Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Anjuna Beach

Jay and his partner are truly amazing hosts. They were very accommodating, helpful in all regards and are great people overall. The place was packed with all necessities and some, pretty much anything you would need for the stay. The stairs to the terrace were pretty steep and mosquitoes did like to bite but the view from the terrace was great. One thing to point out was that there is little to no natural sunlight coming into the room from outside and the room with lights off was pitch black, so sleep was always deep and mornings were always slow. Would recommend the stay for the amazing location and awesome hosts ;)

Excellent stay - super clean, spacious and comfortable. It’s quiet, very green and the pool is great. Kitchen is very well stocked and I feel the property has everything you’d need. The place has been very thoughtfully done - right from having tea, coffee, sugar and basic masalas to toiletries and the most comfortable comforter. Location is as described - in a village but close enough (about 20 minutes) to the popular places / restaurants in North Goa. The hosts are lovely people and would check in briefly every morning to check if all was good. Absolutely lovely stay and would love to be back.

hosts were super helpful we had to extend for a day due to my wife falling sick and they were able to accomodate us overall great experience the kids had a lot of fun

Beautiful villa with a relaxing environment and comfortable rooms, aesthetically pleasing and tastefully furnished. easy to locate. It was well supplied with utensils and there were complementary games and books for entertainment.

Had an incredible stay! Angira, the host was absolutely amazing—super responsive and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. The house itself is just perfect: great vibes, A1 location, and the ventilation is honestly underrated—so breezy and comfortable. Bonus: she owns an awesome bar right next door called Pablos—highly recommend dropping by for a drink or two. It’s the kind of spot you’ll want to keep coming back to. Would 100% stay again!

It was very great experience to stay in this villa Shweta was very cooperative and helpful . As i was travelling with my cat i needed pet friendly villa and i got it right here . House helper guy was very nice genuine person. Thank you so much for everything ❤️❤️ would surely like to come next time and recommend others too .

Like the other Vianaar properties this one was a good value for money having a private pool and ample space outside to chill. The place in assagaon was central and close to most of the restaurants. Vagator beach and anjuna beach were also 10 mins away. Overall a very good place to book

Words aren’t just enough to describe our heartfelt stay at Sol Banyan/Tisya stays. Everything was beyond perfect including the property cleanliness, amenities and ambience. There is a different vibe to this place, just exactly what we wanted in this vacation. I would like to particularly thank Nishant for providing early check-in upon request and being so hospitable. Also, Debasis was very helpful too. He arrange complete decoration of the room as per my request for our anniversary.

Very good property....it is exactly same as shown in the pictures. All amenities were available. Private car parking good enough to park SUV. Will definitely visit next time.

I had a great stay at Nitin's place in Arpora! The location was convenient and peaceful perfect for a relaxing Goan getaway. The space was clean, well maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Nitin was an excellent host, always responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience smooth and hassle free. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a comfortable spot in North Goa. I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Goa! The location was perfect—close to the beach, cafes, and shops, yet peaceful and quiet. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, always available for any questions. The space was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the cozy balcony and the vibe. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Goa!

Had a great stay at Grants place. Nigel and grant were helpful in offering recommendations. The place was clean, very very well equipped for the 2 week stay.

We really loved our stay at Harmeeta’s apartment. Everything was well taken care of right from check in till check out. When Harmeeta said she is just a call or text away she really meant it, which was so impressive. We had face some wifi issues and contacted the host re the same. The ticket was raised immediately with the service provider and was fixed within minutes. The apartment is extremely beautiful and so clean. Indeed we felt like home away from home over here. The host is approachable and so kind. The caretakers deserves a separate appreciation for taking care of us and being so friendly and always welcoming and considering our needs. Special thanks to Chinmay and the other staff. Highly highly recommend considering this place to stay in for your next Goa trip. Worth every penny!! Cant thank you enough Harmeeta. All the best. We had a wonderful and relaxing weekend at this beautiful, cozy home—it looked exactly like the photos! Everything was well-maintained, and the cleanliness was absolutely top-notch. The host was very responsive and made our stay even more comfortable .Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway !

The best thing about this property is it's location. Its right on the beach facing road and all you have to do is walk a few steps and enter the beach. You get a complete view of ocean right from your gallery. As for home, it's nice cozy place which is well maintained and clean. All the amenities function perfectly. Host lipy was very prompt in making sure that our stay is comfortable. She even arranged a small household item when we requested for it. Cheers to her for that. Some improvement could be done in wifi as it as was getting disconnected regularly. Also one needs to know that the place is quite small in size and not as big as it appears in the pictures. Overall it was a comfortable and peaceful stay.

Everything is good in and wonderful because the co- host and tanvi was very helpful and they do great hospitality with the traveller, the room was very clean and every item of kitchen was there , my experience is very good with the apartment.

The location was perfect being so close to many iconic restaurants and local attractions. The home was cozy and clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Sumer was very accommodating and provided great local resturant tips. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay and he allowed us a late check out at a nominal fee. It was a wonderful and peaceful stay ... Everything was available in this Airbnb... We experienced a Luxury 5 star stay at this place... Clean Rooms, clean Bathrooms.., Fully equipped kitchen everything as described by the host ...The Host Savio and lucy are so friendly... They respond to your query anytime... We were here for my daughters badminton tournament and it was a very positive property & lucky place for us as we won our National tournament...
