Holiday rentals with beach access in Amsterdam-Centrum

The place was beautiful, clean and very well maintained. The location directly by the sea was ideal and quiet, yet everything was comfortably within walking distance. It was particularly pleasant that the accommodation is not directly located at large hotel complexes, which ensured a relaxed and private atmosphere. Henriette was extremely friendly and the entire process was completely uncomplicated. We felt completely comfortable and can only highly recommend the accommodation!

We slept three nights at the Bubblehouse. The hosting was super warm. Yvonne was available and very kind throughout our stay. The house and location is just beautiful. The beautiful tranquility of the countryside surrounded by tulip fields. My partner and I recommend it!

Merith's place was great -- super cute and right on the canal. Many shops and restaurants close by. On Wednesdays and Saturdays, there was a cool market across the canal, where you could get produce, nuts, cheese, fish, and a variety of goods. Her place is about 10-15 minute walk to the Leiden Centraal Station, which was very convenient. The public transport system in The Netherlands is excellent. We went to Amsterdam, Gouda, The Hague, Haarlem. And we were here during tulip season, so we went to Keukenhof Gardens twice. During this season, they run a bus from Leiden Centraal Station right to Keukenhof, easy. Merith's place was clean and well appointed, just as described. I recommend it!

Great accommodation in close proximity to the beach, train station, downtown and countless restaurants. Small but nice studio apartment, you have everything you need. Garage right at the front door - you can't park any better.

One of my best experiences with AirBnB accommodations, the host was always available and responded quickly, the accommodation was a dream from the amenities to the location. We had a wonderful stay at Liselotte's home. The place was cleaned spotless and had every amenity we needed. The property was located in a peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. It was also only a walk away from a grocery store and several well rated restaurants. As a host, Liselotte was perfect. Responsive, kind, and accomodating.

Excellent stay at Karin's, in a nice, spacious, very clean apartment. The private terrace is an asset. Communication was excellent and Karin was always very responsive. The seaside resort of Noordwijk is 10 minutes away by car. Be careful if you are a light sleeper, there are many animals at Karin's (horses, chickens, dog) and they wake up early!

We booked the house because it appealed to us from the reviews. Our expectations were far exceeded. We arrived at a house where we immediately felt at home. In the kitchen there is everything you need for daily use. Everything is very clean and tastefully decorated. Communication with Saskia was possible without any problems. We rented the house with a friendly couple and went home after a week very well recovered. We can recommend the house without hesitation. We would like to come back next autumn. Plenty of room, quiet neighborhood. The M5 bus made our commute to Train then Amsterdam easier. (Approx 1 hour). Loved the 2 free bikes available for us to use. The sauna was a lovely bonus to use at night to relax. Moniek’s was resourceful and actively answering our questions. Alot of gadget in the house, no cable on TV so it was hard for my elderly parents to figure out how to use an intelligent tv with Netflix and all but we managed differently. Area was really nice close to the house but Almere centrum gets a bit suspicious at night so be aware to not be a women alone at night coming back -even locals fidy not recommended.

A beautiful home immersed in nature and surrounded with friendly animals. We had a very peaceful stay and we felt very much at home. We will return!

Lovely apartment and quiet neighborhood!

We had a lovely long weekend in Zandvoort. For a few days, the apartment is absolutely sufficient, the village center is right outside the front door and it is also only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Despite the attic and bright sunshine, it was quite cool when the blinds remained closed. Suus was always available for questions. Communication was very straightforward right from the beginning. Absolutely recommended for a relaxing time in Zandvoort.

We stayed at the apartment for a week with our children. The apartment corresponds exactly to the photos and descriptions. Everything was clean and cleanly equipped. You can see and hear the sea from the balcony. The bedrooms could be darkened very well. Henk was always available and friendly. The apartment is located in a large residential building. Nevertheless, it was totally quiet and relaxing! The location is excellent. In a few minutes you can walk to the beach, to the city with a supermarket, no shops and restaurants. A bike rental is also in the immediate vicinity. We liked it without exception and can recommend the apartment without restriction.

A fantastic house, everything perfect, if it is a small house but for 2 people it is perfect, very intimate and close to the station and the main shops. Great place!

Staying at Tess’s place felt like being at home, in the best way. The interior is just like the photos; colorful and spacious and cozy. Tess was a wonderful host, giving space but always responding quickly. The location was perfect, I found walking the streets and canals nearby to be so peaceful, while the city center (few minutes walk away) was invigorating and vibrant. It is a pleasant 15 minute walk to train station, and grocery is right around the corner. Lots of small coffee shops as you wander around. I loved coming home at the end of the day (or in the middle of the day just to enjoy the sunlight and the space). Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Wanting to take a VAN + Bike getaway in the Netherlands , Margriet's place immediately interested us. It is well located (North Sea, Keukenoff, Amsterdam, Delft ....,) ,in a very quiet area. It is equipped with all the essentials, clean .... and totally matches the description made. We were very well received by Margriet who gave us a check-in gift and also a departure gift. Despite the language barrier, we were able to communicate easily. It felt very available and very discreet at the same time. We enjoyed our stay. Mireille and André

We loved everything about our stay at the Studio. The picturesque town of Uitgeest left a very warm feeling in our hearts, the studio was very cosy with nicely thought out details and a comfortable bed. We would have loved to spend more time here exploring.
