Cozy 'Dutch Style' Loft in Hilversum

A very cozy self-contained studio, right in the center of Hilversum. We are 5 min walk from the shopping area and station and 20 min from Amsterdam by train. We offer a quiet private loft bedroom (Dutch style) with double bed. On the lower floor is a private bathroom with toilet, a living room and an area for tea/coffee/ microwave. Television and WIFI are available. Our neighbourhood hosts many excellent bars/restaurants and just around the corner there's a great forest for nice walks.

Totaal gerenoveerd zolder appartement, in een huis uit 1886, luxe afwerking, met bad, aparte douche en apart toilet. Rustige buurt, en maar 50 mtr van de tram die in 15 min op de Dam staat. Ontbijt op verzoek. Buurt vlakbij park, winkels en restaurants. Betaald parkeren in parkeergarage op 300 mtr. Eigen opgang,twee trappen waarvan alleen de eerste gedeeld wordt. Beautiful Loft in Amersfoort center. Within walking distance of the Koestraat parking garage. Through the stairs you enter the attractive open space in this more than 100-year-old building. You can sleep on two vides. On the first vide is a box spring. On the other a sofa bed of good quality. Large kitchen fully equipped. Bathroom with double sink, walk-in shower and toilet. Amersfoort is a tourist attraction with canals, wall houses, museums and a varied range of shops.

Light & Lofty Townhouse, in 'de Pijp'

I transformed this '19th century hay attic' on the second floor into a comfortable home (My 12 year old son and I live here). It is very light and spacious. The neighbourhood is filled with delis, bars and restaurants. Rijks, Stedelijk, van Gogh museum and the canals are around the corner. So are bike rentals, canal cruises, Paradiso and Concertgebouw. It is my home and studio (I am a designer), when I am travelling, I AirBnB it.
