The apartment is in an excellent location in the cond. Golf Ville, near the beach, food trucks and playgrounds. In addition, the apartment was clean, organized and with impeccable bed/ bath linen. The communication whenever we did we had quick returns. Our stay was wonderful.

Everything was great. The apartment is spotless and exactly matches the description. In case there are 8 guests, as was our case, consider 2 small children to sleep on the sofa. Everything is great! The condominium has excellent structure and is very close to Beach Park.

Super indico Dona Conceição e Sr. Jose. First time I use the Airbnb platform and I was very pleased. The hosts are very polite, thoughtful, and helpful. They respond quickly when they are called. The property is in excellent condition and meets all the necessities. The property's location is also great, as it is close to the airport, supermarkets, pharmacies, malls, cafeterias, plazas, there are buses at the door and uber. Anytime I return to Fortaleza for sure I will stay with them. The place is very good for children. My son is 7 years old and loved. He said he wants to come back soon. I just have to thank you. The apartment is exactly as it appears in the photos. All very clean and quality bedding. The very equipped kitchen. Apartment easily accommodates 7 people. Air conditioning in the living room was excellent. All air conditioners worked very well. Bath in the bedroom was a differential. Extremely safe condominium. Very clean and with various activities. The ideal is to be by car because on foot it is difficult to get around. We were unable to have breakfast in the restaurant (you need to make reservation). We were also unable to have lunch at the restaurant (it was packed). We had a small mismatch at check-in (information on the key lock code) which was promptly resolved by Mr. Raul. In the end, we felt at home for a week that I was with my family!! Voltaria for sure.

Very nice apartment

We had happy days in the apartment. I think his location inside the condominium is privileged, because the terrace has total privacy and because it is not facing the pools is very quiet. It is very close to Beach Parque, we were by car because the walk would be very long with strong sunshine. Since it is very hot in the area, the air conditioning takes a little to cool and the room is not too cold. I missed black out curtain, I didn't notice before the photos I didn't have. The bedroom is clear. Overall, it was great d+! We really like it and recommend it!
