The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Numerous winter sports activities are possible. In summer, the Bregenzerwald-Card offers many possibilities.

The holiday apartment is located in the middle of the Bregenzerwald in the sunny municipality of Lingenau. It offers space for two people with its 35 sqm living space. The apartment was newly and modernly furnished in summer 2019 with kitchen (2 induction plates, oven, fridge, dishwasher), shower, toilet, sink and a double bed. The apartment also has its own large terrace with wonderful views and an adjoining green meadow.

The typical Bregenzerwälder Haus is located in a sunny and quiet location above Schwarzenberg at an altitude of 750 m with great views over the Bregenzerwald. We also live in the house and are happy to be there for our guest. From May 1st to October 31st from 3 nights, the Bregenzerwald Gästecard is included for the free use of the cable cars, buses and outdoor pools in the Bregenzerwald.
