Antônio's apartment is very good , it's a few steps away from the 24-hour porter beach, covered garage for two cars , I didn't have to take the car for nothing, it's all around... it was very flexible at all !Thank you for the excellent hosting you provided us!

We had a beautiful stay in Cabo Frio. We fell in love with the apartment and the beaches. Everything was clean and tidy. We would definitely return to Heitor's apartment.

Apartment as described, super organized and clean. The location is privileged, on top of the Americanas, close to the beverage distributors, grocery store and bakery, not to mention the access to the beach of the fort, which was beautiful! We went as two couples and the apartment was ideal for us (as we are from different places, having two parking spaces saved us!) We want to return soon.

Great Stadia, well located, building with elevator, 24-hour doorman, close to the beach, close to restaurants, bakery, grocery store, liquor store, ice cream shop, snack bars and hamburgers. The apartment is well furnished, with TV and air conditioning in all the rooms. All rooms have a bathroom, plus 1 bathroom in the laundry room. All necessary utensils in the kitchen, including ice water filter. Hosts are great in service, I recommend it to everyone. We'll be back for sure!!!

Me and my family, stayed for 6 days ! Apt complete, very comfortable, clean , and the host very much requests in everything ! Great common areas too , well-equipped , organized place, we don't miss anything ! We will definitely return more often!

The house is excellent! It is within a great condominium in complete safety. Very quiet site with no loud music after 10 pm. Fully equipped house, nothing is missing. The host is very friendly and is always willing to help with anything.

The house is great, matches the listing, close to the beach and restaurants and markets. You can do everything on foot! I loved it!!

The stay was excellent. From the beginning, the hosts have been very polite and friendly. The house is exactly the same as shown in the photos. Limpa, beautifully decorated, cozy. We had excellent time on site to celebrate Mother's Day and couldn't have been better!

My stay in this house was just wonderful! The house is super cozy, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, making our stay even more practical and nice. The outside area is another high point, with barbecue and well airy space. The location is also excellent, in a quiet neighborhood super close to the beach, just to cross the street. Communication with the host was excellent! She was very attentive and always available to answer our questions and ensure that our stay was the best possible. I will be back for sure!

Positive points: The property itself surprised us positively, it is very spacious, especially the area. In a small, well-maintained and tidy condominium. In the photos, it even looks smaller than it really is. The beds are good, each room has its own bathroom, essential for group travel. If you're looking for a more secluded place, this is the right choice. Even more so for those who have animals, as was my case. Wifi City works. Negative points; Cleaning of the cutlery and needs maintenance on some doors. Lots of mosquitoes (bring plenty of repellent!) and having to cross the road to get to the beach, in our case it was “easy” because it was low season.

the house is like in the pictures, very comfortable and well decorated. The environments are spacious and with a lot of nature. Luciano is very attentive, he always responded to what we ask of him. The condominium is very safe, and the nearby beach, despite not being among the favorites, we liked it very much.

We spent the holiday family and loved it! The house is super spacious, has a large pool, a great field to play ball, play, in addition to the gym utensils that super cater for some training. It is worth noting that having a bathroom in each bedroom makes all the difference, I thought it was great! The house is close to the beach, you can walk. We were very well received and taken care of. Highly recommend and we will definitely go back there!

The apartment is very good, equal and even better than in the photos, clean and organized, check in and check out without bureaucracy, friendly staff, the location is more than perfect! Luís's AP is sensational. We found the extremely clean space, all organized. The accommodation as a whole is quite spacious and pemite feeling of comfort. The condominium has an excellent structure for the family including for children, with large pool, bar, restaurant and market beyond the Lagoa that is behind the surroundings that allows a beautiful sunset. Overall the experience was incredible. About the host Luis, always very friendly and proactive where he gave us great tips by putting himself at our disposal. For those who go to the Lakes region we certainly recommend.

JOSINETE WAS A GREAT HOST. APARTMENT MORE BEAUTIFUL THAN ON THE PHOTOS. AMAZING LOCATION. THE CONDOMINIUM HAS A SWIMMING POOL, GYM AND A BAR FOR CONSUMPTION IN THE POOL AREA. WE LOVE IT AND WANT TO GO BACK.

I and my friends had an incredible experience, Eduardo very polite and attentive, the very young apt, with all the necessary accessories for stay, very friendly and request the building. We felt at home.
