This is our second stay at this cabin and we so enjoy it there. The setting is private and beautiful. The log cabin is gorgeous. We enjoy the open floor plan and fireplace. It’s been a great location to meet up with family to celebrate the holidays. Wilmer is very kind and helpful. He was responsive to our questions and needs. We appreciated the hospitality. Highly recommend!

Wow! What an amazing place! We had so much fun! There is plenty of space inside—7 bedrooms and 6 baths—with plenty of places to congregate. Front porch, back porch, fire pit and other outside seating areas are wonderful! The huge house was clean and inviting. It is a wonderful escape!

The other reviews I read for this stay were completely accurate. At a time when many Airbnb's feel like mini Ikea showrooms and are managed nicely, but coldly, this place was the opposite. It truly felt like staying in a real home and being warmly welcomed. Anne was terrific. I asked if it was possible to have flowers delivered ahead of time. She understandably said no, because no-one is there to receive them. Instead, she left us flowers from her own garden. Great place, the best host!

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly nice, responsive, and personable; they made us feel genuinely welcomed from the start. Communication was easy, and they were quick to respond to any questions we had. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. You can tell they really care about their guests. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place with a personal touch!

Danielle was an amazing host, very responsive and gave us excellent information about the area. Her home was perfect for my husband and I and our dogs. The fully fenced yard was a great place to hang out and let the dogs run around. The house has a spacious and well stocked kitchen and the living area provided a cozy space for us to hang out. We would love to stay there next time we are in town.

This was a perfect location for our extended family visit. Close to University of Lynchburg. Apartment was perfect size for our extended family. Breakfast was delicious. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

We came into town for a graduation at Liberty University. The house is on a dirt road well off the beaten path (which I love). It was a very beautiful area, very peaceful even with neighbors nearby. We were delighted to find that the host gifted us a 6 pack of Bold Rock Cider, which oddly enough is my favorite cider (I’m gluten free). Everything was clean, with the exception of the inside of the fridge. My kids played their hearts out running around the yard, swinging, roasting marshmallows. My only complaint is the tiny showers, but I’m claustrophobic 😂😂 otherwise, we had a wonderful stay and would stay again!

The place was spacious and beautiful, in a safe location close to an amazing bakery and coffee shop. The beds were comfortable and the house in general was impeccable. Unfortunately we had to buy some things that were missing. Garbage bags, toilet paper. There was barely any in the bathroom and no extra. They were minor details. I would absolutely recommend staying here. The view was so beautiful.

Stayed for a weekend and enjoyed it immensely! This property is very private, has amazing scenery, and quaint lodging that felt very homey. I stayed during the winter months; that did not present a problem since the heat worked flawlessly in the bunk house. Mitch was very responsive and offered any way to make my stay more enjoyable. I’ll certainly be planning a return trip!

Staying with Mr Jane was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the apartment was cozy and spotless. The place was well-equipped and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. This is a peaceful downstairs apartment with private entry and beautiful backyard with swimming pool. Mrs Jane was always available to answer our questions. unforgettable experience! Cindy and Bills Airbnb was amazing and even better than we could have imagined. It was so cute and comfortable! We sat on the deck, drinking wine, and had a beautiful view complete with Alpacas! It was close to FarmVille which was great! We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay. We only stayed one night. We drove up to drop my brother off at college. It was a wonderful day. Everyone was super nice.!

Perfectly imperfect! We wanted a getaway from the city and this was just that. Everything that wasn’t “perfect” made our experience more memorable. Sitting out by the fire and waking up to the scenery was amazing. We were also glad to let our dogs run wild.
