Very cute stay for my partner and I (: I enjoyed the place a lot & Joseph always responded fast! Thank you for letting us stay.

We booked this place just a day before the long weekend. Still, we felt the price was too good. The home is spotless with the all amenities you need. Everything was well-stocked. It’s literally 1-2 min drive to the beach, which was a bonus! I would love stay here again!

Beautiful and well kept with amenities which made us feel at home. This is a great location across from Cole Park. Our host Vienna was great, provided clear instructions and quick to respond to questions. We would definitely consider staying here for our next visit to Corpus Christi.

Great place! We had a group of friends staying there and there was plenty of room for everyone. We loved that it was only about a 5 minute walk to the beach and it was only 5 minutes drive from food, stores, and shopping. We had a wonderful time!

travelled in a group of 10 friends. the area was very walkable & we loved being so close to the beach. had plenty of space to entertain and relax, and anthony was an incredible host who gave clear and simple instructions. we had a great trip and would 100% stay again!

Amber was right on top of things and super responsive. Anything that was needed during the stay, there was zero hesitation. She was always very pleasant in speaking to her and maintains a cheerful and considerate attitude. The kitchen is well stocked , the a.c cools perfectly on those hot days, and showers are hot w good pressure. The home is off the main road where it’s quiet but within a mile or two of anything you might need.

We could not have had a better time! The house is clean. The beds are very comfortable with nice linens. The area is quiet and in a small marina. The rooms are a good size with flattering decorations. The kitchen was fully stocked. Keller, the host and owner, was responsive and accommodating. We would love to come back!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The unit was well decorated and outfitted to make everything easy and comfortable. The location was incredible--two blocks to the public fishing pier and three blocks from great restaurants and bars! Right in the heart of Port A!

Excelente lugar

we feel we were in home. Phil like family member to take care us. we came down to birding. Phil provided a lot of information for birding and also took us to the museum where he and his wife volunteered. wonderful couple and we had a lot to talk about like old friends. We will definitely come back and recommend this place. the location is perfect to everything. we had wonderful week. Thank you. Phil.

Cozy little place close to the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants

The place is conveniently located close to Whitecap beach and it takes only a short drive to other beaches. It was a very relaxing and comfortable stay. The outdoor shower was helpful, especially with pet. There are lot of restaurants and a grocery store close by. The deck was calm to wind down at the end of day. I would definitely book again!

Thank you so much Timothy for not only allowing a flexible early check in to give us the convenience of getting situated before enjoying the beautiful surroundings. He went above and beyond to communicate with me regarding check in process and a question that arised during our stay and promptly responded to me. The place was exactly as pictured. The balcony with rocking chairs was nice in the morning with a cup of coffee. The fishing pier and pool that is private to those staying on the property was the best part. This made it easy to never leave the condo and allowed us to enjoy our stay even more. Thank you for sharing your beautiful residence and giving us an opportunity to enjoy it!

Joe was very helpful and responsive and confirmed that there was plenty of room to park my boat securely. The place was perfect quiet and the neighborhood is really nice.

Amazing stay! It was super easy to get inside and the area surrounding the building was extremely peaceful and lovely. It was a super clean and no clutter at all! Would recommend!

Great location. Cant beat the view and how close it was to the beach. the beach was clean and family friendly. The host was very helpful and responsive. Looking forward to coming back soon.

I stayed here with my girlfriend for a little under a week and we had a great time. A great place to stay all around! I recommend it a 100%. Water pressure from the sinks was a little low but nothing to complain about! Would love to stay here again if I get the chance. Lisa is a great host and is very responsive to messages!

This was an absolutely beautiful home on a beautiful location. Mark the host is fantastic. After a long journey from Colorado to a terrible b and b mark allowed us to book, literally an hour before we arrived and made every accommodation. The one time i needed to call he was very quick to respond and handle the situation. ( ac in the unit) the condo is just as described and the beach view was amazing. We went during the week and was not very crowded. Everything was clean and well maintained. Would definitely book this again.

We went to sandfest and this was the perfect location for it! The place was nice with many extra personal amenities like baskets with microwave inserts, makeup towels, plenty of toiletries, etc., to make it feel like home. It also has lots of utensils/pots in the kitchen to cook. There were plenty of beach towels & chairs for our use, too. Parking was easy access.

This was our second stay at this property. The rooftop hot tub is probably our favorite amenity but the entire space is perfect for my family. The owner leaves clear instructions for everything and very responsive touching base almost immediately after booking. We definitely look forward to future stays at this property.

This was the perfect location by restaurants, the beach and bars. It was private by the pool area and quiet. The room was very clean, spacious and looked like the photos. The room has A/C unit and a dehumidifier which is great for by the beach. Truly was cozy, safe and a great stay for spring break!

This is our second year here. Over the years we have stayed at several other condos at Port A, but once we found this place we will NEVER go anywhere else. Where to start...definitely a 5-star location. The Mayan Princess is a fantastic place to stay, relax, enjoy. Their three pools are the best on the beach, and we have stayed at several other places over the years. It is a smaller condo building which means small crowds, laid back atmosphere, just relaxing. The beach is very close and very clean. So....the condo itself...very nice and high end. This is not your usual place to stay. Jana provides EVERYTHING. The place is upscale and clean (my wife's reqirements). The upstairs bedrooms are spacious and include a private balcony off the master bedroom (big room with a couch and still room to spare....so a balcony on both floors!!! The master bathroom/bathroom is HUGE, upscale, clean, roomy. Every detail has beed taken care of. Jana is a SUPERHOST and this is a SUPER CONDO!!!
