the condominium is in a beautiful area of the araruama lagoon with a spectacular sunset. it has a good infrastructure to spend a few days. The apartment is also well equipped and comfortable for 2 couples. Communication with the host was easy and flexible to fulfill our requests. We loved the stay and already planned to come back!

We spend days with great comfort and tranquility. Clean and comfortable bedding. Spectacular cleaning, fully equipped kitchen with all utensils. Tips for places to visit and where to eat with excellence. We'll definitely go back to feel at home.

the space was perfectly neat and according to the photos, the condominium is very familiar and great for bringing children. I recommend who is, take food or eat in the city because the restaurant does not have so many options and the price is a little salty. The host is excellent, always responds fast, and is always sending several recommendations on what to do in the city for leisure and food. Voltaria another chance ❤️

We stayed for 3 nights, the apartment matches exactly the descriptions and photos presented in the listing, it is very complete. The host is extremely attentive, responds super fast, and makes Check-in and Check-out flexible to help us, and even left a treat. It is close to Praia do Sol and Praia do Sudoeste. The kitchen is complete and has all the necessary utensils (plates, cutlery, pots, microwave, etc.). The living room has a TV, and the balcony has a very relaxing hammock. The bedroom has air conditioning, a ceiling fan, comfortable beds and bedding (sheets and fluffy duvet), a dresser and hangers. In general, access to the apartment is by stairs (a few), it has Wi-Fi, it is safe, it has a shower with hot water and towels. Ahh the condominium is very pleasant, it has a game room, swimming pool, gym, sauna and a part for children to play and the staff are very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it!!!!

Anderson is a spectacular person! We received and provided us with all the information we needed and always ready to assist us! Quiet, safe, very clean, and complete environment! And close to everything.. restaurants, bank, pharmacies.. There is nothing to complain about or suggest improvement! I recommend 100%

The stay was excellent! The location is amazing and everyone is very cordial in the condominium. All brand-new, well-maintained, well equipped. I loved Gabriel's receptivity, super staying with him again. I recommend bringing a spare towel if you are staying less than 7 and more than 3 days. They have all the kitchen items, and everything is very new and of quality. Amei!

I loved the roof, everything was clean and organized , excellent location , right in front of the beach, the condominium is a luxury, with swimming pool , game room and without bureaucracy to enjoy the leisure areas. Alexandra , from the first moment I thought of renting, removed all my doubts, made herself available to clarify if I had more doubts, indicated several places and especially the buggy ride that was sensational , only gratitude for the incredible weekend I spent with my son and nieces.

The place is undoubtedly wonderful. For those who know, the dry beach is an excellent destination for rest and being in a house like this rest is guaranteed. It will probably have to order something or go to the market a few times, but it is at most 10min of the house. Very good space for couple or family with 4 people. Since much of the lakes region is very hot kk but the air and the ventilator of the room account for the message. The outdoor area is undoubtedly the key point of the house. all very beautiful by day and the night improves even more with the lighting of the pool, the Buddha and the rest of the space. And as I had read here, because of the proximity to the sea it is possible to hear the waves at the beginning and end of the day! For those who take advantage of this space too, I leave as a tip to take repellent. And very light clothes, the house tends to heat up a little during the day, but as I said, nothing that the air and the room fan don't count!

I went to spend the holiday with my wife, and the desire was to live in the AP. Totally cozy, Eletros of great quality, spacious room, air conditioning that allowed to keep the AP fresh with the warmth it was doing in the city, and fully equipped for our needs. Not to mention the rest of the fully family condominium, good service, wordless space, pool with lagoon, bar and restaurant, and everything is close. We went on a holiday where the city was totally crowded and a lot of traffic, but with the warmth we had in the condominium we didn't even miss the beach. Selma fully requests and attentive, sure when we get back in town we already know where we host.

I'm not sure where to start, but let's go: Dani: sensational person! He helped us in pretty much everything — he indicated tours, restaurants and also sent us an adapted script. Cara, sensational! Dani's mother? What a wonderful lady! Mr. Mauro, who welcomed us, is humility in person — super gentle. Studio: exactly as in the pictures. The cozy, stress-free place has everything you need. Easy access and total peace! Location: Great! Near the center, supermarket, bakery… you can do everything on foot. And the beach is just 100 meters away. the apartment is beautiful, super comfortable and well equipped. The complex is very quiet, beautiful as seen in the photos. The only bad thing is that the beach is difficult to access and there are no bars or umbrellas there, to go to those in the center you have to have a car or go uber.

The house itself was very clean, excellent location, very close to the beach, establishments such as restaurant, pharmacy, bank, very close to the site. Very helpful employees. The only negative point is the television that could be more modern and a leak in the kitchen, which bothered a little.
