This cottage is equipped with mosquito nets, you can sleep with the window open and let yourself be lulled by the songs of nature. Composed of a large living room/kitchen/bar and, upstairs, a double access bathroom and two bedrooms. The first with one bed (160) and the second with two beds (140 and 90). Less than a 10-minute drive to the beaches, an hour to Nantes, La Rochelle and Puy du Fou.

joli studio refait a neuf , très lumineux exposé plein sud, baie vitrée donnant sur la rue piétonne et la mer, au cœur de la ville avec toutes les commodités à proximité….la plage se trouve à 100m. le studio est au premier étage avec une double entrée sécurisée . Le logement est classé 2 étoiles . À la Tranche sur Mer, les parkings sont payants d’avril à septembre, je donne une carte qui vous permet de stationner gratuitement sur le parking « Stella maris » à 100 m du logement.

Charmant mobil home de 6 places. Comprising 3 bedrooms , bathroom, toilet, dining room, kitchen, TV, oven, coffee maker , small things to maintain this warm accommodation and air conditioning. A family-run 3-star campsite, with two indoor heated pools, 1 outdoor with slide, a pond. Shops 5 km away. A deposit check of €300 will be requested upon arrival. Possibility to rent part night, camping package all stay. Welcome when you arrive.

House with swimming pool near beach 2-4 people

Small townhouse near forest, 500 m from Les Conches beach, surfing, pool from May to September. Bed linens for the room included in the rental price. Pull-out sofa in the living room (sleeps two people), provide sheets for small beds 90 x 190, duvets and pillows. Not included in the rental. Possibility to provide sofa bedding on request (€5 per set). Towels are also available on request (€5 per person) No Wi-Fi

House 10 people + 2 BB 1 km from Longeville-sur-Mer beach

Enclosed house 1.3 km from Le Rocher beach by the bike path. Parking, garden furniture, barbecue WE of the ascent: rental from Thursdays to Sunday minimum Rental for groups of at least 6 people from Saturday to Saturday. It can host up to 10 adults + 3 children. I rent to fewer groups in the week during the year based on a price for 1 person for one night and €19per additional person. No dishwasher or WiFi.

Small cottage full of charm, 10 minutes to the beach.

Small charming cottage. The gite is at the end of a farmhouse where we live, it is completely independent. Private shaded terrace. Distance from the beaches: 10 minutes by car, 25 minutes by bike (bike route along a canal). Possibility to park a car on site. Supermarket 10 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride. Please note, sheets & towels are not provided, except on request with extra charge.

Nice, quiet, well-equipped house. Great for a family vacation. The 90 m2 accommodation is located on the 1st floor of a house whose ground floor is not inhabited. You’ll have the place to yourself. Free parking for your car in the closed courtyard. Close to shops. Located 10 minutes from the beaches of La Tranche-sur-Mer, 10 minutes from the O'Fun Park and O'Gliss Park amusement parks.
