Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Antigua and Barbuda

I was on a solo trip, Shaquille was very accommodating, he offered to pick me up once I landed into the country. He's an extraordinary person with such grace and great hospitality. I could not of have a wonderful time without him. He tailored to my vacation, giving his time to accompany where I wanted to go. He's knowledgeable about the Island and was able to give me advised in my interests. I will recommend his accommodation anytime.

that place was lovely, however a tiny bit noisy in the morning as we are next to the fire and police stations so they start their trucks early. there are also roosters in the area ahaha. it's all about location location location, and it was fire! next to the best beaches in Antigua, close to some restaurants. I was happy to be there. I pet her dogs in the morning, parking was easy! thanks Oceanna!

Our stay at Bernard’s place was awesome. The home is exactly as described and looks just like the photos. Literally 5 mins from the airport ..I mean it’s walking distance!! Thoughtful amenities and very clean and comfortable. We saw lots of thoughtful things there that you won’t normally find at an air bnb and I’ve stayed at many! Like for example there was an umbrella hanging on the door in case it rained ..small little things like that do not go un- noticed. They set the bar real high for others. The host is super responsive and nice. There was a water issue and it was resolved in leas than an hour even though it was at night. The plumber came within 30 mins … now that is impressive!! Plenty of linens and clean towels - even a washer and dryer. Plenty of dishes, utensils and cookware if we decided to make a meal. There wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t provided. Don’t walk-run to reserve this home. It’s well worth the money you will spend. Not overpriced either!!!

Though my time was limited I enjoyed my brief encounter. The home was clean, nicely set up and the area was very peaceful. Natalie was respectful, responsive, and sweet. A great person overall, she made me feel very welcomed. I do suggest either getting a rental or a trusted driver to be able to move around if you’re are looking to move around freely.

Blanka made our stay very welcoming and allowed us an early check in and Kate check out because of flight issues. We were very appreciative of Blanka’s hospitality and will recommend anyone to stay there. The home was very well kept and easily accessible.

The home is gorgeous, clean and so comfortable. The outside patio and the lower deck above the water were beautiful. Enjoyed snorkeling right off our property.

Alyson and Tony are wonderful hosts. We made a stop at grocery store en route and he met us there to guide us to the house, which is an an primo location in a nice neighborhood. Upon arrival he and Alyson were very welcoming and extremely helpful. The house is exactly as described and depicted - great living area and kitchen downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. The private yard made for excellent security and the tropical foliage was so cool, especially with the well-maintained plunge pool that we used often. On our first night we walked down to the excellent Fox House restaurant. While dining on the porch a big downpour came. A little while later Alyson arrived to check that we were ok and not caught in it. Her thoughtfulness and kind heart did not go unnoticed. The best is that the house is so close to several spectacular beaches. We liked Darkwood the best of them. Jolly Harbour is just a mile or so away, too. Thanks Alyson and Tony for making our stay so wonderful!

Len is a great friendly host! The Pearl is beautiful nestled on top of a Hill over looking some lovely ocean views. The place was as pictured, comfortable and clean. There were 4 of us on a girls trip — so the 4 beds were perfect. You could fit more if you don’t mind cozying up with others on the double beds or on the large master bedroom king bed. If you are looking for a remote work location, the master bedroom has a nice little room with a desk and futon. There is a washer and dryer. Awesome basketball court, beach towels, chairs, games and other things for your entertainment. I would certainly consider this place for a future stay on the island 🏝️

For anyone looking for a place to stay in Antigua , Paradis Tropical Suites is the place . Everything you see on the website and the descriptions are just as describe. Nice surrounding, almost everywhere I wanted to visit is 23 min or less from location. Place was very clean and cozy. Make you feel right at home

Beautiful little studio, well outfitted and nestled in the nature. Downstairs of the main house where Vanessa and her husband live, but lots of privacy as it’s to the side with a nice little patio. On a golf course, which I didn’t get to explore, but would have liked to as I heard there’s a nice little clubhouse with great affordable meals that you can walk to. Maybe next time. We loved it here! We spent a week driving around the entire island - and while a lot of places are very beautiful and fun, we kept thinking how happy we were to stay in Dickenson Bay. The beach is right next to the resort - literally a minute away. The grounds are impeccable lots of pretty flowers, bushes and trees, with multiple workers taking care of the grounds daily. It’s fenced and felt very secure, with very pleasant security guards. Overall, can’t recommend this area and specifically this unit enough. There are 2 restaurants right next to the place, one also operating a bar. They have down-time between lunch and dinner (4 to 6) and we found that often places wanted reservations even when fairly empty. We did rent a car and would recommend you do the same, unless you are skittish about left-side driving and island roads. While the room is a little dated and isn’t fancy, it was perfect for our family of 3, a fantastic “home base” to explore the island from!

