Holiday rentals with a patio in Arbanija

Overall, it was a great stay. We were warmly cared for. The place was great and there was a lot to do in the area. We'd love to come back. Ivanka was always available and always friendly and nice as well as helpful.

Great, new apartment with everything you need. Good amenities and homely furnishings. At 36° outside temperature, the apartment was thankfully equipped with sufficient, modern air conditioners. The beautiful old town of Trogir and the promenade can be reached in a few minutes on foot. During high season, finding a parking space may be a bit adventurous. This was not possible directly at the property, public parking nearby costs 15 euros/day. For this, we recommend using the "BMove" app, as the old machines only take hard cash. The only criticism is the rather late check-in time of 4 PM, especially since you should be out again at 10 AM.

Very comfortable place. Impeccably clean, which is very important. Equipped with everything you need. The biggest advantage is the breathtaking view.

Matea and her mom were such amazing host! The accommodation matches the photos, squeaky clean, and perfectly located by the Split airport. Location has 2 grocery stores within a few steps (Lidl, right across the street and Kaufland about 2 minute walk down the street) We stayed for a month and Matea's place met all of our needs. So whether you are staying for one night to catch an early morning flight, or a month, her place has everything you need. On a side note, there is the 37 bus route that gets you to Trogir in 10 minutes or to Split in 1 hour. All in all highly recommended 👌! Thanks again Matea!!!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Josip and his family were amazing host. Not only did he pick us up from the airport, he and his wife made breakfast every morning and drove us to the store to get provisions as well as drive us to the marina for the second leg of our trip. They were extremely nice people who you would never know were there unless you needed ANYTHING! I would recommend Their home to anyone looking to stay in the area. Not to mention the pool was amazing and you are steps from the Sea. It was perfect! Thanks you for the wonderful vacation!

Surrounding the apartment surrounded by tall trees that even in the great heat they gave shade, so the patio could also be used during the day. Very good access to the sea (right from the backyard of the villa) where even during the full season, when there was a rush on other beaches, so there were only guests from Villa Sunčica (3 apartments) and hosts. Mostly not at the same time, too. The amenities of the apartment were fully sufficient, although a small refrigerator without a freezer, but after a few days we noticed that there is another fridge and freezer in the outdoor hallway where things could be put away. There was an outdoor shower downstairs in the yard so you could take a shower from the sea water. Also an outdoor grill for guests. Nearest shop and restaurant about 8 min walk. A bus stop about 5 minutes away, which was in Trogir in 15 minutes.

We stayed there for a week and it was really as nice as in the pictures. Stjepan was super nice and helped with all sorts of things. 2 min walk to the beach, but 10 minute walk along the beach to get to the other side where most restaurants are located which was totally okay. 15-20 min by taxi from the airport to the house. 10 min from the house by taxi to Trogir Old Town. I highly recommend this place if you want a quiet and pleasant vacation.

We really liked the room , everything is clean and beautiful . Friendly hosts, always helpful at any need . Everything is as described , even better .

The host was very nice, responsive, and hospitable. The accommodation was also suitable for small children. There were even toys, which our two-year-olds really enjoyed. The nearby train did not cause any disturbance. We were glad that it was possible to arrive at the home earlier.

SHE House was as advertised. We quickly called her home feeling acclimated & comfortable. Our GPS sent us some terrible way initially but the locals were very friendly offering us assistance. Our host was patient & accommodating showing us how many ways to reach the house ("all roads lead to SHE House"). We really enjoyed how centrally located the home was to all things on Brac Island. We realized our visit was a bit early for the weather & the season when our original ferry from Makarska was cancelled due to bad weather but no worries we just had to go to Split. The wind was so strong it actually blew open the latched front door one afternoon. The soft throws in the basket were nice & cozy-really appreciated. Some of our favorite meals were at Pumparela Restaurant & Taverna Riva in Bol; Konoba Kopacina & Restaurant Ziza in Donji Humac; Gastro Diva in Makarska. Driving in Croatia is NOT for the faint of heart but if you happen to be on the D8 stop for coffee at Strada.

Rest in this house is super comfortable and cozy. Perfect place for family vacation with children. We are sure that we will return here next season.

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

The sea-view apartment from Goran is just perfect and wonderful! We stayed with the family and enjoyed it very much. The view is stunning and the apartment is very clean and perfectly air conditioned. We have an electric car and could nicely charge quickly and economically at hotel Ola just 5 minutes to walk. We enjoyed the great beaches and the beautiful city of Split which is quite close. Goran is a very kind and helpful host. Any time again, very much recommended.

Best Airbnb experience from the accommodation itself to the host who made it even better. It is obvious he cares for each guest. He messaged us from time to time to make sure we had everything and were ok. What stood out to us was his generosity to take the time and effort to help us on the first night when we arrived really late and no restaurants were open. What is incredibly helpful are the lists of recommendations he sends including transport information that saved us a lot of time and confusion. The studio is filled with everything you need with amazing quality furniture and amenities. No one will be disappointed with Mate and his accommodation. He is welcoming, friendly, caring, and proactive. Would go back there without hesitation :)

Ana was very flexible with our early arrival and communicated well. The condo was beautiful and very nicely decorated. Located within a short walk to Old Town and other amenities. Only downside was that we came when it was very hot and the bedrooms do not have AC making it less comfortable to sleep, but this appears to be common in Croatia at the properties we have stayed at.

The apartment was a great base to explore Split. We also went on day trips to Hvar and The National Park which we enjoyed. The apartment is exactly like it is in the photos and is very clean and well equipped. We appreciated the extras touches - drinks in the fridge and pastries when we arrived and toiletries and lots of towels. It is five floors up but this means the terrace has great views over the harbour. Anamarija was an excellent host and we loved our stay.

I fell in love with Croatia & Kaštel Kambelovac during my 1-month stay at Erma’s. Barbara, who was my support and contact person, was super helpful, especially when I had questions as I began learning my way around on the wonderful bus system. While you cannot see the water at all & there is little direct sunlight coming in (as there is a building acrosss the street that seems to house a preschool), the studio is charming inside (just as it looks in pics), & is only a 30-second walk from a little pebble beach, a long promenade with benches, and a yummy restaurant. Two more blocks gets you to groceries, a town square (popular with locals—not touristy) & coffee/drink bars. I so appreciated access to a bike to explore the waterfront villages in Kaštel, which had more outdoor dining in the direction of Trojir. Easy access to charming walled city of Trojir, much larger Split, & the airport by bus. Tip: I most loved beach bar with trees at nearby Gomilica. Plus be sure to download bus app.

Nice place, clean and functional. Google thinks house 19 is 50 m further so make sure to check the photo.

Marina's place was very comfortable and reasonably close to Split town center - we took Uber there to avoid dealing with parking. Head's up to future visitors - the nearby construction caused a couple Uber drivers confusion about where to pick up/drop off. The apartment is also well-located to explore Krka and Plitvice national parks. The apartment is very well stocked with provisions, among the best I have ever experienced in an Airbnb. I would definitely stay at Marina's place on a future visit to Split!

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Perfect for a family holiday. The location was peaceful but still close to everything we needed.
