We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house! The view of the sea is stunning, and we really appreciated the pool area. The house was clean, well-equipped, and located in a private and peaceful area – just what we were looking for. Great communication with the host as well. We had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable vacation.

We loved our month stay. The views were so beautiful. The house was very clean. And our communication with Jacqueline was great. She checked in on us and made sure that all was ok thru out our stay. We also loved that the house had everything we needed, very well equipped. Thank you very much for sharing your beautiful home with us.

great place to stay in a very peaceful area. a few restaurants right by the Villa which are decent but also very easy to get into Calpe or Altea. Fredrico was very easy to communicate with and responded to everything very quickly.

We had a tremendous stay at Tanya’s. Everything was absolutely immaculate and both the home and the surroundings are pure paradise. Susana, Tanya’s friendly and helpful co-host welcomed us and showed us everything we needed making for a super smooth arrival. Our children rated the place 100 out of 100 and really loved the pool and exploring the incredible tiered back garden. It was very peaceful and tranquil here and we had everything needed for a beautiful break. We wished we could have stayed longer. It felt like pure luxury and is one of the most beautiful places we have stayed in.

A beautiful house, very suited to a large family. Was very peaceful. The pool was amazing a really good size for a family of 11 that we were . Located well for travelling around the local villages. Altea old town and Calpe are particularly beautiful. The only downside was the balcony wall structure it was such so our 18 month old could have got through to a big drop so we used the sun loungers and anything available to barricade this off , it didn’t spoil our holiday at all as we wouldn’t have left him alone by the pool but something to be careful about . The washing machine and dishwasher a real bonus. There’s no bins to get rid of your rubbish nearby . This is no fault of the owners just one of those things. You do need a car to get around the marina is a 20 minute walk away and is lovely but bit too far for the children. Supermarket is 10 minutes walk away , if you arrive late bear in mind there’s no food or cleaning products in the house as stated in the description .

Really warm welcome , clear instructions, very pleasant villa . Communication was excellent . Late check out also arranged for small fee . Would definitely book again .

Je recommande à tous ceux qui veulent passer du bon temps et relaxer. La piscine était superbe (et gratuite contrairement au spa et sauna). À environ 15 min de la plage maximum. Le logement est conforme aux photos. Seulement le déjeuner n’était pas inclus contrairement à l’annonce. Sinon, le lit est très confortable, la cuisine bien équipée. Il y a plusieurs coins à l’extérieur pour se relaxer. Lesya a été très réactive et a répondu très vite à nos messages. C’est un petit coin de paradis ! 🥰

Alex est très réactif et le logement est magnifique. Pas très loin de la ville et de la plage en voiture (5min) ce qui rend la chose agréable. On a le calme et à 5min on a la ville. Je recommande le logement.

Hadde et flott opphold! Stedet var veldig fint og Alex og Roxana var veldig behjelpelige hele tiden. Anbefales!

Wir haben in der Villa Maria einen wunderschönen Urlaub als Freundesgruppe verbracht. Der Außenbereich und der riesige Pool sind wirklich 1A. Das Haus bietet unglaublich viel Platz/Schlafmöglichkeiten und ist gut ausgestattet. Lediglich bei der Sauberkeit sehen wir ein wenig Verbesserungspotential, ist aber noch total im Rahmen.

well where to start. the villa is so beautiful the photos really don't do it justice it is incredible. shanty couldn't be more helpful too our stay was majorly affected by the nationwide power cut and shanty went above and beyond to make sure we knew what was happening and that we got to the airport safely and on time. cannot recommend her and the villa enough.

We hebben een heerlijke familievakantie gehad in het huis. Het is lekker ruim en heel netjes. Qua locatie heb je een mooi uitzicht op Calpe en is de villa rustig gelegen wat erg fijn is. Het contact was altijd vriendelijk en snel en er werd heel fijn meegedacht over de flexibele inchecktijd in verband met onze vroege vluchttijd. Een echte aanrader!

We have just had a wonderful family week at Andres Vilal in Calpe. The villa was easy to find and the location was fantastic with amazing views in a lovely peaceful area, with little to no noise. Just an 8 min drive down into Calpe for supermarkets and great restaurants. The villa was really homely and clean and suited our needs perfectly for 5 adults. The seperate self contained flat at the bottom was perfect for my wife and I while our Son, Daughter and Her boyfriend occupied the main villa. The outside eating areas and BBQ were great and made for relaxing evenings. Although be warned the mosquitoes were vicious and we all got bitten. The pool was fantastic and very relaxing with stunning views over the surrounding hills. The Villa was ideally placed for days out including Altea old town, Fonts Del Algar and Valencia, all of which i would reccomend. The only observation I would make is the villa needed some TLC, but fine for us. Andres was really helpful and responsive.

Wow. What a place. Everything was perfect. Jitske a great host. Out door space a particular highlight. We loved the bbq space in the back. Kitchen was fantastic with ample utensils. Fantastic holiday home. Would totally recommend. Town was great. Beautiful beach. Lots of padel courts. Great restaurants. Thank you. If you are thinking about booking just do it - you will not be disappointed.

