Apartment holiday rentals in Arapahoe County

The location was easy to find, with plenty of parking right in front of the building—so we didn’t need the reserved spot nearby. We stayed a few days and never had trouble finding a place to park. Note: The unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, so it may not be ideal for those with mobility issues. It wasn’t a problem for us, and I actually liked being able to toss trash from the top floor without going up and down. The place was clean and nicely decorated with a fun music theme—posters and sculptures that reflect Melissa’s personality. The smaller bedroom had animal-themed decor that my kids loved. That said, a more neutral style might appeal to a broader range of guests (coming from a fellow landlord). Just a couple of minor things: the standing mirror could be a safety concern for small kids, and the bathroom fan was noisy until I tightened a screw. Overall, a great stay—we’d definitely come again! 5 Stars. 😊

Wow- Matt & Jenna are true gems and so is their property. This listing is exactly as described and was perfect for my bestie and I. We appreciated the accommodations, the king sized beds, FANS (iykyk) and large bed rooms. Everything was clean, Matt & Jenna were responsive and so friendly— it was like chatting with an old friend. We will absolutely return to this amazing rental the next time we return to Denver. Thank you for everything!

Great place in an up-and-coming neighborhood with Santa Fe and the Art District within a 5 mins walk. Some great restaurants (Sushi was excellent) Lisa’s place was comfortable and has a great workspace, ideal for access to downtown Denver and for some late night meetings. Ample street parking too with the supplied pass. Definitely a great stay.

The apartment was exactly as expected. It was a great location, easy for us to get everywhere we needed with a lot of good food and things to do close by. Everything was sent to us beforehand with easy directions and all the necessary info to make the stay smooth. We definitely would recommend anyone else to stay and future visits we'll be looking to stay again!

We stayed here after a few days of camping and hiking in the mountains, this cozy apartment was the perfect place for relaxing and recuperating. I worked remote from the apartment, the high speed internet worked great and the provided monitor allowed me to have a workspace similar to home. It was easy to take the train downtown and explore. The apartment is also close to Sloan Lake area for dinner and drinks.

Stayed here for seven nights in total in early June, visiting friends in Littleton. After a 15 hour flight from the UK, driving on unfamiliar roads and in the dark, the 1am check in was seamless, the instructions were clear and the outside light was left on for us. We awoke the next day to a beautifully decorated house, with everything you could need and more. I cannot find fault with anything, the furniture and bed were very comfortable and the garden lovely and peaceful. The house was cooled which was a welcome touch in unfamiliar heat! Ideally situated close to shops and restaurants, everything is in walking distance. would deffinately stay here again, thank you ladies!

Highly recommend this place, especially for a family. It was literally perfect. Great cooking tools, seating, space, decor…couldn’t design a more family friendly home.

I stayed here for a summer internship and it was great!! Very easy to get on the highway, lots of food around, and a nice park a short walk away. The place was exactly what I needed.

Such a great little place to “hibernate”. I’m from AZ so not used to basements. I felt like I was cozying up for a winters nap every time I went in! So clean and the bed/pillows were so comfortable!!

Brian was an amazing host, I would stay here again! Very responsive, communicative, and flexibility with the stay. Instructions were very clear and he also sent some recommendations. We were missing toilet paper, but he got us a pack ASAP. 4/5 stay, a bit noisy upstairs but it was a townhome so not something I shouldn’t expect.

We came in for a family wedding. Crystal's place was great! Great decor and a great outdoor patio! She made check in and check out easy, with clear instructions. I highly recommend staying at her place for any trip to Denver!

Demetria's place was perfect for our work conference. Private rooms, good internet that allowed us to crank through work before and after the conference. We were traveling from one hotel to hers and in limbo between 12-3. She even let us put our belongings in the house early so we didn't have to haul them around. 5/5 stars!

What a beautiful apartment located in a perfect neighborhood close by lots of retail stores and restaurants. There is plenty to do within walking distance of the location. The apartment itself was perfect for our two daughters and hubby and myself! The decor was gorgeous. We all enjoyed the heated rooftop pool and hot tub that showcased views of the city. We needed a few items for the apartment and they were quickly door dashed to us without apprehension. I’m so glad we picked this place to stay and highly recommend it to others.

We loved our stay. The living room furniture was very comfortable and the king bed was super, super comfortable. The unit had everything we could want. The location was very convenient with easy access to Arapahoe Road, I-25, C470 and Park Meadows mall, which provided easy access to great restaurants and shopping. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Good, clean, well-located apartment in modern apartment building. Very responsive owner. Only concern was lack of clothes hanging capacity which owner has said she will provide for next guest.

Fabulous place. It was well equipped, and had an incredible view of the Rockies A downside/ upside was that a couple of codes were needed for the lobby and elevator, then apartment. It was a little tedious, but it definitely made you feel more secure. The rooftop pool and public areas were incredible. I wish I had known about all of the amenities on day 1, especially how to get coffee. Overall, 5 stars, and I definitely would come back. It is a top notch property.

We’re not used to being in a big city so it was a learning curve to figure out entry codes, key fobs, parking garage, etc, however, Lacey provided detailed instructions and the the friendly people living in her building were ready to lend a helping hand. Lacey was also very responsive to questions. The apartment was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The building and parking ramp felt very safe and secure and it was very quiet/ no noisy neighbors. It was close to our son and not too far from downtown. I highly recommend her place!
