Big shout out to the host who was very friendly and responsive. Regarding the place, had everything to make our stay safe, peaceful and full of fun. Enjoyed playing tennis in the morning and chilling in the pool. Nice grill and kitchen made sure we did not had to leave the place. Easy access to grocery store and restaurants. Overall our stay was way beyond our expectation in a very positive way. We sure will be returning.

Very private and peaceful. A little hard to find as the street sneaks up on you, but once you’re familiar with the area it’s very centrally located. The goats were a fun form of entertainment, and the pool was great with the outside heat. Beverly was very responsive and accommodating. Thanks for a great stay!

This was a wonderful place to stay at during our trip to Lynchburg. It was extremely clean and looked just like the photos. The area was peaceful, well kept, and safe. When we arrived there was a cute welcome basket filled with snacks. Also, we appreciated the many streaming services ready to be used on the tv! There is a drive-thru coffee shop (Joe Beans) that is a very close drive—great drinks and baked goods! I would highly recommend this place and felt the host was eager to provide a great stay.

Kyle was an excellent host and the home was amazing! My family and I were visiting for a graduation and the house had everything we needed and allowed us to all be together. From the pool, to the karaoke, to the space, it was perfect! I would definitely stay there again and recommend Kyle and this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable home with fun things to do with friends and family!

Karen was very pleasant & quick to respond. We rented her home for our son’s wedding. She gave great recommendations & took care of a problem right upon arrival. The home was beautiful, we had plenty of space for our family & loved being able to bring our dog. The master bath floor & tub wasn’t the cleanest, I don’t blame that at all on the host, I’m sure it can be hard with cleaners managing a property. And the steps going upstairs weren’t swept. I didn’t want to bother her again, as she had already taken care of a problem for us earlier, so we just went with it, it wasn’t unbearable. Beds were comfy. Towels were nice, washcloths may need a little updating, but overall, it was what we needed & served its purpose.

The house is in a great location. It’s true to the pictures. The host was very communicative. Great amenities & used them all. The kitchen is very well stocked. Loved the pool, fire pit & screened in porch for relaxing evenings. Beds are comfortable with clean linens. Great experience overall.

The townhouse worked out great for attending our son’s graduation. It was nicely furnished, comfortable beds and dark bedrooms, lots of condiments in the fridge if needed and they included a case of bottled water and also some snacks and fruit was a nice touch to greet us upon arrival. Highly recommended.

Lovely little spot in Amherst. Clean, close to the towns shops and restaurants. Stayed here for SBC reunion and it was convenient to campus.

We celebrated graduation with family from around the country at the house. The kitchen was perfect for 12 of us to share meals and gather around the large country kitchen. Highly recommend. Thank you ! Great home :)

A very comfortable house 10 minutes south of Dillwyn. Perfect for seminary visits. There is a basement tenant that I don’t remember from the listing. Overall a very nice location and we will definitely stay again

Beautiful, clean house. It was very spacious and comfortable.

Amy’s place was a true hidden gem, beautiful property, 60 acres of country living and privacy to roam, yet all the comforts of home in the house itself. Kitchen was super clean with modern appliances, with everything you might need to make meals. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and exactly what we needed, the kids especially loved having their own rooms, and their own separate section of the house! Our dog enjoyed every minute of off-leash time, exploring the woods, trails, and favorite place by far, the creek! Amy was very responsive and messaged with us back and forth before, during and after our stay. Town is not too far away with restaurants and activities, and Amy was quick to offer suggestions. All in all a great, memory-making trip, and we hope to come back to visit again soon!

The Carriage House is beautiful. From the decor, well-stocked kitchen to luxurious linens, we were very comfortable in this home for a long weekend. Just outside of Farmville in a beautiful rural setting, is a jewel of a home. We were a party of 4, busy with different wedding festivities all weekend. It was lovely to start our days on the porch with coffee and come home to relax on the porch to enjoy the each other. Thanks to our host for a well stocked kitchen, bathrooms and all the goodies for us to enjoy. We appreciated your flexibility when we needed it! I hope to return to enjoy more of the area, shop at Greenfront and stay in this lovely home once again.

Nice basement suite. Had everything I needed to be comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the livingroom area was great for relaxing and watching TV on a huge television. The extra perks (snacks, water, soda and coffee) were a nice touch! Thanks!

⸻ We had a wonderful stay at the Martin Luther King House! We were traveling with our 81-year-old mother and three grandsons, and it was the perfect home for our family. There was so much space for everyone to spread out, and the beds were all very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the cozy sitting area with a TV where we could relax and watch a movie together, and the large dining table made it easy for all of us to gather for meals and games. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed, and the snacks left for us were such a thoughtful touch. The location was fantastic—right across the street from a donut shop and close to a great Mexican restaurant. We loved walking through the beautiful neighborhood, which felt safe and peaceful. We would absolutely stay here again. It was such a special place for our family to reconnect and relax—we’re so thankful for the memories we made at this lovely home!

The place was super nice and clean. It had everything I needed to stay for a week. This is a housing complex with all houses connected. The driveway is super small but I also drive a full size truck. Overall I’m not disappointed. Watch out for all the kids when backing out of the driveway.

I had a great couple of days here.

The house was super cute. The houses around seem like they are in need of updating but Brittney’s tiny house was very cosy! The decor made me feel like I was right at home. Brittney was also very helpful when my plans changed and needed earlier check in. Thank you so much!!!

It’s a beautiful place with peaceful surroundings. Hearing the water from both sides of the property is soothing. Well stocked kitchen to include spices, oils, containers and cookware. Beds are comfortable!
