Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Annecy

We had a great time in this apartment, great location, ski-in ski-out to pierrafort. Functional and well-equipped! No TV for our stay but not really essential given the setting, we will most certainly come back!

Thanks to Paul,the accommodation is cosi and very functional, the kitchen is well equipped (pepper salt, oil, wipes everything, lots of dishes...... ), the 2 bathrooms very clean , and the nice pool, we had a very nice stay in the accommodation, we will come back without a problem

The apartment is super cozy, the building is silent during the night, everything was clean and in good conditions. Also you have markets nearby and it's super close to several public transport stations. Marco was a great host, he made it possible for me to change the check-in and check out hours so they could work with my flight schedules!

The apartment was just what we needed for visiting the area for a few days. In the Summer or Winter Ski season, it would be ideal for visitors either hiking or Skiing. There is a good Bar/restaurant right next door to the apartment entrance serving nice food plus a couple more restaurants which are open in the season.

The listing matches Loic's description. Beautiful mountain view. Ski-in/ski-out. Easier return by public escalator. Very quick access to the center of the resort. Quiet environment. We were 3 adults, 1 6 year old and 1 8 month old baby. I would this property.

We had a great time at Arc 1800 at Marie Hélène's apartment. The apartment is very new and superbly furnished. It is below the snow front, which is accessible in 2 min by wearing your skis. Marie-Hélène was very available when we had questions. We had a great vacation, and would recommend this listing.

Lovely apartment. Great location. Advised in advance need to bring duvet covers pillow cases bottom sheet and towels. So had these packed in car. All super easy.

Stay with friends for 4 days and 3 nights. Functional, clean, practical accommodation with a good location.

Very pleasant stay in low season. We felt like we were alone in the world. Accommodation in line with the description and our expectations. I would highly recommend it Indoor pool and sauna in excellent condition. We were able to do beautiful hikes nearby. Beautiful landscapes in the surroundings.

We had a pleasant stay at Sebastien's place. The accommodation is cozy and well-equipped. The few cleaning products available are welcome for the end of stay cleaning 🙂 The location of the studio is perfect! The pool allows you to relax after a day of walking or skiing! Sébastien is a friendly and available host, the communication was good. We'll be happy to go back!

Deborah was really helpful and friendly:) her apartment is stunning! The kitchen was full of everything we needed to cook and clean. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was great! The view from the balcony is stunning! (Bonus points for the stockpile of board games)

Laurent was a fantastic host, incredibly helpful and responsive, we arrived early and he was happy to meet and let us in before the agreed time. He provided some great recommendations for food and helped get our ski hire sorted. The apartment was very clean and perfect for the six of us with a decent amount of living space, big balcony overlooking the mountain and all the utensils we needed. The sauna and swimming pool were a lovely touch after a nice long day skiing. We will definetly be coming back in the future. Thank you Laurent

Eos is an excellent place to stay when wanting to enjoy The Grand Massif ski area. It is ski in and out which makes it an ideal place to stay. The apartment is great and felt so homely. The fact that it had two bathrooms is excellent when you have two teenagers. The gym and pool are a lovely extra after a busy day skiing. We can’t wait to head back to the apartment and the area again. We walked every evening to gorgeous restaurants and bars. Also we were able to shop locally and eat in to keep costs down.

Apartment as described. Nice entrance, very convenient to leave things there during the ski season. Beautiful living space (living room kitchen lounge). Well equipped kitchen (no need to do a dishwasher with each meal). Ski-in/ski-out departure much appreciated. Great view with sunset from the living room! A little noisy, we hear a little the chairs upstairs and especially the outside noise, which is common for all these accommodations so not necessarily a surprise. Bedding provided for beds but not very clean, take your own. We'll be happy to go back!

Small apartment well arranged, functional and nicely decorated, all bathed in sunshine! A lovely location at the foot of the slopes. Bernadette is a very welcoming and responsive host.

Sandrine and Nicolas are welcoming hosts. We spent one week with three couples and two children in this spacious and pleasant house. Optimized organization thanks to 2 shower rooms/toilet. The area is beautiful, we did not enjoy the garden, but the surrounding lakes. Breakfast and dinner in the terrace at the top facing the Chartreuse massif. Thank you Francoise for hosting us. Total change of scenery bucolic environment, house totally in its juice year 60 except the modern kitchen and very well equipped the big plus is the huge terrace, the jacuzzi with a magnificent view, the large hammock. Nearby shop on foot, starting point for a walk among other things the springs of the groin. Very family house comfortable bedding, bathroom in their juice too but there are two. House that suited us well for us and our two grown children aged 32 and 26

Christian and Véronique have a sense of hospitality. Well renovated, functional and very clean accommodation. Christian is very friendly and Véronique, although absent these days, prepared our arrival (Savoyard cake, homemade jam, everyday products). Bikes, including a tandem, are available and useful for visiting the surroundings. Thanks both of you!

Cat's house is true to the photos in every way and even more. The house is clean and well-equipped. We felt right at home. We had everything we needed for our comfort. It's a real haven of peace. Catherine and her husband are very nice and remained available throughout the stay. Communication was easy. We highly recommend Catherine's home and thank them for everything.

Loved it here, location was great and the accommodation had everything we needed. The kids loved it and enjoyed the pool. We will definitely be coming back.
