5 BR 3 Full BA house that has has room for multiple families. Huge sunroom with dining for 14 overlooks fabulous pool and hot tub. Patio around the pool has multiple dining and relaxing areas. Inside is an open kitchen with island and 2 levels full of entertainment possibilities. Upper level family room and sitting room and another lower level family room that boosts an arcade room with pinball, golden tee, and darts. Heated and cooled garage has a pool and ping pong table and basketball game.

Outside we have a pool (guaranteed to be open 5/26 - 9/5, but will do everything possible to have it open well before and after those dates based on weather!), hot tub (year round). New Remodel! Family Fun House

We were a group of 10 friends who all graduated high school together and wanted to reconnect. Des Moines was roughly the halfway point for most of us, so we chose this location. The house is in a nice neighborhood, conveniently close to a variety of restaurants and grocery stores. Check-in and check-out were both very easy using the keypad system. However, we weren’t able to get the gaming system to work. We also noticed there were no towels in the half bath on the main floor or in the kitchen, and we ended up running out of toilet paper during our stay. The layout of the home includes one bedroom in the basement with a shower and sink (but no toilet), a half bath on the main floor, and a full bathroom upstairs near the majority of the bedrooms. We initially thought the game room was in the basement, but it’s actually located in the garage. That ended up being a fun space, especially with the garage doors open and the Sonos Bluetooth speaker available. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Beautiful and comfortable home! This house is a delight with lots of charming details and amenities. The house offers plenty of square footage with multi-use rooms and spaces throughout. The pool was beautiful, clean, and so much fun. We were in town to visit our son for his college graduation from Drake University. This home made the weekend even better for our family to celebrate the occasion. The location is close to everything and the neighborhood is historic and beautiful. We would highly recommend this home to anyone staying in the Des Moines area.
