Robyn’s place was as described. The unit was very clean and very easy to get to everything. We also left some things in the unit and Robyn sent them to us! Great stay.

Amazing condo. Right next to the Ritz, perfect for walking over for drinks. Spacious, great configuration and Fully stocked with appliances, games and extras. Plus super clean. Definitely makes you feel right at home. We will definitely be back. Patricia was very responsive and accommodating. Great host !

Nicole's place is perfect. The pictures do not do it justice, especially the view from the balcony. Beautiful view, and you're only steps away from the beach. I would highly recommend and I hope to be returning. Nicole made sure my stay was perfect and checked in to make sure everything was okay. ☺️

Excellent stay. I was in town for my nieces graduation and this location was extremely convenient. Julie was highly responsive throughout my stay, as my schedule continued to fluctuate around family plans. She quickly helped with an unplanned situation, allowing a family member access. As for the studio- The bed is extremely comfortable (A+) , pillows were top notch, and the towels were great quality, and it was quiet at night (these are the things that matter most to me). The distance to the beach was a big plus for my morning walks. The cons: The pool was too far away to be useful so I never made it. I was presented with a long list of housekeeping chores the morning of checkout which was a little off putting as I’m trying to depart for the airport (happy to help - to some extent- given quick turns, but perhaps this could have been provided the night prior as a request and not a to-do list). That’s what the housekeeping fee is for. Julie is a great host. The studio is fantastic!

I have to say that this is the best Air BnB experience we’ve ever had. Our hosts were accommodating, helpful and even funny. The condo is beautiful, well-appointed, flawlessly clean and tastefully decorated. The little extras really out this experience over the top. Coffee, laundry and dish soap, and even a filtered water pitcher are all generously included. The kitchen is VERY well-appointed with plenty of high-quality dishes, accessories and cook-ware. If this place pops up and you’re looking for a great place to stay, book it, or one of this host’s other properties.

We had an amazing stay to say the least. Everything was perfect for my husband and I and our 3 kids. It was very easy to get to the pool and the beach. Very clean and comfortable! I had a question very late at night and did not expect a response until the morning but Larry went out of his way to help and was very friendly and understanding! We will definitely stay again in the future.

Very efficient and basic amenities, but that’s all you need at the beach. The place was very clean and very convenient to the beach. It took us like a minute and a half to walk to the ocean. The hosts were very responsive and handled any of our needs very quickly. I would definitely recommend for a very small family that’s into peace and quiet, for it’s not a “party town”. Just what we needed. The bedrooms are upstairs so make sure everyone is accessible if you’re gonna stay here. Very, very lovely time!

Abby’s place was very nice. Clean, well stocked, easy walk to the beach, quiet and comfortable. We had a great time. Abby was very responsive and helpful.

Very clean, quiet and relaxing. Place looks just like the pictures. Nice turtles right outside too! Quick walk to beach.

Overall the stay was perfect. We were so close to the beach and could see it from the Airbnb. It was my young daughter and me staying, so being able to just cross the street to get to the beach was exactly what I wanted. Parks, trails, and restaurants were all very close.

A Perfect Getaway! We had an incredible experience at Nomad! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The place was Cozy, clean, and well-equipped, was exactly as described, and it really made our stay special. Location-wise, it was perfect – 3min walk to the beach, close driving distance to great local restaurants. Nomad was a fantastic host, always quick to respond and full of great recommendations. We appreciated their flexibility with check-in/check-out times. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Thank you for your hospitality!

Coco's place was cute and clean walking distance to everything, we enjoyed our stay.

The location was perfect! A 10-minute walk to the beach and conveniently located near a supermarket. We had everything we needed during our stay! The space was big enough for a group of 3 people, and the kitchen was fully kitted out. The only thing we found a little inconvenient was the lack of a full-length mirror (but we were a group of college-aged girls travelling, so this probably wouldn't be an issue for most people). Kayla was a great host, and we would 100% stay again!

This place was great. The Omni Resort area is very nice. We brought our bicycles and were VERY happy we did. The paved pathways were great fun for our family. Kids are 13 and 16yoa and we looked at the property and explored it on our bikes and just beautiful. Full of trees and winding mostly paved paths. We are already looking forward to another visit. As far as beach access, not really walkable(that we found) but we put our stuff in the truck and found a beach access on the Omni grounds, or go to one of the state parks, which we also did . You do have 4 chairs provided and a few beach towels. My only complaints would be that the listing shows a balcony that is not the one you have. This only bothers me because we love to spend time outside on a porch and (I base a lot of my property picks on the outdoor areas)so I thought we would be upper level and we were on floor level. To level this complaint we did have 5 bikes to haul and this unit was right there in the front.

I loved the apartment and the pool was amazing but the best part was how helpful and responsive Sean was! I will stay here again!

It suited our purpose , Mayo Clinic visit. Nice to sit on the little porch, watch the fish, turtles, geese in the lake, the neighbours walking their dogs around it. Clean comfortable place. A small negative, sometimes the thud of footsteps above woke us. Thank you Michael

We had a great stay at Natalia’s cozy property! She and her husband were so accommodating and welcoming to us. The property is absolutely gorgeous, the dock is beautiful and the pool was amazing. You can tell how dedicated Natalia is to the landscaping, it’s beautiful! The apartment itself is very comfortable and the perfect size. It was also very clean! We really enjoyed our evenings and mornings out on the dock. The pool was fantastic and was my favorite part of our stay. The location is also amazing- Caps on the Water and Aunt Kate’s restaurants were both in walking distance and had amazing food! The beach is a short walk down the road and easily accessible. Downtown St. Augustine is just a short 10ish minute drive, and we loved staying in this quiet neighborhood but still having easy access to the downtown. We would definitely stay here again and thank Natalia and Steve for their welcoming hospitality! Thank you!!!

Steve was extremely responsive and kind. The Latera was a wonderful place to stay. my husband and I had a great time. The unit was very clean and exactly as described. We will be back, probably with our adult boys to golf. thank you

Darling house, tastefully decorated, clean with everything we needed. We especially loved the private outdoor hot tub.

We have stayed at this complex several times in different condos and Brianna's place is the best. She has provided a plethora of amenities such as a well stocked kitchen equipped to cook anything from pizzas to gourmet meals and pass to the gym. House keeping is impeccable. This will be our "go to" place when visiting St Augustine.
