Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Anderson County

The best stay I have ever had in downtown Knoxville. Dylan and Suzanne are too notch hosts. They do it right! The recommendations are up to my food snobby standards 😋 The furniture is high end. The art is fantastic. The lighting is great. The bedding, the towels the mattress and pillows are fabulous! It’s just how people should do it! More hosts need to be like this! Will stay many more times in the near future. Can’t wait!

We had a previous rental that didn't work out last min and we're able to book this cabin right away.. very friendly and responsive host who was more than accommodating. Check in and out was super easy.. kiddos loved all the games and the views are breathtaking. Great location and easy to find. Our only negative was that we couldn't stay longer. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

The perfect spot for my pup and I to stay while visiting the area! Clean, comfortable, and safe. It was so nice enjoying coffee on the front porch. Amy was so friendly and helpful, and the space is well thought out.

Absolutely amazing stay! We loved every aspect of our time here. The air conditioning kept the space perfectly cool, the bed was incredibly comfortable with pillows that were just right and soft, clean linens that made it hard to get up in the morning. The bathroom is luxurious, especially with having hot water and overall cleanliness. One of the highlights was the view complete with a charming little stream/mini waterfall right outside, creating the most peaceful ambiance for sleeping. The outdoor amenities were also a wonderful bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Dustin Thank you for allowing us to experience your home a great combination of cozy, clean and comfortable. Easy to set up tv and many perks available in the home. It’s all about the little things like the Keurig coffee selections had something for all and absolutely loved the makeup washcloths ! Well thought out for us ladies. Wanted to take home the bed and linens they were super comfortable and plush. The linen closet was well stocked. The back yard is inviting. We turned on the bistro lights under the carport for an extra curb appeal when arriving after hours. So pretty! I could go on and on about the place but Dustin deserves all the credit for giving us a home away from home and being super receptive to all our needs. Hope to return loved our stay. Btw Knoxville rocks!!!

This place was perfect for our little vacation. I took my mom because she has Alzheimer’s, and she doesn’t get to go anywhere very often. She did really good, and she didn’t want to leave. The house was so clean and everything looked new. It was quiet, yet close to everything. They had snacks waiting for us, which was so thoughtful. The dog crate was fantastic. I could bring my baby dog and not have to worry about her when we left for the day. I would definitely recommend this place and will stay again if it is available.

Comfortable retro residence in a quiet, quaint community. We enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning and strolling around the historic little village watching the birds. Margaret and Peter and very responsive and welcoming. We couldn't have asked for nicer hosts. We were in town for a wedding and proximity to the events that weekend made this place perfect!

From the private dock and boat landing to the kayaks, bonfire pit, and hot tub, you can truly enjoy the lake in comfort and style. Our stay at the Hobbit House was an absolute dream! Truly, best Airbnb ever. The space has such unique design with the exterior and interior both flawlessly executed. It’s really a perfect combination of whimsical, cozy, modern, and minimalist. Everything is new, in great condition, and spotlessly clean. I also can’t say enough great things about the host. My family was there to celebrate the life of my dear grandmother who was born, raised, and now buried in Knoxville. Leslie provided a handwritten card recognizing and honoring what the weekend meant for us. This was such a thoughtful touch, I think most of us teared up. Needless to say, I highly recommend this Airbnb. If you have the chance to book, do it!

A-minute reservation was made while en route from Washington to Dallas for an overnight stay to rest. I had modest expectations, but this establishment felt like home due to its beautiful surroundings. I took a morning run over the bridge. There are numerous restaurants and pubs in close proximity. Parking was conveniently located in front of the building. The host was highly responsive, proactive, and friendly. A five-star rating seems inadequate 😉

Free water park?! Yes please! Definitely staying here again!
