The stay at Evaldo's place was amazing. We had a great time with the family, the place is exactly as shown in the listing and pleased all guests. The apartment is very spacious, not to mention the beachfront condominium and close to markets and restaurants. We had easy contact with co-host Marcelo, who was always helpful and brought quick solutions to the small details that arose. I recommend it and intend to return very soon.

We had a great stay! The apartment was clean and organized, the atmosphere is very family-like, with a wonderful leisure area, including the restaurant whose menu is very good. The service provided by Francy was excellent.

Ventilated. Quiet. Beautiful sea view. Comfortable beds. Sheets and towels were provided. All rooms are air-conditioned. Quiet leisure area. I live in Fortaleza and booked the apartment for a family getaway and everyone loved it. We will definitely be back. Once again, I thank the host for his willingness to always clarify any doubts. We will definitely return to Índico.

Apt for the family. I went with my husband and 2 children, accommodated them all well. Well equipped kitchen, enough utensils. Very comfortable bath and sleeping. Best impossible location, literally in front of the beach park and the exclusive entrance to it. The condominium has excellent structure, good restaurant with fair price and recreation for children. We will definitely return more often!

We have already rented other units in this condominium, but André's accommodation was a pleasant surprise! The condominium is excellent, on the sand, organized, with kind and attentive staff. Close to good restaurants, markets and etc. You can walk to the beach park along the beach. André's apartment was excellent for my family. Two very comfortable en-suites, plus an outbuilding with a bathroom! Everything is of great quality and working perfectly. The kitchen is complete and had all the utensils we needed. I recommend it to everyone and I am immensely grateful to André for his kindness and speed in communication, always concerned with making everything perfect!

Second time we stayed in that apartment! And super we recommend novamenre as we love the stay. The space is cozy and clean, well taken care of in a great location and very close to Beach Park. The Apt exceeded our expectations because all comodes are well-equipped and perfect for family groups and/or friends. Mayra is extremely responsive, helpful and helpful.

Our stay at Raquel's apartment was wonderful! The apartment is even more beautiful than in the photos; everything of great quality, a lot of comfort and tranquility. It has everything we need and even more; she is kind enough to leave water, cleaning products and some other kitchen amenities. Everything works perfectly and extra point for the comfort of bed and bath linens. Congratulations on the excellent accommodation that gives us direct access to the beach, very good indeed. Wonderful location, communication with Abir was great!! Note 10, super recommend. I only missed a stove 2 mouths and a filter, but nothing to hinder the stay. I would definitely come back and recommend it.

My experience at this Airbnb was great! The host was super attentive and quickly answered all my questions, which made me feel very safe from the start. The apartment is clean, comfortable, well-equipped and has a beautiful view. One of the most positive aspects is that, even though it is a private booking made by Airbnb, guests have full access to the resort's facilities, such as swimming pools, leisure areas and other amenities. The staff at the place were always friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is very organized and welcoming. 24-hour security also provides a lot of peace of mind throughout the stay. The location is great, with supermarkets and shops nearby, which makes everyday life much easier. It was a light, safe and very pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend and would come back without a second thought!

The apartment corresponds to what is described in the listing. Very well decorated, with all the amenities, finally a super cosy space. We have been a few times in the same condominium and this was by far the best apartment we know. We noticed good taste in decoration and attention to detail. Our only dissatisfaction was not with the apartment, but with the quality of the restaurant's food that fell a lot (we do not recommend eating on it). In addition, the hostess was always attentive and made us feel at home.

Excellent location. Beautiful view of the sea and Beach Park. Super ventilated, clean, well decorated apartment. The Aqua Park is wonderful for children, with recreation until 10 pm. My children loved it. The owners were kind and super available. I highly recommend it

I went with my family for the days of Carnival and we love it! From the beginning, communication with Wagner was very fast and good. I asked him to install shipowners because my grandfather does not sleep in bed and he has installed shipowners throughout the apartment. The condominium has a lot of structure and good restaurants, which made it very easy to eat these days that we were there. It also has a good gym, which pays R$10.00/day. The apt is also well equipped and had everything we need. Large rooms and bathrooms, all with air conditioning, which made everyone well accommodated. The location is great, the condominium gives access to the beach and on a short walk (~15-20 min), you can reach Beach Park. From apt to the beach it is necessary to walk a little inside the condominium, but nothing bad. Only if they have people with mobility issues, that was my case. It was with two elderly people over 90 years old and one physically disabled. So we rented a wheelchair before the trip for those moments.

Rodrigo was an excellent host, always very quick and gentle on returns. The apartment is great, well divided, equipped and comfortably accommodates guests. Acquaville is also a great resort for children and adults.

Otoni's space is exactly as shown in the photos, an excellent apartment in an excellent condominium. Otoni sent all the instructions and photos for check-in and parking, making everything easy. The condominium is safe, with a private beach, beautiful pool view and great for families. We loved our stay. I definitely recommend it.
