its own entrance and is a 20 minute walk ( via the Greenway if desired ) to the centre of Dungarvan. This accommodation is 5 minute walk from Abbeyside beach and a 10 minute from Abbeyside cove. The Studio is 300 metres from an entrance to the Greenway.

Our family restored and enlarged it in in 1975. It has new style kitchen,and bathroom.and a wood burning stove for heating. Near towns of dungarvan and youghal.

It has a separate entrance and everything you need for a truly comfortable stay, including a electric stove in the living room, fully fitted kitchen, king size bed ( which can also be made up as a twin bed) and en-suite bathroom.
