Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Altea

What a wonderful week we've had at Villa L'Olla. From the minute we arrived (Josette let us check in at midday) to the last morning, we have enjoyed every minute. The views are spectacular, the pool area just perfect and the many seating areas around the garden allowed our group of six to have their own space. Josette was friendly and informative from the off - I could ask her anything and she'd get back to me immediately. The Villa is a five minute walk from the brilliant tram which takes you up and down the coast from Denia all the way to Benidorm. 10 minutes walk to the front and some really lovely restaurants and bars and an easy cab ride back up the hill. All in all, we LOVED it! A warm, rustic, comfortable house that embraced us for a perfect week in the sun. We would love to return.

Hemos pasado unas vacaciones en familia maravillosas, la casa es ideal. Igual que en las fotos. Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en la casa de Jacqueline. La zona de la piscina y la terraza es lo mejor de la casa. Nuestra perra disfruto como nadie. Necesario coche para desplazarse, como una única pega es que la televisión no estaba en español y no había canales de tv, solo Netflix y otras apps. Repetiremos!!

Alvaros apartment was exactly as described and even better than the pictures. The apartment was pristine with great amenities. The location was right within the heart of old town with lots of bars and restaurants and a short walk from the beach. The hosts were so attentive and gave some great local recommendations. Would recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely be back. Thankyou Alvaro and family we had a really special time.

La villa ressemble exactement à sa description, celle-ci est très bien entretenue, avec une vue vraiment belle. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Que des points positifs, nous reviendrons sans hésiter ! Merci encore

Muy buena estadía, casita súper acogedora y completa para pasar días de relax y desconectar de la ciudad. Todo en un solo lugar.

Fuimos 4 parejas con niños pequeños de 0-2 años. Todas las habitaciones estaban bien acondicionadas y nos sentimos muy acogidos. Ademas Anne fue muy atenta y estuvieron pendientes de nosotros en todo momento. repetiriamos sin duda.

Zeer aangenaam, ruim verblijf, heel rustig gelegen. Enkel rekening mee houden dat het heel hoog op een heuvel ligt, we hebben ons niet gewaagd om te voet naar het water te gaan. Zeer mooie ruimtes, heel licht en open. Welkomstgeschenkje stond klaar bij aankomst, vriendelijke en snelle communicatie. En een minpunt is de ramen, deze sluiten zeer slecht en we hadden veel wind tijdens ons verblijf waardoor er ook nog (in de schouw?) een fluitsignaal ontstond (in de avond/s'nachts). Zeer mooi uitzicht vanaf het huis op de baai!

El alojamiento es excelente, tiene todo lo que necesitas y se encuentra situado en una zona tranquila. Tienes tu propio bosque de patio, la pileta es super linda y el acceso es rápido. Ideal para ir con perro porque el patio está vallado y tiene mucho espacio para que ellos anden sueltos y disfruten la naturaleza. En resumen, un placer haber elegido este alojamiento. Estamos muy contentos, pudimos descansar y desconectar como queríamos.

A perfect villa for a peaceful getaway in the sun. Lovely outdoor space and comfortable accommodation. It’s a short walk to the shops and about a 20 min walk to the beach and the old town.

Excelente Lugar , recomendable para una pareja , muy cómodo . Lo mejor son las vistas al mar y a la ciudad de Altea . Hay que tener coche si deseas ir de compras y movilizarte . Lindas playas para ir caminando desde la propiedad .

Casa muy bonita y bien equipada en un lugar muy tranquilo. La zona exterior con piscina es perfecta para las noches de verano. Ger ha estado muy pendiente para cualquier cosa que pudiéramos necesitar.

