Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Anderson County

We had a wonderful stay with family (4 adults and 6 teenagers). The house is exactly as described and pictured. A great place to unplug, unwind and explore by boat. Love that the property is on a quiet cove. The dock is wonderful. We rented a boat so it was perfect. The screened in porch was a perfect place for morning coffee. Definitely recommend.

The house was very spacious and in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. While I did encounter a couple issues during my stay the host & co-host IMMEDIATELY took care of them and made it right. I greatly appreciate their quick response to that and their friendly cleaning crew. I will definitely be booking with them again! Great Job!

We had a great stay! The house is really well set up for two families to visit as there are two areas with two bedrooms each. We really enjoyed all of the beautiful seating areas throughout the house, the lovely decor, the super cozy bedding, and the walkability factor. Thanks for a great stay!

The host was fantastic. Communication was excellent and responded quickly to all of our questions. The house was beautiful. Had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Enough room for everyone. Location was perfect. Secluded in a cove very peaceful. Kids and grand children loved fishing off the dock, swimming and kayaking. I would book this house again in the future.

We trickled in over the week for a family wedding and picked the place based on the kitchen, knowing we’d be catering a 40-person wedding from there. The place looked exactly like the photos and the working area was perfect for my job. And then we cooked! Ethan and Lauren were super responsive to random requests and helped us pull everything together.

This home is big and roomy, it's the perfect place for a family to relax. We loved the luxurious bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces. Great den and living rooms, perfect for having long visits with family and friends. The kitchen is modern, and the dining room has a coffee nook. There is a large deck with a grill and dining table outdoors overlooking a lush backyard. I recommend it for a small family reunion, offering a tranquil and comfortable home away from home. Thank you so much for sharing this gem with us!

Great host! Great value! Everything was easy and smooth right from the starts. No issues whatsoever but if we did have one we were confident they would get back to us extremely quickly.

Volunteer City Getaway is a WONDERFUL place to stay. We stayed for a girls weekend and everyone in the group agreed it was the perfect place, more cost effective than a hotel room and waaaaaay better than a hotel room!!! The apartment has everything essential you need, it was spotless (and I’m a clean freak), in a great location for everything Knoxville, tastefully decorated, comfortable bed and floor mattress, good quality linens and kitchen supplies. We will definitely stay here again. Don’t look elsewhere, this place is great!!!!

Kathleen’s place is exactly as described in the pictures. Very clean, spacious, beautiful views of the Smoky Mountains, close to all of the attractions in Pigeon Forge. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I brought our kids to pigeon forge and we stayed in this beautiful condo. It was exactly as described and as soon as we walked in, we knew it was clean. You could smell that it had been deep cleaned. The instructions for check in/check out were clear. The host was prompt and friendly. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and plan to come back very soon!

Can’t say enough good things about our stay at Pam’s property near the Smokies! Perfection! From the thoughtfully decorated and well-appointed interior to the beautiful scenic view outside, we enjoyed every aspect of our weekend visit. Comfy, clean, convenient: The 3’s all 5 Star. Do yourself a favor and check out Pam’s place on your next trip to the peaceful side of the Smokies !

This was my fourth stay with Tony and Barb. It remains my go to destination when visiting Knoxville.

We absolutely loved this place. The room was beautiful, clean and smelled so good! The land was just amazing. We went to the youth rodeo and had such a good time. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our second year staying here. It was great! Definitely a place we will come back to in the future!
