It is a wooden and stone chalet, the upper part is my accommodation, while the lower part (recently renovated) is all for guests: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large and bright living room and a small kitchen, but very functional. The outdoor space is common, but very large, you can safely park the car. There is also a veranda where you can eat or just relax. Tourist centers, lakes, and trails are just minutes away by car.

Excellent location once you find it. We had a little trouble but no worries, the views are stunning. The home is adequately equipped, clean and modern. The train runs close by and takes a while to get used to. The beach is great and there are plenty of chairs, umbrellas and toys. The location is central to nice towns, shopping and restaurants. If you can get to restaurant Vecchio Frantoio in Diamante it’s well worth it. Valerio and Laura are excellent hosts. You won’t be disappointed.

We were Fabrizio's guests and actually more than guests we really felt at home! The house is really cared for in every detail and everything is in its place, just like any self-respecting grandmother would want. He left us wood to keep us warm and everything we needed to spend 3 carefree days. The view from the kitchen, and moreover during New Year's Eve, was something magical and indescribable. A crazy view! Thanks to Fabrizio, always ready and available for anything you need. Warm greetings! And thanks for the super welcome!

Comfortable and complete bathroom Large room with plenty of space to store clothes. A very nice terrace to appreciate the city. When we return to Consenza, we will rent this apartment again.

This is a very beautiful, top floor, private space with a lovely view from the patio. Bruna and her daughter were wonderful hosts, making sure we had all the basics as well as breakfast and beverages. They prepared recommendations of nearby restaurants and it turns out the restaurant suggested "A Cantina Cosentina" was our favorite meal of the trip. There is an electric gate for the parking area and we felt very secure. There are 3 rooms, each with its own private bathroom and shower. One of the many extras that we really enjoyed.… Bruna encouraged us to pick lemons from the tree downstairs. It was the freshest and sweetest lemonade ever! We would highly recommend Bruna's place if you need a nice place to stay in the Cosenza area.
