Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Amsterdam-Centrum

Fijn verblijf gehad, we zaten dichtbij het centrum en alles was op loopafstand/met de bus te bereiken. Fijne schone studio en leuk ingericht!

We loved our stay in Hoorn, the apartment was incredibly good value. It was the perfect size for me, my husband & teenage son. Very cosy & stylish, we loved the spiral staircase, the fairy lights in the garden balcony & the bedrooms in the eaves. Very cosy to listen to the rain on the skylights. We cooked a couple of meals - the kitchen was modern & great. Fantastic location. Had originally planned to stay in Amsterdam but Hoorn much better value & cheaper parking. Day trips to Amsterdam could not have been easier with the railway station just a few minutes walk away. In fact we ended up taking the 314 bus from right outside Hoorn station to Amsterdam central station - takes a little bit longer but much cheaper than the train. We had not heard of Hoorn before & were amazed by the history & beauty of the town. We also took day trips to De Haar Castle & the Airborne Museum near Arnhem, both highly recommended. Pascal & Nico were great hosts, very responsive to questions. A great stay!

Tolle Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage. Tania ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit gut erreichbar. Gerne wieder :)

Wir hatten dank Leon eine wunderschöne Zeit in Amsterdam. Die Wohnung ist relativ zentral aber dennoch ruhig gelegen. Es ist alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung selbst war schön groß und sauber. Wir fühlten uns direkt wohl und bedanken uns nochmal bei Leon für die Möglichkeit, unser Wochenende dort verbringen zu dürfen.

Check in y out super cómodo! Apartamento amplio. La cocina no nos fue facil de utilizar, si agradecemos la lavadora y todas las cosas disponibles, ya sea comida como elementos de limpieza. Zona muy cómoda, tranquila.

Are you looking for a staycation or traveling to Amsterdam with family or friends and looking for a mix of nature and City life then your search ends here. Aside from Mart being a great host and opening his home for us, it's greatly located 20 min from the airport and 20 min to downtown (by car), The Harbor is down the road where you can rent a boat and spend a lovely day in the lake of Vinkeveen where you can hop between islands and have lunch/dinner, you can ride bikes or go for a run or you can stay home and have a lovely bbq. The house is very spacious with incredible design and views. I can't wait to go back.

Jochem's place is, as others have said, whimsical and creative. He is the ultimate host, very generous with snacks, groceries, coffee, and wine (thank you!). It is clear that he has worked hard to create a unique environment. Here is our list of pros and cons: Pros: Communicative, responsive, kind and generous host Great, safe location - we walked everywhere in this beautiful city Very well stocked fridge, a bottle of wine as a welcome Great shower Nice, big bed Washer and dryer Cons: While Jochem has created nice "mood" lighting, it was somewhat dark for us, and particularly for a woman trying to put on makeup, fix hair, etc. There was absolutely no storage for our clothing, and being on a long trip, it was a challenge living out of suitcases on the floor. The toilet room sink is very tiny with only cold water, and we had to use the kitchen sink to wash up and brush our teeth. I could barely walk around the bed as it takes up most of the bedroom.

We had a great stay at Reinoud's apartment. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. It is an easy walk to the tram and metro lines, making it very easy to get all over Amsterdam. Reinoud was a very responsive host, making sure that all was taken care of for us to access the apartment when we arrived and providing a comprehensive email regarding the apartment functions and nearby restaurants before we arrived. We would definitely stay there again.

Eine schöne Unterkunft, von der aus man Amsterdam und Noord-Holland erkunden kann.

Avec mes amis nous avons passé un très bon week-end sur place. Tout est équipé parfaitement. Tom est très réactif en cas de problème.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, die Wohnung war wie erwartet, die Zimmer verteilen sich auf zwei Etagen, unten beim Eingang ist eine Gästetoilette. Im ersten Geschoss ist der wunderschöne große Wohnraum mit offener Küche und zwei Balkonen, der eine direkt am Wasser gelegen, mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Man hat einen Fernseher in der Küche und die Möglichkeit eine Leinwand mit Laptop oder Konsole zu nutzen. Umgebung sehr ruhig, Supermarkt fussläufig erreichbar ebenso wie diverse Restaurants alles andere in Max 20 fahrminuten erreichbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt zu dritt genossen und ausreichend Platz! Das Badezimmer hat Dusche und Wanne. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet und auch im Kühlschrank war ausreichend Platz, Wir danken Martin sehr für sein Vertrauen und die tolle Zeit in Loosdrecht. Wir würden wiederkommen, vielleicht mal im Sommer :)

Dieses Haus hat alles zu bieten um den Aufenthalt perfekt zu machen ! Für Familen oder auch mehreren Personen perfekt geeignet. Es ist sehr ruhig und eine wunderschöne Gegend! Die Küche ist top ausgestattet! Es war blitzsauber und das Kinofeeling und der Garten haben den Aufenthalt abgerundet :) es gibt sehr viel zu unternehmen : Giethoorn village Pfannkuchenhaus Hänsel und Gretel nordwijk (Beachclub und Beach) Amsterdam Volendam Alles mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen und wunderschöne Ziele ! Für uns war das Haus ein Traum und auch Peter war sehr hilfsbereit ! Die Gegend hat einzigartige Häuser die man bei einem Spaziergang anschauen kann. Es gibt auch gleich einen Lidl und Albert Heijn 5 min entfernt. So kann man gut einkaufen! Ich hoffe wir können an diesem Ort zurückkehren !

Very spacious and simply lovely home in a very family friendly neighborhood! Lots of room for our family to enjoy and recoup after long days touring Amsterdam. Gijs was a great host with helpful suggestions and clear instructions. Easy parking at the home. Outside main core, getting to sights requires car/bike/bus unless you have hardy walkers (too far for our kids). Wonderful stay!

The apartment is truly beautiful and inspiring, close to supermarkets in a peaceful area and in a short walk to the city centre. The surroundings are not touristy, even though really close to the busy Jordaan area. Willen was also very receptive and helpful to everything we needed. We had a wonderful time!

We spend a lovely night in Haarlem! Niels was really friendly and kind!! :) It was really clean and very modern furnishings. All in all a great place to stay and very accommodating hosts!

Great apartment and excellent location! We loved our time here and would definitely stay again. Enjoyed being in a cool neighborhood a little away from the more touristy areas, and being able to see a canal from the apt was wonderful.

Vi blev glatt överraskade över boendet när vi kom dit. Stort och luftigt för oss tre som bodde där. Vi hann även avnjuta nån lunch i solen på balkongen, som var väldigt trevligt! Fint att bo precis vid kanalen och nära till stationen för att ta sig till exempelvis Amsterdam och Keukenhof. Hade inte rekommenderat att ha för mycket packning att släpa upp för alla trapporna, vi hade bara en varsin liten ryggsäck så det var inga problem men trapporna är ganska smala så skulle nog inte vilja släpa en tung väska upp för de. Henny som värd är supertrevlig och tillmötesgående. Gav oss tydliga instruktioner på hur vi tog oss dit och var flexibel med in- och utcheckningstider! Vi landade sent när vi kom dit så Henny hade fixat så det fanns lite frukost första morgonen, väldigt tacksamt!
