Holiday rentals with beach access in Antigua and Barbuda

Natasha, the concierge, was outstanding. She helped us with reservations, flat tires, and proactively guidance. Absolutely wonderful and helped make the trip special. The condo itself was as described and the pictures are accurate. The bedrooms have air conditioning which was much needed. The rooms are spacious and it was nice to have the outdoor patio with a table for eating. There were no cushions for the outdoor furniture and loungers, and the primary bedroom balcony had no chairs. Be aware, you cannot see the water when seated on any balcony: the concrete railing is too high. We were aware when we booked, but note the resort is on a secluded part of the island so it’s not walkable. You have to drive to any groceries / provisions. The Breeze restaurant is not open every night of the week. It’s a lovely spot and the food was good.

A beautiful little apartment set on a hill overlooking the marina at English harbour. The location was perfect for walking into town and the surrounding area was full of bars and restaurants. The apartment itself was clean and spacious plenty of room for a couple or even a couple and a young child. Well decorated with a large balcony where I spent much of my time. A great spot, I would highly recommended for anyone looking to stay in this vibrant location on Antigua.

I cannot begin to share how wonderful this Airbnb was as well as our hostess Derrica. from the very beginning, her communication was prompt and clear she made us feel completely at home. The location was beautiful with all the amenities and exactly as picture and more. Our favorite place was the top level patio, where we can see the sunrise and sunset in the horizon. We can see the oceans and boats passing through. It was like a picture book. The building grounds was private and very accessible to us. I especially like all the usage of up-to-date, security technology, and we felt very safe. I will definitely recommend her and this Airbnb wholeheartedly and will definitely plan on using it when I return to Antigua.

I am so glad I chose to stay here. The apartment was easily accessible and only had a short flight of stairs to get to the front door. The location is perfect. There is a supermarket at most 10 minutes walk and the nearest beach is 10-15 min away depending on how quick you walk. There are other beaches like Valley Church and Ffryes that are a 20 and 30 min walk. You are also a short 5 minte walk to 3 bus stops to go into town or to the othe beaches. The bedrooms were spacious, clean and it was great to have 2 bathrooms. There is air conditioning for each room so you can set it to your comfort level. The kitchen has all of the basics and we made breakfast most mornings before heading out. The apartment is decorated nicely and you really feel at home. Silvia was wonderful and told us useful information and recommedations. We rented a golf cart to get around and the apartment has parking right in front which was really convenient. I loved staying here and can't wait to return.

Ralph's place certainly has the WOW factor. The outdoor area with infinity pool overlooking the bay was just glorious. We were fortunate to be the only ones staying here so had this area all to ourselves. The kitchen was well appointed, plenty of space inside and nicely decorated. You will need a car to get around. Ralph was always responsive. Would recommend staying here.

We loved it here! We spent a week driving around the entire island - and while a lot of places are very beautiful and fun, we kept thinking how happy we were to stay in Dickenson Bay. The beach is right next to the resort - literally a minute away. The grounds are impeccable lots of pretty flowers, bushes and trees, with multiple workers taking care of the grounds daily. It’s fenced and felt very secure, with very pleasant security guards. Overall, can’t recommend this area and specifically this unit enough. There are 2 restaurants right next to the place, one also operating a bar. They have down-time between lunch and dinner (4 to 6) and we found that often places wanted reservations even when fairly empty. We did rent a car and would recommend you do the same, unless you are skittish about left-side driving and island roads. While the room is a little dated and isn’t fancy, it was perfect for our family of 3, a fantastic “home base” to explore the island from!

We had a great one week stay at this airbnb. Communication with the host was very easy and proactive. They reached out with many recommendations and helpful information. Checkin process was quick and easy even as our arrival flight had some delays. Checkout was breeze as well and they even offered a complimentary late checkout if needed as well — we didn’t require this but obviously a very nice gesture. The space itself is very nice. Bed/pillows are very comfortable, shower and kitchen spaces work well, no issues with AC and we appreciated the outdoor space as well. The airbnb is located on a nice and quiet residential street that is easy to navigate. Appreciate the parking spot as we always use a rental vehicle when traveling. It was nice to have a hose outside for cleaning off shoes, etc. We felt this airbnb was in a good central location near Valley Church Bay and Jolly Harbour for a lot of exploring around the island. We would definitely stay again during a future trip. Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay! Andrea and Kaboo are very friendly and welcoming. The place was clean and spacious. Although the family lives on the other side of the house, they respected our space and we rarely saw them. I would definitely recommend!

We (a couple) stayed at the Hummingbird Villa April 2025 and had a great stay. The villa was very accurately described by the photos and was modern and clean. The two decks had a beautiful view of the sunset - watching the sunset each night was our favorite part of the trip! Debbie was very communicative. We had a super minor maintenance issue, which Debbie resolved quickly and easily. The condo is about 10-15mins outside of St. Johns, which makes for a peaceful surrounding, but you will definitely need to rent a car to stay here. Our favorite beach was Deep Bay beach, which was a 5 minute drive further down the road on which the condo complex is located. Definitely worth checking out and make sure you get a fresh grilled lobster from Just Grillin'!