We really enjoyed our 2 weeks stay at Gunnar’s appartment. The views of the coast up to Calpe as well as the Serre de Bernia were spectacular, and we loved the views of the birdlife on the lagoon and waves breaking on the quiet beach. It is a quiet location and the balcony catches the sun into the afternoon. The appartment was clean and comfortable with plenty of storage. The kitchen is quite small but well equipped, we found it worked well for preparing breakfast and cooking simple meals. As advertised the appartment is on the 4th floor however the steps are fine just be aware that there is no handrail to hold on to. Restaurants and bars are within 5 minutes walk and the Mercadona supermarket and tram station just under 10 mins. Gunnar was a friendly and welcoming host, meeting us at the property, taking the time to show us round the complex and sharing his local knowledge of shops, restaurants, and places to visit. The villa was really clean, comfortable and stylish. We loved the terrace and the views. The pool was unheated so a little bit chilly for the time of year but there were plenty of different places to sit and enjoy the stunning views and the warm sunshine. The villa had everything we needed (except multiple sets of keys which were supplied when we asked for them). Just a note that we did not realise that two of the bedrooms were only accessed from outside the property-this did not matter as our party were all adults/teens but visitors with younger children may want to know that. Ani (the local host) was really welcoming, great at communicating, helping us know what to do and where to go, and answering our questions. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Great place, you simply can’t beat the views. Lots of privacy. Alex was always quick to respond and he was super flexible for checkin in/out. 100% recommended.

Een super fijn verblijf, erg luxe en schoon. Heerlijk zwembad met fijne ligstoelen. Fijne zitplek buiten. Kruiden etc aanwezig in de keuken. Host reageerde erg snel op vragen. Wel slim om een auto te huren om de omgeving te verkennen.

Het is een fijn huis met een heerlijk terras. Het uitzicht is prachtig en voldoende mogelijkheden voor schaduw. De matrassen zijn misschien aan een update toe. Het geluid van de snelweg hoor je wel goed alhoewel ik me kan voorstellen dat niet iedereen daar last van heeft. Wij hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van de jacuzzi omdat we er de hele maand mei waren.

We were in town for a wedding with a group of 11 people and Peter’s place was perfect for our occasion. The views were breathtaking and there were plenty of outdoor spaces to sit gather around and have meals together. The three bathrooms were definitely a plus for a group this big. Peter was very helpful, flexible, and quick to respond to any messages. The location is great, too — just a short drive away from the centre of Altea and a short walk to the grocery store or down some stairs to the beach. We really enjoyed the electric scooters, too.

Ha sido un lujo dispones de un apartamento tan cerquita de la playa y sin embargo la zona es muy tranquila,no se oían los ruidos de los coches ,en general hemos estado muy s gusto y volveríamos a repetir

Appartement voldoet aan alle verwachtingen, mooie ligging direct aan zee, voldoende restaurants in de buurt, inventaris was meer dan compleet, er is zelfs een boodschappen wagentje wat heel handig is als je o.a. water wilt halen. Altea zelf is ook een heel leuk stadje. Openbaar vervoer is ook goed geregeld wanneer je andere plaatsjes wilt bezoeken zoals Denia of Lavilajoiosa. Stationnetje ligt iets achter het appartement. Wij bevelen dit appartement zeker aan, prima locatie en goede communicatie met de host.

Un apartamento de lujo excelente súper cómodo, amplio una decoración muy hermosa y con una vista ejemplar, tiene de todo está muy bien equipado y es súper cómodo y tranquilo la verdad de las mejores experiencias este lugar..... las personas que nos recibieron a mi grupo y a mi, súper buenas personas amables y sobre todo muy atentos a siempre responder lo que necesitábamos total y finalmente una pasada está genial se merece un 1000 de 10

The villa was breathtakingly beautiful. Beyond our expectations. The staff ( Diego and Jorge) were very accommodating and professional. They made us feel at home. The staff responded quickly to any inquires. The location was perfect, close to many restaurants , stores and other interesting locations. The villa was well equipped and comfortable. Jávea is great and John’s appartment is a gem. A lovely terras right at the sea, above a nice and cosy boulevard with great restaurants. Spacious inside and two perfect working airco’s and a big rainshower. Loved it! I really hope that we can stay here again next year! Nicolas and Charlotte

spacious, well equiped and extremely clean apartment, well located, secure, walking distance to everything, calm terrace with great view of mountains. Great pro active host with good advices and instructions. She kindly helped us to get a private parking in the basement of the building. Fully recommended.
