Beachfront holiday rentals in Amendolara

Honestly it was one of the best apartment I have ever stayed in. Beach over the street, cool outside shower, lovely interior with a mix of old charmful furnitures and modern elements, privacy but with the italian atmosphere around. The host was super cool and all the time available. I would recommend everyone to stay here.

Very comfortable accommodation less than 10 minutes from the sea and also close to the Pollino.

Studio for two people on the second floor of a building overlooking the sea. At check-in, we were welcomed by Chiara's mother, a friendly and kind lady who explained some things to us. We also took our 11-year-old dog on vacation who enjoyed the proximity to the beach having difficulty walking. Outside the building there is also a space equipped with a pump where we were able to wash the dog when we returned from the beach. Guaranteed parking space inside this condominium space that is accessed with an automatic gate. We'll definitely be back ☺️

We stayed here for 2 weeks on August 2024. House on the second floor without an elevator, very large and cozy, some dated furniture,but overall functional. Windows equipped with mosquito nets. There is no air conditioning but only a shovel lamp in the living room/kitchen and fans in the rooms (in our week it was really very hot). Very helpful host, both on property delivery and to solve any needs/problems. Beautiful sea view, and great location because you really go down to the street and you're on the beach. There are both free beaches and well-equipped beaches. Free parking in almost the whole country, but not at all hours it is easy to park near the house. To find supermarkets you have to go to Massafra or Palagiano, in the village there is only a small convenience store. A few nights, in a nearby parking lot, the fruit stalls arrive. Great for a relaxing vacation.

Perfect! This place was a serene getaway right on the beautiful Tyrrhenian Sea. Upon arrival, the house was just as described and photographed with plenty of private en suite bathrooms and lots of open common space. The kitchen was well-equipped (and stocked with some delicious surprises) making it easy to serve a group of 10+. The bedrooms were clean and spacious with beautiful lighting and some had ocean views. Nicola was super friendly and flexible with arrival time. He came to let us in and give us a full tour to make sure we knew how every amenity functioned, including the espresso machine. The house was very clean. The couches and beds were comfortable. The size and layout of the house make it very comfortable for large families or groups to use while maintaining individual or couple privacy. Our group of 10 will definitely be back! The apartment is very well located: three minutes walk to the sea, three minutes to the train station and bus stop. Walking distance to several restaurants and bars. The apartment has everything you need for a holiday stay. Thank you so much to the owner. If you need anything, Rosa is always ready to help. I definitely recommend it.

Matteo 's place was perfect quiet clean and spacious the supermarket is close by and also a coffee shop. also a short drive to the beach. The gas cooker is not an auto ignition so make sure you have a lighter of some kind with you. once we got a that sorted and got the gas going for a cup of tea we were happy. We thoroughly recommend Matteo's place easy to find and access

I stay in Antonietta place for a month. It was amazing time. Definatelly I will come again. The village is secured by amazing person, Mario. From the first moment I felt like visiting family, with having very quiet private space for myself. It was absolutelly the best choice for longer stay.

In addition to having a great view, the house is very clean and equipped with all the necessary comforts as well as having the possibility to park right near the entrance. Edmundo and Maria are extremely helpful and kind and welcomed us like family, making us find jams, fresh fruit, and an abundant selection of breakfast products. We also had the pleasure of spending a beautiful day on their boat for a fun fishing trip and a few dives from the boat! We also met a turtle (how exciting!), next time we hope to spot some dolphins too! See you soon!!

I found the place as described in a very quiet area, but close to several places for the nightlife. The host was always available for any request, if you wanted to find the only thing, let's say negative is the TV that didn't work.

This beach house is perfect for a relaxing holiday for a big family. It is a wonderful apartment with everything we needed. The hosts are nice and helpful people and the area is beautiful with friendly people. The beach is clean and was never crowded during our summer stay in July. Perfect holiday!
