Beach house holiday rentals in Amelia Island

The location was amazing! Tiny easy walk to the beach, hardly even a block. Tucked away in the back of the building, quiet when we needed it to be. Comfy bed, clean bathroom, outdoor shower was great after the beach. We used the grill and toaster oven for cooking. Tiny fridge, but we made it work. Would definitely stay here again! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Amy and Matthew’s place. The beach is quiet, clean and gorgeous. Amy was extremely hospitable and checked in to make sure our stay was going well. The house is fully equiped and the beds were super comfortable! The location is also close to great grocery stores, restaurants and other amenities. We will be staying again for sure!

A gem. The place was as listed and more. So clean and had everything you would need. Great location and quiet. Just a few minute walk to the beach. Hosts were really responsive and accommodating. Had a wonderful stay.

We really enjoyed staying at this cute cottage. I was a little sad you had to pay extra to use the hot tub and grill because I somehow missed this in the listing. However, she explained why and I totally understand. The location was so convenient an easy walk to the beach and to several restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Very clean and spotless inside. We wanted to do a ‘staycation’ for our vow renewal and this was the perfect spot. The house is 3 stories so there is plenty of space! Our kids loved the air hockey table and direct access to the beach. The ocean views are incredible - 10/10 would recommend!

Misti’s home was very clean and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable, great decks, amazing view, and loved the quiet and peaceful surroundings. Very close to historic St. Augustine as well. As Air BNB hosts ourselves we notice all the details and Misti does a wonderful job. Would definitely book again when we return to the St. Augustine area. Thank you, Melinda and John

This was a guys trip pulling cars for the Amelia Island Concourse car show. We need enough bedrooms and beds and also the ability to park trucks and trailers off the street. This was a great fit for our needs.

The house is comfortable. 8 adults stayed here and we never felt crowded. We enjoyed the bar area and coffee bar. The pool was fun. We used the wagon and beach towels. Linens were nice and beds comfortable.

This is a wonderful place to stay. It is close to restaurants and the beach. It was perfect for our family getaway!

This stay was incredible. To experience an A-Frame home on the beach WITH A PRIVATE POOL, was so perfect for our family. Sleeping on the third floor and waking up to the sunrise every morning was so blissful. The amenities (kitchen, bathroom, living areas) were very well cleaned & stocked! Escaping to this home for the week was just the family vacation we needed!

Ryan had created a little piece of paradise to say the least. This beautiful home made our first trip with our son and my 30th birthday incredible! Ryan is responsive, kind and communicative. We really enjoyed his home and for sure will be back again! You will not regret booking with Ryan!

Can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb, very fun and bright house fully equipped with everything we needed and more. Excellent location. Host was very helpful, responsive, and accommodating. Backyard is a little paradise that my family loved. Roomy interior, comfy beds, nice sectional couch for lounging. Kitchen has everything you could need to cook, and a nice Weber grill out back. We hope to stay here again!

My husband and I and our two children stayed at Ty’s for a week. When we arrived, the check in process was clearly written and was a smooth process. Ty even brought extra pool floats and games/puzzles for my kiddos which was very kind. There had been a storm the day before we got there so there was a lot of debris at the bottom of the pool. There were not many pool cleaning devices available so I reached out to him- unfortunately the pool cleaning company only comes on Tuesdays. He did provide me instruction on how to use the cleaner but I was not comfortable doing so so we just dealt with the debris. Otherwise, Ty was always promptly responsive. The house was fully equipped with anything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Kristie's place was an incredible find for my family and I, we enjoyed the pool so much and also such a thoughtful host to leave snacks for not only the kids but our weenie dog too! Jacksonville Beach is such an awsome place to visit and vacation thank you Kristie for such an accommodating experience. Highly recommend this home for anyone's vacation!

This home was beautiful and had a stunning view. It had absolutely everything you could possibly need. The only thing you need to prepare for is the bottom room with the bunkbeds has no access to a bathroom unless it uses one of the shared bathrooms in one of the bedroom suites, which is OK if they are children. We will definitely be booking another trip.

Everything about this location is absolutely awesome, the atmosphere was peaceful, the area was pretty convenient to Everything from restaurants to grocery stores. the place was absolutely beautiful, would definitely recommend to stay. For me and my family we have a 3 yr old & a 7 yr old that love to play, unfortunately keeping them rascals quite without the echos in the hallway were our only struggles... lol.. but from there we ABSOLUTELY LOVED this stay. Thank you & Great Job..

We had a wonderful stay! The location is amazing just a short walk to the beach, which made it super convenient for our family. The home was clean, well kept, and had everything we needed. The kids absolutely loved it, and it felt like a perfect home away from home. We’re already looking forward to booking again next year!

Wish we could have spent more time. This is a great place to stay with both upstairs and downstairs part of the rental. Everything was clean, stocked, and ready to go. Our host was also super responsive and we had a wonderful overall experience.

Clean, tastefully designed, reasonably priced upstairs accommodations. The kitchen was well stocked, the linens were professionally cleaned and everything was in order when we checked in. The host provided reminders and updates and were responsive to my questions. The location was perfect for us… walkable to the beach, a few restaurants and the park. It was a few minutes by car to downtown Fernandina.