This was one of the most beautiful properties i've stayed in. We felt at home straight away. Everything felt perfect and comfortable. The rooms were all great size with amazing Italian decor. The furniture is amazing and high quality. Each room has its own balcony with the most amazing view of the Mediterranean sea. Each balcony is a big enough for you to enjoy. Hearing the sound of the ocean morning and night was such a unique experience. Everything is so well thought out in the property, the kitchen well equipped and the bathroom has all the amenities you need. There is a lift in the property which is so handy. The garage is great with everything from beach chairs and towels for you to go down to the beach or to the swimming pool. The best thing about this property was the Host Pepa and her family. They were always helpful and nothing was too much for them. They made us feel like family. We can not wait to go back. If you get the opportunity to stay here please do.

Had a fantastic week long stay at Sarah’s place in Altea La Vella, cannot fault it! We were 2 families with children ranging from 20 months, up to 20 years old and the place was perfect for us all. Sarah was brilliant from booking right up until the day we left. She happily sorted out a cot and highchair for us which saved us a lot of hassle! The house itself is beautiful, the photos really didn’t do it enough justice! It was 35+ during our stay so it was incredibly hot and the AC was very welcome. In the downstairs apartment there was just one AC unit however this was clearly explained in the description and we very quickly learned that keeping the door closed and AC pumping was the way to manage it. The local restaurants were gorgeous too, we loved Meliton in its beautiful garden. We even braved the hill to walk there and back which was more than do-able, even with a buggy! Local area is beautiful, the kids loved Benidorm, but Altea & Xabia were well worth the drive. Highly recommend

What a phenomenal house! Absolutely stunning location, spacious, amazing views from every room, the pool is very private and perfect. Lovely breeze up on the hill. We picked a couple of lemons and limes from the trees. We have stayed at dozens of airbnbs and this one is very special, we would return for sure. The development felt very safe for 4 women traveling together. Off the beaten path, we encountered no other Americans during our stay. This town seems to attract a mostly Northern European vacation crowd. Bring water shoes if you want to swim at the beautiful but rocky beaches. Only thing that could improve this house is to have a book of instructions available, there were some things that would have been helpful to know.

Casa perfecta para 6 personas, muy espaciosa, un jardín precioso y bien cuidado junto con una piscina super bien ubicada con sol todo el día, cocina práctica y limpia, cuenta con comedor y una salita para ver la tele, todas las habitaciones tenían ventiladores y se dormía agusto. Urb tranquila, se respira paz. Nos ha encantado la estancia allí, la anfitriona muy simpática y se adaptó muy bien a nuestros horarios, además nos prestaron una cuna de viaje para nuestro bebé. Recomiendo sin duda esta casa con tanto encanto.

Igor's place was perfectly kitted out. large and spacious with great Air-con and facilities. The location is excellent and the views from are 2st floor balcony are very nice. The view from the ground floor were a little restricted due to some trees sadly obscuring the view of the bay. However, these trees will he gone in the next few months and the view will be a huge unrestricted panoramic view of the whole of the peninsula. Stunning. Igor was a great host and communication was very good. Karen met us early to check in and was available via phone throughout our stay. Highly recommended.

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cette villa. Rien ne manque ! la décoration est de très bon goût. Un endroit paradisiaque, avec une magnifique vue sur la mer, sa situation à flanc de montagne nous a permis de faire de belles randonnées. La piscine a été un vrai régal avec cette chaleur ! Je recommande vivement. Séjour parfait !

Alles bestens geklappt. Gute Kommunikation. Sehr gute Lage, ruhig und mit dem schon beschriebenen atemberaubenden Blick. Tolle Küche zum Kochen. Ein schöner Pool mit akzeptabler Wassertemperatur und drei wirklichen drei tollen Terrassen (am Pool, auf der Wohnebene und auf dem Dach). Anders als das Bild es suggeriert, ist allerdings nur eine Etage beziehbar. Die genannten Zimmer verteilen sich damit, anders als erwartet, nicht auf zwei, sondern eine Etage. Die Anfahrt ist nicht ganz leicht; die Internetabdeckung in der Region nicht optimal. Und in der Tat, es sind einige Stufen zu steigen - nichts für Menschen mit entsprechenden Einschränkungen. Sonst aber eine klare Empfehlung.

Had a very enjoyable stay in Altea, the villa was spacious, private and clean. The neighborhood is very quiet and private, but a short drive to the busy sections of Altea. Easy to walk to the beach if so desired. The mercado close to the villa has all that you need, and a great wine selection. We really enjoyed every aspect of the villa, enough space for 8 of us to have privacy, lots of sitting areas to stretch out, and dinner outside each evening was a treat. Communication from Joanne from start to finish was excellent, I would highly recommend Joanne's place if you're looking for peach and quiet.

Fantastisk placering med underbar utsikt, och huset motsvarade mycket väl våra högt ställda förväntningar. Fint med utekök för egen grillning, endast bastun kändes lite överkurs. Skönt med dubbelgarage då vi hade två bilar. Kul med oväntade små överraskningar från Abahana Luxe. Rekommenderas varmt!
