The studio looked just like the photos. It’s quiet area, not far from shops and restaurants. Gregg was also helpful when my phone died and I could not access the garage. This is a great little spot for a short stay in Alexandria..

this place was perfect for my 2.5 year leukemia follow up. I had four very large, very heavy bags because I was in transit to another country for a three month stay. I was able to look each bag, one by one, from Theresa’s place to the hospital in about 10 minutes per walk, plus time in the gate house. If you need a place close to the NIH for your visit, don’t hesitate – it’s perfect.

Courtney was a very responsive and great host. The place was very clean and homey. Easy to walk wherever we needed to go. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was perfect for my short stay in DC! The apartment was spotless and decorated beautifully. I appreciated the clear check-in instructions and quick responses from the hosts whenever I had a question. The stocked fridge was also a nice touch that I appreciated after a long drive! Would definitely recommend.

Very convenient location. Nicely decorated and clean apartment. Well stocked with drinks and snacks, coffee and tea, etc. owner very helpful and friendly. The bedroom can accommodate 4, but not in usual 2 double bed. The only slight challenge was the one double bed being against the wall so if sleeping 2, one would have to climb over the other to get up. But we managed fine with 3 adults.

So, I actually purchased this as a gift for a love niece of mine and her husband. I live in Tennessee, so I will say that the communication with Janine made me feel comfortable to put my total faith that things would go smoothly. Apparently, they did: Per my niece: "My husband and I stayed at the Happy Tree House for our babymoon. The space was very clean and tidy. The backyard was my favorite part! As well as the comfortable bed. Janine took great care of us and was very proactive. Definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting the Alexandria area."

This studio apartment was great for a weekend getaway. It was super quiet, even though it was just off of King Street. There is a mini market 2 blocks away. From Reagan Airport you can take the blue or yellow metro line, and then it is a 10 minute walk to the apartment. Another 10 minute walk gets you to the waterfront. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for two nights, Micheal was an impeccable host. The place was just as described, near to everything, and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Quiet location close enough to walk to all the action. We enjoyed our stay! Kid friendly- toddler loved playing with the doll house and reading the books! Thanks Kelly!

This was the best airbnb I have stayed at. The place was spotless and even bigger than the pictures depicted. So comfortable and the location is perfect, walkable and surrounded by restaurants. If you are staying in Arlington, this place is worth it!! The host was kind and all my questions were answered quickly. I enjoyed my stay and will book again next time I am in the city!

Really nice place with lots of access via nearby metro station. Mike was attentive to our needs and friendly, even reimbursed for some of the parking cost after a minor inconvenience! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone wanting a stay around Alexandria/DC area.

I stayed at Smirna's place with my fiance and sister for a few days and it worked well for three adults. The space was comfortable, well equipped, and very well maintained. Check-in was a breeze. The location is an easy drive from the Dulles airport and has good access to the highway into downtown DC as well as the DC metro and a number of nice suburban communities. The spot was perfect for us and I would recommend it to other travelers.

The hosts were incredibly kind & communicative. I even received quick responses whenever i had questions. They were super accommodating to any adjustments i may have needed during my stay, which i really appreciated. The property looks exactly like the photos & everything was just as i expected, which made for a relaxing stay. I would for sure book again !

TODD’S is KING! We have been searching for our new home & have stayed in 2 of their buildings. TODDs’ customer service has been fast, reliable & friendly! TODD’s has made us feel relaxed & welcomed during our visits. Our cat feels at home here, too! He has been anxious in other Abnbs, so it’s a great benefit. Their units are clean & stocked with essentials — like bathroom, laundry & kitchen supplies. The bed is super comfy as is the living room couch. The TV is large & U can stream your favorite channels. They even supply a safe — for your valuables — and an ironing board & iron for that quick press! A big closet, too! We have very much appreciated TODD’S staff for many reasons. They WANT to help & they WANT their guests happy. They went out of their way to help us elongate our stay, when we realized we needed more time! They kindly juggled other reservations to ensure we could stay longer. Such a pleasant surprise & experience! We recommend TODD’s highly!

It was a great and very calm place to stay!

We loved staying at Hidden Gardens. It was very clean and Noris made it extra special with all her personal touches to make us feel very special. The garden out back is very relaxing and just beautiful. We loved sitting out there and enjoying all the beautiful flowers and greenery. Noris is an excellent host and amazing person. She made us feel special and we felt right at home. I can’t wait to go back. Noris is a “super-host”.

We stayed one month at Saber's place. The place had all the basic things we needed. The location was great for using the metro and buses to DC. We walked to Georgetown and National Mall. There were plenty of good restaurants around and Safeway and Target nearby. We were two females, but felt safe walking around the area and even at night. Saber was proactive in communicating and responded quickly to questions.

Although parking was on the street, it was very safe and it was easy to find a parking spot. We were so happy with the location and very close to the capital. Neighbors were very friendly and a charming neighborhood.

Place was just as described and worked out great for a place to stay down the street from the Gaylord.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment! Check-in was easy, and the host was friendly and always helpful. The apartment is spacious, clean, and filled with natural light. It's also conveniently located near many great restaurants. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed — olive oil, spices, a wide selection of teas, coffee, sugar, and honey. We were especially happy to find a place with two bedrooms and two bathrooms — perfect for our family. My daughter loved the hanging chair on the balcony and the beautiful view. I would definitely recommend this place!
