House holiday rentals in Annandale

We had a great stay here for my graduation weekend! The place fit all 10 of us and we had access to the pool throughout the weekend! Everything looked just like the pictures, and we felt safe and comfortable in this neighborhood. It is a bit farther from some of the DC and MD hotspots, but it worked for us. No complaints, we would stay again!

Incredible! The WoW factor when we walked to the pool was overwhelming. So much so, that we chose to stay there our first full day to soak in the atmosphere. It's a must see experience, no down side. It was like being at a private resort with a heated, well maintained pool and manicured grounds, very tastefully staged. So envious. Next time, we will bring bicycles to ride to town, it's only a few miles away. DC traffic is not to be trifled with; its Nascar. Our only bad part was Gladys wasn't around to say goodbye, we truly missed out there. We loved every second we spent with her. This is by far the high bar of airbnb's for us, and we've been to some stunning places, but this is our favorite. It was the best part of our trip!

This was a very nice place to stay for our family trip to DC. The Metro was a very easy walk and Jagan gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants as well. He was also great at answering our questions.

Really lovely home. Well stocked and nice details like luxurious towels and soft sheets. Everything was labeled and well-organized. Very comfortable and great space for a family. Beds were comfortable. Kids loved the huge bathtub!

Fantastic place in every respect! The house is lovely, pristine, perfectly configured, and outfitted with every amenity. The tiered garden out back is beautiful and charming. This was the perfect city get away for a weekend trip! The location is great, in the country but also only 10 minutes from Middelburg shops and restaurants. The home was even better than pictured, especially the outside area. The yard, pool and outside seating areas were absolutely beautiful, just so peaceful. The home was absolutely lovely, very clean, comfortable and with all the amenities you would need, including in the kitchen. Really hope to come back, I would highly recommend this rental. Daniel’s Home was beautiful and he made this special event for me and my family able to celebrate my sons 26th Heavenly Birthday a success We were very comfortable and it really felt like home the pool was very clean and the Home was very spacious and squeaky clean I would love to Book Daniel again He was a very nice and friendly Host that responded to any questions we had he made communication easy me and my family really enjoyed our self and yes he’s reasonable and you definitely get what you paid for and more Thank you again Daniel

Shirley's place is a fantastic little find. Pristine, spacious, welcoming. Great host. Only stayed one night so couldn't explore locally but saw several nice places to eat and ship at on my drive in. An approx 20 min drive from major DC attractions. Great neighborhood!

Sharia and her apartment were both perfect for our stay in the DC area. Her apartment was clean and stocked with plenty of essentials for our 5 day stay. Shafia herself was extremely accommodating and friendly, she even sent local recommendations before our stay. The neighborhood itself is quiet and quaint, the perfect location to easily commute to DC and Regan National. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely gorgeous home. ALL the amenities! Master bedroom is HUGE. Master shower is superb!! All bedrooms are nice sized and all have their own bathroom. Basement is really nice too. Can’t say enough good about this home. Would definitely rent again!!

This was, I believe, our 5th year staying at Kate’s. Always comfortable - always spotless! In fact, this is by far the cleanest Airbnb we have ever booked. Kate is a very responsive host as well - super helpful with any questions we have ever had! We will continue staying here for our annual NIH visit as long as it is available to us! This house is a great find - it has everything you need to feel right at home and the house and yard are beautiful. The house is extremely well appointed and well stocked. The common area furniture and beds are very comfortable. The gas fireplace was perfect for cool spring nights. The back yard porch was a great place to hang out with comfy furniture, 2 grills, sun umbrellas and a gas fire pit. I love to cook and the kitchen had everything I needed and more. Diana is one of THE BEST Airbnb or Vrbo hosts that we have ever had. She was very responsive, knowledgable, friendly and detail oriented. My wife left her glasses and she mailed them to us overnight. The location is excellent - the neighborhood is peaceful, but very close to the town center stores and activities. Falls Church has a small town feel but is close to all of the attractions of the Wash DC metro area. The house comfortably accommodated me, my wife, our son and grandparents; one-level living was great for grandparents.

The place was great! Very clean and comfy for a great price! Chet was a very effective communicator and made sure that I had everything I needed! Would gladly stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Falls Church, Virginia. The house was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and spacious — perfect for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. The location is strategic, providing easy access to nearby attractions while still offering privacy and peace. I particularly enjoyed the high-end amenities — from the advanced entertainment system to the fully equipped kitchen with top-quality appliances. The modern washing machine was a great bonus, making our stay even more convenient. The hosts were incredibly kind and professional, offering excellent communication and hospitality throughout the stay. The ample parking space was also a big plus, especially for larger vehicles. Highly recommended — I would definitely return again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Viktar's place. It was a perfect location to get to DC and other things to do. The home was comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. Viktar was a great host and responded quickly when I needed something. I would recommend his place to anyone looking to visit the area!

I really enjoyed my stay! He’s super friendly and responded quick anytime I needed help finding something in the home. The house is so beautifully decorated very high tech as well which made me love it even more. You can dim the lights, there’s a control to put the curtains down, controls to move the tvs down as well, overall very modern, cute and was everything he described. 5 stars! I had absolutely no issues with this say whatsoever and I’ll definitely be booking again. I totally recommend for anyone who’s unsure, just book it it’s so worth it.