Absolutely perfect stay! My wife, two kids, and I had an amazing time at Elena’s villa. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Elena went above and beyond—even having basic groceries waiting for us when we arrived, which was such a thoughtful touch after a long trip. Anytime we needed anything, she was quick to respond and incredibly helpful. The location is unbeatable—just a few steps from a beautiful, quiet beach. The AC in every room was a huge bonus, especially after hot days at the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would love to return

We had a great stay at the villa. Spacious and comfortable rooms and great views of the sparkling bay. We loved watching sunrise and having a first swim before breakfast. The private access to the sea is amazing and comes with sunbeds for relaxing under the sun. Hung organized for us the transfer from/to airport, which was perfect. He also gave us information about car rentals. Long bay is 5 minute walk from the villa. The other beaches are at least 30 minutes drive. Our favourite one was Half Moon Bay. At night we could hear loud music from nearby resorts, but it usually ended at about 10 PM, so it wasn't a problem for us. Marilyn prepared for us delicious meals.

that place was lovely, however a tiny bit noisy in the morning as we are next to the fire and police stations so they start their trucks early. there are also roosters in the area ahaha. it's all about location location location, and it was fire! next to the best beaches in Antigua, close to some restaurants. I was happy to be there. I pet her dogs in the morning, parking was easy! thanks Oceanna!

What a wonderful stay we had! Cheri is an outstanding host! She gave us recommendations, checked on us often and was available for any questions we had and was very helpful! The Villa is exactly as described and the pictures are accurate. Beautiful, clean, comfortable home, well appointed with everything you need. The pool is perfect for cooling off on a hot day or relaxing in the evening and our kids loved it. We would definitely stay again. Long Bay is a short walk away and beautiful for swimming. The property is private and peaceful and feels homey. 10 out of 10!

We had a lovely stay. The place was quiet and clean. James was responsive and helpful. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a beautiful space close to Jolly Harbour and the town.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! It was the perfect getaway, with everything we needed just a short 5-minute walk from the beach. The location was ideal, and the space itself was cozy and welcoming. We couldn't have asked for a better spot to relax and enjoy the sun with the kids. Beautiful view all day around. Liz was always super responsive and cam by one time to check on a matter that was immediately resolved. We would love to stay here again :) Thank you Liz and your co-hosts!!!

Sarah was very responsive and very helpful, throughout. The location is perfect, the Villa is very nice and spacious, with a spacious balcony overlooking the pond to one side and the beach to another side. The beautiful Dickenson Bay Beach is only one minute’s walking distance. The kitchen has everything required for the self-catering needs, bathrooms and bedrooms are very satisfactory. The whole place is very welcoming.

Nosuch Bay Condo was amazing! The condo was clean, spacious and very comfortable. We traveled with 5 adults and an infant. The condo provided us with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, bath and beach towels. We really enjoyed the extra large covered patio with comfortable lounge chairs and full size table to eat and play games outside. The patio overlooked one of the three pools, gorgerous gardens and had an amazing view of the Caribean Sea with the perfect breeze. We were thrilled the condo provided us with a crib and high chair that was exceptionally clean. Communication with Peter was easy and he was quick to respond to our questions. Highly recommend this condo.

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful villa just a couple of minutes from the beach and within a 15 minute walk of several great marina side restaurants. The local beach is fantastic, watching the sunset in the evening with a cocktail from Sandra's beach bar was magical and the location of the villa is perfect. We managed to explore much of the island and were left in no doubt that we were staying in the perfect location in terms of the proximity of many of the best beaches on the island. Chelsey and Jenny were very helpful and the accommodation was perfect, we wouldn't have changed a thing. The large deck in particular was fantastic, a lovely place to start and end the day. Hopefully one day we will be lucky enough to return.

My husband and I had an amazing stay! The hosts were absolutely amazing, so helpful, informative, and kind. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and well kept the home was. Beautiful views, peace and serenity. We went to quite a few beaches, and I have to say, the beach that’s right across the main road, is incredible! So glad we chose to stay here, an adventure of a lifetime!

A spacious comfortable apartment in lovely well kept gardens just 50 yards from the beach. Restaurant, shop, laundry close by. Staff vey helpful. Dickinson’s bay delightful and check out the wildlife on nearby McKinnons pond.

I celebrated my birthday at Annette’s home and I can honestly say it was everything as expected. Before we even arrived, Annette was super helpful with instructions for the place, recommendations on where to visit while visiting , etc. The moment we walked in Necole ( the host ) was there and immediately gave us a warm greeting. She was also such a great help with everything. Everything was spotless, there were no issues, everything was perfect. This place is secluded, private and so peaceful, yet still close enough(35min drive) to all of Antiguas attractions. Next time I visit, I will definitely be using Annette’s home 😊. I 100% recommend using if you are visiting Antigua.

Lisa’s place is part of Antigua Village, a charming condo-style beach resort right on Dickenson Bay—and honestly, the value and location are hard to beat. The unit itself is a cozy corner spot: clean, well-stocked, and just steps from the beach and a variety of great restaurants. We rented a car to explore the island and visited several beaches, and we kept coming back to the feeling that this was the perfect home base. It’s ideally located for easy day trips around Antigua. While you can occasionally hear neighbors from the balcony, the interior felt private and peaceful. Housekeeping came every other day, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Lisa was great—very responsive, proactive, and full of helpful tips to make our stay smooth. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend Lisa’s place to anyone visiting Antigua!
