Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Annecy

we had a pleasant weekend. the accommodation is ideally located to visit Annecy or walk in the mountains. There is everything you need for 2 people. The forest-side terrace allows you to rest in peace after a day of sightseeing. I recommend it. Thank you to Corinne and Nicolas for their hospitality

Perfect stay in the pretty wooden studio, very well appointed by Eric and Maryse, who were very welcoming hosts and took the time to introduce the studio. A pleasure to start and end the day with birdsong, and a breathtaking view, while staying very close on foot to the city center. Thanks again for a great stay and this summer!

Fantastic stay at Chalet Chez Lucienne Chez Lucienne is a beautiful chalet, with all the comforts. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed and given an extensive tour. The chalet was sparkling clean and exuded pure luxury. We have fully enjoyed the sauna and the jacuzzi. The kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a fridge-freezer with ice maker, a dishwasher and almost every kitchen appliance you can think of. The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds, and the showers with rain shower ensure a wonderful start or end to the day. The host was incredibly friendly and always available. The sandwich service was also ideal. In addition, the ski bus is around the corner, making it easy and fast to the ski resort. We would like to thank the host very much for this fantastic stay and hope to definitely come back again in the future! Family Spijkers

We really liked our stay: beautiful view, close to bakery and supermarket (+- 2,5km) and the small appartment felt very new (including powerful shower). We would recommend!

Anne welcomed us very well and her accommodation was superb. Very nice, tidy, functional, the terrace is a real plus and we appreciate the view of the lake. There is a place (garage) and otherwise a visitor's place. The lake is within walking distance, which is a real plus. Anne was very kind and welcoming. We had a great stay, it was easy to get around by car to visit the city of Annecy, there was also free relay parking, it's ideal. It's great for walking or cycling. Lots of amenities around the house (grocery store, restaurants, bike rental). The house was as seen in the photos, everything was very clean and tidy. Also very nice welcome on arrival by the host!

We had a wonderful time with the family at this place. We were 4 adults and 4 children. Cleanliness was great. The very peaceful place. We were able to enjoy the terrace, the barbecue and the swing thanks to perfect weather. Our host was very welcoming and accommodating about the arrival time, which was changed due to traffic jams at the Swiss border. Very comfortable bedding, very well-equipped accommodation, we had a pleasant stay, thank you!

This place is pure French countryside magic. It starts with the pathway up to the home. You’ve past breathtaking scenery and end up on an authentic gravel path. Just when you question if you’re in the right place, you come up the drive to heaven. The place is very clean and we truly enjoyed the gifts that the hosts left us. The bottle of champagne, the artisanal sausage, the freshly picked walnuts and currants made our stay so warm and friendly. The main room w/ kitchen and living room made for great conversation as we planned our next day’s activities. Thank you for allowing us to rent your place.

Exceptional and beautiful place with its park and location. Really caring owners. One downside, all the bedding is not the best, especially a 140 bed, otherwise very pleasant to live in, I recommend it.

Beautiful apartment, clean with neat and not outdated amenities. Quiet, and magnificent views of MontBlanc. Well heated and parking spaces downstairs from the building. Ability to walk to the city center. Very friendly welcome and good tips. Very pleasant stay, we will probably be back.

Beautifully furnished and functional studio, with outdoor space in a secure residence in the center of Duingt with direct access to the lake... really very nice!

Eos is an excellent place to stay when wanting to enjoy The Grand Massif ski area. It is ski in and out which makes it an ideal place to stay. The apartment is great and felt so homely. The fact that it had two bathrooms is excellent when you have two teenagers. The gym and pool are a lovely extra after a busy day skiing. We can’t wait to head back to the apartment and the area again. We walked every evening to gorgeous restaurants and bars. Also we were able to shop locally and eat in to keep costs down.

Mireille's welcome is very pleasant and her studio is filled with lovely and useful touches. Very bright, with the head in the trees, it is very easily accessible from the train station, very close to the lake (halfway between the two beaches) and close to the old town. If you are sensitive to traffic noise, you may want to consider Quies balls because the beautiful road along the lake is quite busy. Nevertheless, this is not likely to spoil the stay in this nice studio. Mireille is responsive and facilitates her guests' stay as much as possible.

We had the pleasure of spending our winter holidays in the apartment proposed by Elisa, a very well equipped, very clean and well kept apartment. The house is close to all amenities, shops, restaurants, ski lifts and slopes. Elisa was very responsive throughout the stay. If it were possible, I would have given 100 stars
