Holiday rentals with beach access in Araruama Lagoon

Very comfortable apartment, we felt at home and for accepting pets, it already won me over. Nothing was missing in the apartment, spacious, with all the utensils, perfect cleaning, very quiet neighborhood, Graziano responded promptly, very polite, all the condominium rules were very clear, great location, very close to the beach, vast shopping, markets, pharmacies, everything perfect. They can rent without fear. We will be back soon. 🥰

Excellent location. The most central of Praia do Forte. Good rooms, one with a balcony and a side view of the sea. Good internet. Good kitchen. Easy garage to get in and out. From 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., another entrance even closer to the beach is available, just intercom to the entrance.

My stay was excellent! The host was extremely helpful from start to finish, always available to answer questions and willing to help with whatever was needed. An incredible place, we were received in a sensational way, everything was clean and tidy. Wonderful location with a perfect breathtaking view. The place has a space with a pool and an incredible barbecue to have that quality time with the family. I highly recommend it and it's worth every penny paid.

The stay with my family was great ! The house was clean and has all the amenities (and even more) advertised. The backyard and balcony form a very nice space, with privacy and a lot of tranquility. Cássia at all times was very kind , attentive, always sending messages to know how our stay was, if we needed anything and gave us tips on local tours. Nearby the house has a trade with: bakery, mini-market, snack bar, ice cream shop and beverage storage that served us well. From now on, I thank the host for the stay and we'll be back as soon as we can. Note: Thank you for the mimic of my niver.

The house is new, very beautiful and exactly as described in the photos, 3 suites and a bedroom without a bathroom, plus a bedroom with a sofa bed and bathroom on the ground floor, organized and clean. Very large and super complete kitchen and room to receive a lot of people. The gourmet area has barbecue and cooktop already with gas, very nice place. The pool is small but it answered what we needed. One point of improvement would be to change the curtains or include a light cut, because in the morning there was a lot of clarity. Great safe condominium house and helpful host, super recommend!

The stay at Arthur's house was simply FORMIDABLE. For the second time we chose this paradise to be with our family. Excellent. Another unforgettable weekend here in this house. We've already stayed in other homes, but the big difference here is Arthur and all the care and affection as a host. Just to understand, cake, jujube to receive and FLOWERS on Mother's Day Sunday.. An incredible experience, very quiet and organized condominium, very well located near several places 10/20min by car. The hostess of the house was very kind and attentive. I had a small accident and broke something, and she was super attentive to me. Fully equipped house with everything made me feel at home and I will definitely return more often.

Our accommodation was amazing, we love every space in the condominium, everything is clean and organized, it's excellent to take the whole family and enjoy everything that is offered, everything in the description is real, Petterson was very attentive, whenever he had a question he answered promptly. Amazing place and when I return to Arraial I will definitely stay there again.

It's my second stay on Airbnb, I don't have much experience, so I was afraid at first. But my first contact with Sonja was very good, I have nothing to complain about, she answered all my questions. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and much more, very well equipped, beautiful, fragrant, very clean, the building itself is new, very well maintained too! Sonja is very detailed and has very good taste, Marcos was the one who welcomed us and showed us the whole building, the rules, gave us tips on places we could go, showed us the whole apartment. I have nothing to complain about, the neighborhood is very quiet even at night. Just one thing I have to point out was in relation to the two glass doors, the living room and the bedroom that were a little stuck, and also the bathroom door of the bedroom, nothing that maintenance can't solve. Other than that, impeccable! When I return to Cabo Frio, I hope to be able to stay in the apartment again. Sonja is very nice!

Regarding check-in, Mirtes sent us a message to our phone days before our arrival giving information and asked us to let him know when we arrived at the Arraial portal so that his collaborator would give us the key. We did this but our message did not reach Mirtes, nor did it respond to our call. We called his collaborator, who also did not answer us, until at a time the person who was going to give us the keys appeared because the guy at the reception of the condominium called him at our request. It was 20 minutes of waiting with uncertainty and tension as it was the first time we rented to Mirtes, who then responded to us having received the keys. We were practically without sleep for the trip and with three also tired children. Everything else was very good! The apartment very well cared for, very nice decorated, with everything to feel at home, in front of a beautiful beach, steps from the rambla. Spectacular! Go back