I had an amazing stay at Eiysha's Airbnb! The place was absolutely lovely—immaculately clean, well-decorated, and incredibly comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. Eiysha was a gracious host, ensuring everything was perfect for my visit. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was so relaxing. I am already looking forward to a second visit and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay!

Good evening everyone, I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for Alicia, who truly exemplified what it means to be a super host. Her responsiveness and communication were outstanding, which I greatly value. I had reserved the space for my grandmother and mother during a difficult time following the passing of her son in Antigua. Alicia made the entire booking process smooth and seamless, which is particularly impressive coming from someone who works as a travel consultant. From the beginning of the booking until the end of the stay, we maintained great communication. I highly encourage anyone considering this space to go ahead and make a reservation as soon as possible! Thank you once again, Alicia!

Bills place was very clean and cozy. The pool and beach are just steps away and we always found loungers under palapas without any issue. There are 2 restaurants, one on each side of the villas which were okay for a quick bite, the real winners were casa roots and bistro. I will definitely return to this beautiful villa next time we visit Antigua

Staying at this home truly felt like coming home for me. I navigated the house quickly, making my experience even more enjoyable. Ernest's warm hospitality and quick responses made all the difference during my visit. Even though it was a brief stay, I genuinely felt a connection and would wholeheartedly recommend his home to friends and family. I look forward to returning and creating more wonderful memories there.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! It was the perfect getaway, with everything we needed just a short 5-minute walk from the beach. The location was ideal, and the space itself was cozy and welcoming. We couldn't have asked for a better spot to relax and enjoy the sun with the kids. Beautiful view all day around. Liz was always super responsive and cam by one time to check on a matter that was immediately resolved. We would love to stay here again :) Thank you Liz and your co-hosts!!!

This villa is perfectly located right on one of the best beaches in Antigua. The setting is absolutely stunning-just steps from the soft white sand and crystal-clear water. The villa itself is modern, spotless, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There are a couple of restaurants on-site that are convenient and enjoyable, but Gayle also provided some fantastic local recommendations that were absolutely brilliant. Gayle is an amazing host-warm, helpful, and incredibly responsive. She went out of her way to make sure everything ran smoothly, and even accommodated a late check-out due to my evening flight, which I truly appreciated. This place far exceeded my expectations-it's truly heaven on Earth, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Looking at photos is one thing, but opening the door of Lorraines flat and actually being there was somehign else. Omg!!!! I cannot wait to be back . Lorraines flat is just perfect , the loaction , the decor, the comfort, the space , the facilties to cook . Lorraine left water and snacks and coffee and tea and milk ready for me . The balcony opens up and the whole kitchen and sitting area and balcony become one big open plan area. The view is breathtaking. Lorraine is always present , and replies immediately. Thank you Thank you Thank you . Everything was so nice . The gardens , the pool , Atta the gardener is lovely and tells you all about the garden and the big avocato tree. I could go on and on here but I will let all of you discover the wonders of Lorraines place by yourselves . I will definitely be back very soon . Thank you Lorraine for being and amazing host . My husband and I had an amazing stay! The hosts were absolutely amazing, so helpful, informative, and kind. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and well kept the home was. Beautiful views, peace and serenity. We went to quite a few beaches, and I have to say, the beach that’s right across the main road, is incredible! So glad we chose to stay here, an adventure of a lifetime!

A spacious comfortable apartment in lovely well kept gardens just 50 yards from the beach. Restaurant, shop, laundry close by. Staff vey helpful. Dickinson’s bay delightful and check out the wildlife on nearby McKinnons pond.

The location is amazing....Literally, steps from the beach! We had everything we needed, minus food and drinks. The bed was comfortable and the porch was perfect, we spent most of our time on the porch! We visited the pool a couple times and it was very clean. The landscaping was gorgeous and well maintained. The office staff was very nice and helpful. The Starfish bar at Sibonny and Anna's were within easy walking distance of the unit. Kay was amazing and actually stopped by for a quick visit. Our biggest complaint would be the attitude of most of the islanders, they seemed very bitter and angry. My wife got jumped on by security at the grocery store trying to buy ice and the driver we hired for a tour was very gruff and very bitter. We had a very good time despite this. We highly recommend the Mystic Cruise catamaran snorkeling excursion as we had an incredible time and it's only a short walk away. Overall, we really enjoyed our trip despite any hiccups!

My Wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Kay’s lovely space in South Point. It was a truly incredible experience. The location is amazing, with plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance. There are two local grocery stores that are walkable as well. The space itself is very clean and welcoming. It is near local attractions such as Nelson’s Dockyard and Shirley Heights but also feels private and removed. Kay, herself, was very responsive and provided many recommendations for things to do locally and on the island in general. I would highly recommend this location and hope to have occasion to return soon!

The apartment was fully equipped and spotlessly clean and you were both on hand to respond to any messages and queries we had.
