Those who need nature and tranquility love this place. The apartment is located in the Five Lakes Country in a small Upper Bavarian idyllic village. The accommodation is cozy, quiet and surrounded by nature. It's a ground floor apartment. The small terrace at the entrance is surrounded by the garden. It takes about 5 - 10 minutes by car to get to the lakes. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Please be sure to arrive by car.

Cozy apartment on the first floor with a private terrace. Lakeside facilities, shopping and restaurants - all within walking distance in 7-8 minutes. Bathing area with kiosk about 1.5 km (accessible via car-free foot and bike path). From November to approx. the beginning of April, there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with magnificent sunrises. And from April to October, we are surrounded by lots of greenery and a beautiful view of the protected landscape area.

Fantastic living in the idyllic property

The tower house is located in a charming, quiet and very spacious garden estate surrounded by flower meadows and orchards in the beautiful district of St. Georgen. From here it is about a 15-minute walk to Lake Ammersee, the Dampfersteg and the lake facilities with an artists' pavilion. Houses and garden were created from a harmonious overall idea because it is very important to me that my guests feel just as comfortable here as I do. Please request pets separately!

Entrance has a spacious kitchen with a view to the south of the forest, mountains and lake, a bedroom and a bathroom. In about 10 to 20 minutes you can walk to the Bernrieder Nature Park and the lake shore with numerous dreamy swimming coves. On the property there is a private parking available. There is a storage space for bicycles.

The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

We stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed a lot. We are already considering when we would like to come back and would recommend the place with a clear conscience. We were also warmly welcomed by the hosts and both are really very personable and open to a conversation and questions. The place is stylishly furnished, very clean and has everything you need. The location is perfect, in just 2 minutes you are at the lake and at many restaurants. Excursions by bike can also be started very well from the property and reach great excursion destinations. Many thanks to Uli and Leonhard! 😊

Beautiful and cozy accommodation that exactly matches the description. Good and quiet location, within walking distance of shops, cafes and restaurants as well as train and bus. Tours in the surrounding area and the mountains are also easy to do. I was warmly greeted by Heike and immediately felt at home. Communication was quick and easy. I'd love to come back!

We had wonderful 4 days in Herrsching on the beautiful Ammersee! For us as a small family, it was important to find an apartment that has a fully equipped kitchen. This was available and the rest of the amenities were also very good. Annika and Nicolai always responded to our messages in a friendly and quick manner and even provided a baby cot and high chair as well as sandals for our child without us having to ask for them - that's what I call excellent service ☺️ I would definitely recommend the apartment 👌🏼

We stayed here for three nights as family (one child) - and loved it. The interior design, especially the kitchen, was beautiful and we loved every little detail of the home. It’s close to the Pilsensee and Wörthsee, and S-Bahn station Hechendorf.
