We loved the place! Rose was super helpful with great communication and we felt right at home. The balcony was the best part.

Such a cute place, perfect for a family trip with small kids. We enjoyed the pool and splash pad, and loved the area as well and its proximity to the beach and other amenities. Will definitely come again.

We had a great stay overnight. Older property but neat and tidy. The pool area and boardwalk/beach was beautiful!! We would love to stay again next time. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Great stay. The apartment is perfect for a little get away. The kitchen had all the cooking wear and utensils we needed. The bed/living area was just the right size and was so neat and presentable. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach every morning. No need to drive. It was great!

The condo is clean, well laid out, and quiet. We all felt very safe walking around the area. The location is great, and we enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the water and occasional dolphin and birds. Love that both bedrooms have balcony access and bathroom privacy. Kitchen is well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Those host was gracious. We would definitely book this unit again.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host provided clear, detailed instructions that made check-in and navigating the space super easy. The place was spotless and well-maintained. It was also stocked with many amenities that made the stay extra comfortable. You can tell the host really cares about creating a great experience. I’d definitely stay here again!

I've stayed here 3 times already and it feels like our home away from home. We love this place, perfect for families. Well stocked. responsive host. We had an issue with the stove and he sent his nephew who was incredibly sweet and great at fixing the issue. We love this spot and look forward to staying again.

Samantha is absolute sweetheart and super friendly. Her recommendation was amazing. The air Bnb was clean smelled great had a full set of skillets, dishes, cups, forks and plenty of towels!!

Awesome time place was great. It was just me and my girlfriend so we didn’t really dirty anything we made sure we washed any dishes or anything like that. I gotta say this is the first time that I’ve ever had a Airbnb that got us to do our own laundry.. other than that it was great people were friendly around. We love the quiet.

Cynthia was very quick responding questions. Initially we found it a bit hard to find the address, since google maps was sending us somewhere else, but Cynthia did help us immediately. The place was awesome, as described, felt renewed and location was nice too. I do recommend her place!

Great , quiet place to stay for an easy trip to several beaches, with the closest being 1 minute drive if you have beach gear to set up for the day. It was an easy walk in the evening to enjoy a sunset on the beach. Parking was fantastic. The full kitchen made it easy to have meals and snacks when we wanted. The full refrigerator/ freezer was convenient to refreeze our cooler bags.(no buying bags of ice everyday). Planning on staying here again!

my family and I loved this place . already planning on going back. pool what kept up, with, grass was nice and thick. the dock was a wounder place to chill and fish. only bad thing to say was the night green light didn't work the breaker would jump think there was a short.

Absolutely amazing stay! I can’t wait to go back if I get the chance. For me, the currently quiet location, winter visit, was just what the doctor ordered. I loved being able to walk right out to the beach at any time. The condo itself was just as pictured, probably better, super clean and welcoming. The views are the selling point here. I just couldn’t get enough of them. Being able to open the living room sliding doors to hear and see the waves crashing was the highlight of my stay. While the building is older, this unit is just stunning and fresh. I cooked every meal in the kitchen and found it clean, well organized and stocked. The only 2 issues I encountered were with the water pressure and temperature. At times it was a bit low and took a while to heat up. But it was really not a big deal. I did not use the hot tub or pool but heard others say the hot tub was nice in the cold weather. Both looked very clean.

Peaceful stay at this beautiful condo! Loved the location and the close proximity to the beach. The provided beach gear (chairs and towels) made it very easy to pack up and go. The condo itself was clean and spacious and provided enough space for our family of 5 to spread out. It was close enough to Port A to get some shopping and dining experiences, while private enough to have our own space on the beach and pool. We were not aware of the construction prior to arriving and while it did not cause large issues, the noise was loud for several long portions of a couple of afternoons so we found other things to do outside of the condo! We were very thankful to find charged lanterns during several power outages during a bigger storm that passed through. All in all, would definitely recommend this space for families with 10+ yr old children or adults.

Place was wonderful. Loved how it was right on the beach and loved waking up to the waves and view. Host was very responsive which was helpful. I told him we were going for our honeymoon and he had towels folded in the shape of a heart. So kind! He definitely went above and beyond. There were beach chairs in the guest bedroom closet. They were very used but it was nice to not have to bring our own. There was also an umbrella but we didn’t end up using it because it was very windy on the beach. You can just drive on the beach which is nice. You have to go to the gas station to get a pass (about $12). The blue lights were definitely a plus too because we were able to have mood lighting as well as not feel like we were a tv for people walking by on the beach. You can tell Mark has put in effrt to make this a great stay. Mark is a great host and we loved his place! Would definitely come back. (Side note: there was no coffee or coffee filters so make sure to get your own)

This was such a great location. It was very peaceful, pool and docks were within in feet of the condo. Pictures do not do justice for how cute this condos is! It is a single floor condo, no stairs to climb, which was great for my mom! Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for us! The teenagers loved the location, they were never bored! ! The host was awesome and very responsive, esp for a same day book and check-in! One of our best vacation spots! Will definitely be back!! Thank you!

My family of five had a wonderfully restful week of swimming, fishing, kayaking and grilling in the open air while toasting the beautiful bay just feet away, colorful sunsets above and our border collie chasing her frisbee to exhaustion. Heaven!

The condo was very nice. Right next to waterfront with fishing piers. There is also a pool for swimming. I was there for mainly fishing. The piers had good access. The neighbors in the complex were friendly. The condo had very good appliances and supplies for cooking. It’s has good proximity to HEB for food supplies. Also the property is near Fulton fishing pier and Goose Island State park if you want bigger piers. But I still caught plenty of catfish from the private piers in the complex. Cozy stay with quick access to the beach. The condo even provides some essentials (dinnerware, coffee, blankets, etc.) if needed. The balcony has a great view of the beach & we were able to see a firework display.
