Holiday rentals with beach access in Amelia Island

Everything is exactly as pictured but the space is smaller than it appears in pictures-especially the bathroom. For the price, location, 2 bedrooms and a kitchen, we had everything we needed and the host was wonderful! Clean and comfortable.

Tiare’s place was amazing! She gave great recommendations. The place is basically right next to the beach which was really convenient. It was the perfect getaway for our long weekend. The landscaping was gorgeous! I highly recommend!

Loved the place! Cozy, clean and convenient! Loved being able to bring my dog with me - my dog loved it! If we travel to St Augustine again we will happily stay there again

We absolutely loved staying at Edward's and Glenna's house. We can't wait to visit again. They are super friendly and very informative on things to do in St. Augustine.

What an amazing place. Only a few steps to the white sand. You could hear the ocean and they were beautiful sunrises every morning. Right out the back door you have the pool. There was a bottle of white wine waiting for us and two bottles of water to get us started. The bed was so comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. So many great restaurants nearby. We walked the beach every day and collected shells and even walked up to Neptune and Atlantic Beach. Perfect spot to stay in Jax Beach.

This newly renovated property was in the most ideal location at Jax Beach. Walkable to the beach, dining & shops & they provided beach towels, chairs & an umbrella. The Nespresso machine with pods, sugar & creamer was also a plus. The hosts promptly greeted us upon our arrival & with clear instructions before check out. This is the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in & we can’t wait to return later this year!

Rebecca and Rob were great communicators. everything was just as advertised. amazing location - private beach access was awesome. we got a late start on the day and there was still barely anyone on the beach when we got out there.

We truly loved our stay! Patricia was amazing to work with the entire time. The house was beautiful and the view was like a picture out of a magazine. If you are looking for a tranquil place for peace and quiet this is it. We had a place to reconnect as a family and just chill out…..St Augustine was a close drive and when we want to explore we were able to in just minutes. We hope to stay again! Thanks for everything!

This is a cozy spot for a beach vacation! The neighborhood is quiet and a great spot for a low key weekend away. It is a short drive to downtown for the restaurants. The condo has everything you need and Lynn was a communicative host. You will hear anyone staying on the floor above, so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

It’s always refreshing to stay somewhere that’s as-advertised. Jason’s place was nothing least of convenient and cost-friendly. It’s clean, stocked, and really just well taken care of. We were little as 3 minutes from the beginning of downtown and the tourist attractions. The beach is about 15-20 minutes ride and plenty of neighborhood friendly grocery stores to choose from. Now, there are lizards around the property but don’t be alarm as they are very harmless (it’s Florida). The water pressure from the shower was also underwhelming but we ran into this same problem in other parts of Florida. Nevertheless, we’ve definitely found our home for our next visits to St. Augustine. I don’t see us staying anywhere else!

We had a great time here. The view and beach are amazing. Just steps to the water and we saw dolphins every single day that we were there. Lots of pelicans flying by throughout the day as well! Definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for an awesome beach. There are so many beautiful shells to be found on the beach! We also found a couple shark teeth, which was very exciting! The Reef, Aunt Kate’s, and Caps are all extremely close, with the Reef being within walking distance. Both decks are amazing and really help keep you cool and out of the sun. The house has a ton of beach toys, boogie boards, and chairs to use on the beach. Tons of lizards outside, which we thought was cool. We did see a few cockroaches in the house and had a run in with a Huntsman spider, but in no way did it impact our stay and it was to be expected. It is Florida after all! The house was very clean and we loved our stay here!

Highly recommend! Whitney and John were great hosts and easy to work with. They were very responsive and accommodating. Home was absolutely beautiful! It was very clean and had everything our family needed! The pool was amazing our kids didn’t want to leave! Also easy beach access for kids. I can’t say enough good things about our stay! Will definitely be back!!!!

Wonderful place to stay. Paola was very responsive. You’re away from the hustle and bustle of a busy beach, but not too far away feom sights to see. Wonderful decor throughout and the cabana is perfect!

We had an absolutely amazing family vacation at Don't You Wanna....The home was even better in person. We enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach. I can't say enough good things about this home and hosts! Chris and Kendra were so responsive and helpful. This has been our best Airbnb experience ever. Thank you so much Chris and Kendra!

We had a wonderful stay at Ghazal’s Place on Amelia Island. The condo was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect for us, and footsteps away from the pool and the beach. It was not crowded and very family oriented. Ghazal was very friendly and responsive from the moment we booked until the day we left. We had an amazing time and plan to stay again in the future!

Fell in love with Amelia Island! Cheryl’s condo was a big part of it!! So easy to access beach and pool. Perfect for kids. LOVED that she had beach chairs and a beach cart.

We absolutely loved this Airbnb and would definitely stay there again in the future! The view is incredible. We enjoyed watching sunrise every morning. The complex was perfect for our family, we enjoyed the ease of doing both the beach and the pool throughout the day. The condo is beautifully decorated, everything was so clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to everyone!!

Roxanne was an incredible host and her place was just as described. Less than a 5 min walk to the beach. Our two dogs loved staying at her home, too, and we were so glad they could enjoy the beach with us. Roxanne was quick to communicate and recommend food in the area as well as tips on what to order where (she was spot on). We will absolutely come back!

The 1st floor condo was as seen in the listing, move in ready. Comfortable, clean. Bed very comfy. Short steps to the pool and a short walk to the beach. Felt very safe and secure. Friendly residents and guests. Weather superb, 5 days with no rain. We left a small collection of seashells on the bookcase. Bob and Priscilla H., Ft. Pierce, Fl.

Elizabeth's place was just perfect. A few steps away from the beach, Fort Clinch, restaurants. Elizabeth is super responsive and organized and her place has everything you could need and more! Our boys loved the pool and we loved coffee on the patio and the the beach cruisers to ride around the Fort! We will be back!
