I loved staying there. Close to multiple shops. I felt safe. I love that it was pet friendly. Quick response when needed. Would 100%stay again.

Maxx was super responsive. The rental was exactly as described.

We loved our stay at Myriah's cozy little condo on the river. Being able to sit on the balcony in the mornings with our coffe and watch all the wildlife like geese, herons, ducks, and even a beaver made for a great start to our day. The location was great, off the parkway, but still close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. We would definitely stay again. Myriah was easy to communicate with and was very hospitable.

It was beautiful and it looks like there is a lot to do in the area! Susan also provides a lot of fun opportunities if you want to use the equipment. We were just stopping for the night but might stay again some time in the future it was so nice!!

We found 5002 both comfortable and cozy. The beautiful décor inside and awesome view from the spacious balcony were excellent and everything we were looking for. The unit is so clean. And the kitchen had everything we needed. Close proximity to local attractions, shopping and restaurants was a huge plus. It was a enjoyable peaceful stay here. I recommend staying here on your next visit to Pigeon Forge TN. and the Smokey Mountains. Tim W.

Great condo, above what is expected. Very clean and I am picky. The resort is fabulous, my Son and grandson had a great time. Also took my sister-in-law who has Downs Syndrome. She had an amazing time. The staff was so kind and went above and beyond the call of duty.

Scott was super helpful at every step of booking and finding parking! It’s a great location in downtown with easy access to restaurants and shops.

Definitely would stay there again in the future!

Great condo tucked back from the parkway so it’s peaceful and quiet with a gorgeous river view from the balcony where we enjoyed coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. But, it’s still right in the middle of pigeon forge, minutes from everything! Lots of space for a family gathering. The bedrooms were very spacious. This condo is well equipped with games, entertainment items…even a basket of blocks for the preschoolers to play with. We felt right at home.

The views here are amazing. The rental was clean and had thoughtful touches like lots of extra blankets, games, snacks and bottled water. The indoor pool/hot tub and game room were fun. This is a peaceful building, but the road outside of it can be busy.

We found this absolute gem last minute. They let us check in after 10:30 pm. Extremely easy to communicate with. Quick response time. No complaints here. Hard to believe it was only a mile or so from the parkway in downtown pigeon forge. So quiet. Sat on the balcony and watched the river and animal life every morning and evening. The view of the mountains is beautiful. Perfect for our group of 8.

We couldn't have asked for it to be any better, everything was clean and tidy, no dust in the corners, no funky smells, no carpet and that is definitely a plus for me. I did not have to contact our host for anything, instructions were clear before we left home, we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again

Perfect downtown location within walking distance of old city and market square so lots to do! Bed was super comfy and all the included amenities were a pleasant surprise!

Jackie's place was perfect for my family of three. My husband and I loved having a balcony facing the river attached to the bedroom, while my teenage son settled in comfortably in the sofa bed in the living room. The location was perfect. Very peaceful away from the busyness of the many attractions with a short drive to all the everything Pigeon Forge has to offer. Great recommendations for restaurants by Jackie with the Local Goat being our favorite for dinner. Applewood Farm House Restaurant is within walking distance and we highly recommend for breakfast! Check-in was easy, even though our code didn't work, I messaged Jackie and she was very responsive and had us in with a new code in minutes! Check out instructions were simple and clearly laid out in the notebook created with lots of helpful information. Definitely a great choice for a family visiting the area. We even saw a large group of Canadian Geese floating by on our last day!

Everything was great! The place is spacious, clean and comfortable. The pools and gym were a bonus! Location was brilliant. Great communication throughout with the hosts. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time. Ramzi was available when we had questions. Very friendly. Cabin was clean and cozy. If you have never driven in hills before be prepared the roads are tight. The lookout by the pool is amazing and also clean. Neighborhood also clean and quiet. Everything was perfect as the pictures showed. One slight thing to update would be the hot tub cover as it looks as if someone or something stood on it and broke it. Still works just fine but it’s collecting water on the top. Thank you for a great vacation. :)

Excellent stay. Clean home, and very nice features. We appreciated the extra linens and comfy beds. There are fans and a pack n play. The kitchen had a variety of dishes/pots/pans for our family to use. Please note that if you are needing coffee and basics like salt/pepper/nonstick cooking spray, you will have to purchase your own. Thank you for your hospitality!

We had a fantastic time at Dylan and Suzanne's home while we explored the Great Smoky Mountains National Park viewing fireflies. Townsend is a great location if you want to escape the traffic and vibe or Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Only 15ish minutes into the west side of the park, and an hour to things like Newfound Gap and Kuwohi (Clingman's Dome). The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Plenty of good restaurants and stores / gas in town if you need it. The home was immaculately clean and a small gift basket with candy, popcorn and coffee was provided, which my guests appreciated. This was several folks first AirBnB experience and they were very impressed by the home. Dylan and Susan sent all the instructions I needed and were able to quickly answer questions, and were also very nice. If we come back to the area, I would not hesitate to stay again.

This place has the wow factor - stunning location and views, great outdoor area, very homely and well provided interior, cant fault it, it was everything we hoped for, didnt want to leave! Angela was a pleasure in online communication and in person, thank you.

Josh’s place is a dream! Quiet cove, right across the way from Springs Dock, where we rented ski equipment and had burgers and ice cream after a day on the boat. The downstairs game room was so much and we saw deer at the house each day. This home is perfect for a family of 4 or several families together! Very spacious and well layed out. We can’t wait to come back. Such a relaxing, fun vacation. Thanks Josh

Alissa was a fantastic host! Was 30-45 min flexible on our check-in time, because I arrived a bit early. So gracious. Responded immediately when I booked the house. House was great, clean, private, and very well maintained. I would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Beautiful home with plenty of space for a big family. We absolutely loved the pool and hot tub! Susanne was very nice and prompt with responses. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
